Cooling medium spray device
A body member (110) of a coolant medium spray device (100) is attachable to a main shaft (10) of a machine tool. A rotating part of a pump (300) is connected to the body member. The body member and the rotating part are rotatably supported within an interior space of a support part, which may be constituted by a cover (210), a case (220) and a ring member (225). When the body member is attached to the main shaft, the support part is also fixed to the machine tool so that the support part is non-rotatable relative to the machine tool. In this state, cooling medium that is being supplied via the main shaft is pressurized by the pump and then sprayed out of a spray port (242) of a nozzle (240) that is mounted in a nozzle mounting hole (231) of a cap (230) affixed to the support part.
POWERED SPRAY DISPENSER
A spray dispenser container includes a housing having a first end portion, a second end portion, a sidewall extending between the first end portion and the second end portion, and a cavity at least partially surrounded by the sidewall; a pump assembly in fluid communication with a replaceable composition container including a composition, the pump assembly being disposed within the cavity; an actuator in operative communication with the pump assembly; a nozzle in fluid communication with the pump assembly; and a motor in operative communication with the actuator. Furthermore, when the spray dispenser container is rotated 360 along the vertical plane, the pump assembly maintains fluid communication with the replaceable composition container such that the composition can be dispensed throughout the 360 rotation.
Self-winding hose reels for pressure washers
An assembly for high-pressure cleaning and a method for manufacturing an assembly for high-pressure cleaning are provided. The assembly includes a self-winding hose reel, a pressure washer, and a fastening mechanism. The pressure washer includes a pump and a frame. The frame includes a first side pipe and a second side pipe parallel to the first side pipe. The fastening mechanism is designed to secure the self-winding hose reel to the frame between the first side pipe and the second side pipe. The fastening mechanism allows rotation of the self-winding hose reel with respect to a plane formed by the first side pipe and the second side pipe.
Hand-held high-pressure cleaning device
A hand-held high-pressure cleaning device includes a housing. The housing has a housing outer wall. A pump for generating high pressure in a cleaning fluid and a motor for driving the pump are arranged in the housing. The high-pressure cleaning device includes a display element visible from outside the housing in the region of the housing outer wall. The display element can be illuminated by a light source arranged in the housing. An electronics module having an electronics housing is arranged in the housing. A control unit is arranged in the electronics housing. The light source is arranged on the electronics module. A channel for guiding light from the light source to the display element is arranged between the electronics module and the display element.
Hand-operated pressurized-fluid device
A manually operated pressure fluid device has a housing structure which receives a motor-pump group and has a fluid inlet connected to the pump on the intake side and a fluid outlet formed on a nozzle unit and connected to the pump on the delivery side, an electrical power source and a control element acting on the power supply of the motor. The motor of the motor-pump group is a brushless DC motor and the pump is a whirling rotor pump having two lock washers, each having an annular face spline, where the number of teeth of the two face splines intermeshing with each other differ from each other by one and the lock washers arranged at an angle relative to each other wander relative to each other such that the face splines delimit a plurality of pump chambers which increase and reduce in size during pump operation.
Electric oil pump
An electric oil pump includes a base portion, a pump portion, a power supply, a mechanical switch and a pressure trigger. The base portion has a fluid passage. The pump portion is disposed on the base portion. The power supply is provided with an electric power to the pump portion. The mechanical switch is electrically connected the pump portion and the power supply, and has a pressing member. When the pressing member is not pressed, the mechanical switch is in a conductive state, and when the pressing member is pressed, the mechanical switch is in a non-conductive state. The pressure trigger is located between the mechanical switch and the fluid passage, capable of pressing the pressing member when the pressure in the fluid passage is above an upper threshold and releasing the pressing of the pressing member when the pressure in the fluid passage is below a lower threshold.
Liquid pumping device and liquid refilling apparatus
The present disclosure discloses a liquid pumping device and a liquid refilling apparatus. The liquid pumping device includes a pump body for pumping liquid from the container; a pipe connected to the pump body for transporting the liquid; and a grip portion connected to a distal end of the pipe away from the pump body. The grip portion is connected to and capable of controlling the pump body. The grip portion includes a swing plate and a plurality of power supply interfaces, the plurality of power supply interfaces at least include a first power supply interface and a second power supply interface of different types. The swing plate is movable to exposes the first power supply interface and covers the second power supply interface in a first position, and exposes the second power supply interface and covers the first power supply interface in a second position.
