Systems, devices and methods related to spray-painting fluid path for manufacture of radio-frequency modules
During fabrication of shielded radio-frequency modules where costly metallic paint is sprayed to form a conductive layer, it is desirable to reduce the amount of paint being utilized, and to reduce the likelihood of accumulation of metal particles along various paths. A closed recirculation system can be provided to yield such desirable features, and can include a reservoir for holding a volume of metallic paint, a spray apparatus for spraying metallic paint received from the reservoir, and a recirculator for recirculating the metallic paint that is not sprayed back to the reservoir. In some embodiments, the spray apparatus can be implemented so as to have reduced dimensions, and include a mechanism for switching between a spray mode and a recirculate mode. Such a spray apparatus can reduce the amount of paint being utilized, and also reduce accumulation of metal particles in the spray apparatus.
Peristaltic pump and trailer mounted self pumping sprayer system incorporating same
A sprayer system having a trailer, which is pulled by a tractor or other tow body, and has a tank carrying liquid to be sprayed and a spray head. The trailer has a peristaltic pump mounted on a frame and driving pumping power from the wheels of the trailer so that the sprayer is self pumping when the trailer is pulled. The peristaltic pump provides a smooth flow by providing a multiplicity of pulses of liquid produced by the pump from the rotation of the trailer wheels by wrapping the compressible tube of each pump around an assembly of rollers which are rotated by drive wheels. The tube is wrapped at least 360 around the rollers and is held stationary by being connected to fixed outlet and inlets of each pump. The tube lies side by side on at least one of the rollers of each assembly and overlaps that roller.
Paint application system
A paint spraying system is proposed with a paint spraying device with a paint spray gun with a fan for dispensing paint via a spray head, which paint spraying device is connected via a paint line to a base station with a connector to a paint reservoir. In order to achieve a low and uniform paint pressure which is required in the paint spray gun, the paint spray gun is equipped with a separate pressure reducing device and the base station is equipped with a pressure monitor, which pressure reducing device and pressure monitor perform a pressure regulation of the paint pressure in the system.
UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE FOR PAINTING STRUCTURES
An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) includes a sprayer configured to generate a pressurized fluid flow and a nozzle configured to receive the pressurized fluid from the sprayer and to generate a spray fan to apply the fluid to a surface. The UAV includes sensors and a control unit to control both flight of the UAV and spraying by the sprayer. The fluid can be stored onboard the UAV in a reservoir or can be remotely stored and pumped to the UAV. The UAV control unit can be preloaded with a spray plan and a flight plan, or the UAV can be controlled by a user.
SYSTEMS FOR AUTOMATED MOBILE PAINTING OF STRUCTURES
An automated mobile sprayer (AMS) includes a mobile base, an applicator arm supported by the mobile base, and a nozzle extending from the applicator arm. The nozzle receives fluid from a fluid supply and generates an atomized fluid spray for application to a surface. The applicator arm moves vertically relative to the mobile base and the surface to cause the nozzle to generate a vertical fluid stripe. The mobile base moves laterally relative to the surface to cause the nozzle to generate a horizontal fluid stripe.
Water-pumping device and hairdressing device
The present invention provides a water-pumping device and a hairdressing device. The water-pumping device is connected to a liquid storage device to deliver liquid in the liquid storage device, and includes a chamber for containing the liquid and a squeezing device. Two ends of the chamber are communicated with a first water delivery channel and a second water delivery channel respectively, the first water delivery channel is connected to the liquid storage device, and a wall surface of the chamber is at least partially made of a deformable material, and the squeezing device periodically squeezes the deformable material from one end of the chamber to the other end thereof to cause the first water delivery channel to pump water and the second water delivery channel to deliver water. No hose is provided in the chamber so that the number of components is reduced and the overall structure is simplified.
