Portable chemical sprayer system
A system for combining and spraying fluids that includes a principal reservoir for holding a carrier fluid; an electric pump in communication with the principal reservoir; a power source for energizing the pump selectable between a rechargeable 12-volt battery and a 110-volt AC line; at least one auxiliary reservoir for holding an auxiliary fluid to be controllably mixed with carrier fluid being drawn from the principal reservoir; a selector valve for selecting which if any of the auxiliary fluid(s) are to be combined with the carrier fluid; a Venturi tube for combining streams of carrier fluid and selected auxiliary fluid(s) in a predetermined ratio which may be varied as desired; and a spray wand in fluid communication with the Venturi tube for discharging the selected fluids.
Pressure washer
The utility model discloses a pressure washer which comprises a water-sealed battery part and a main body part, wherein the water-sealed battery part comprises a shell formed by connecting a cover body and a lower cavity, and a battery pack is arranged in the shell. The pressure washer of the utility model is simple and ingenious in structural design, can effectively improve the sealing effect of the shell and prevent water from entering.
TOOL FOR POWERED SPRAYER
The present disclosure is directed to a tool for operating a nozzle holder. The nozzle holder is configured to couple a spray nozzle to a spray device, and includes an outer ring movable between a holding position and a release position. The nozzle holder is configured to securely hold the spray nozzle when the outer ring is in the holding position, and release the spray nozzle when the outer ring is in the release position. The tool includes an elongated body including a first end that defines an annular rim and a pocket that communicates with the annular rim. The annular rim is configured to selectively engage the outer ring to move the outer ring from the holding position to the release position. The elongated body also includes a second end that defines a recess configured to selectively receive and hold a portion of the spray nozzle.
FOLDING WAND WITH FLUID CONDUIT PASSING THROUGH AXIS OF ROTATION
An applicator for dispensing a fluid includes a housing and a pump disposed within the housing. The applicator also includes a wand rotatably coupled to the housing. The applicator further includes a conduit that extends between the pump and the wand to deliver the fluid from the pump to the wand. The wand comprises a curved portion for receiving the conduit. The conduit, when disposed in the curved portion, intersects an axis about which the wand rotates.
Liquid Dispenser
A liquid dispenser is mountable to a container having an interior portion. The liquid dispenser includes a pump and a pressurization tube that includes a first end connected to the pump, a second end in fluid communication with the container interior, and a pressure release aperture. The dispenser further includes a valve that is located in the housing and includes a first port in fluid communication with an outside area, a second port in fluid communication with the pressure relief aperture, and a third port in fluid communication with the interior cavity of the housing. The valve further includes a plug selectively movable between a first position, in which the plug blocks the third port, and a second position, in which the plug blocks the second port.
NOZZLE DEVICE APPLIED TO HIGH-PRESSURE CLEANING MACHINE AND HANDHELD HIGH-PRESSURE CLEANING MACHINE
A nozzle device applied to a high-pressure cleaning machine is provided, including: a nozzle, including a nozzle casing, where a water outlet channel is provided in the nozzle casing, and a front end of the nozzle casing is provided with at least one liquid discharge port connecting with the water outlet channel; and an exhaust valve, connected to the nozzle casing, and including: a valve seat, provided with a valve cavity; and a valve core, movably arranged in the valve cavity; where the valve seat is provided with an air inlet hole and an air outlet hole, the water outlet channel and a main exhaust passage are arranged in parallel in the nozzle casing, and the valve core is movable relative to the valve cavity to a closed position for blocking the main exhaust passage and an open position for opening the main exhaust passage. In the nozzle device applied to a high-pressure cleaning machine and a handheld high-pressure cleaning machine that are provided in this application, the exhaust valve is provided, and the exhaust valve implements an exhaust function at the open position, and implements a water outlet function at the closed position, thereby implementing self-suction and ensuring that a pressure anomaly is quickly eliminated within a short time during use, to meet a use requirement.
Pump for the Application of Fluids
The invention relates to a pump for the application of fluids, which comprises: a piston in which the head (3) of the plunger (1) is surrounded by two packing rings (4) separated from one another to form a channel (5), where a lubricant is added; a tubular case (6) for accommodating the tubular body (2) of the piston; a set of valves provided at the outlet end of the tubular body (2) of the piston, for suctioning and expelling fluids; an elbow (29) connected to the free end of a second valve container (22) to join the set of valves to a first pipe (30) that supplies fluid to the pump; and a second pipe (32) connected to the free end of a third section (18) of a first container (14), for receiving the fluids that exit the piston and transporting same to a nozzle (33) for the final application of the fluid.
DOUBLE TENTACLE PUMP SYSTEM FOR A LIQUID SPRAYER
A double tentacle pump system for a liquid sprayer includes first and second tentacle pumps positioned serially within a flow path that extends between a liquid container and the outlet of the sprayer. A motor is configured to actuate the first and second tentacle motors in response to a user directed trigger, thereby causing fluid to be moved from the container and expelled from the sprayer.
Jack hammer silica dust suppression system
A dust suppression system for a jack hammer includes a spraying device that applies a fluid spray to an area surrounding the jack hammer. The spraying device includes a bracket connected to the jack hammer and a nozzle that creates the fluid spray. The system also includes a fluid source and a pump in fluid communication with the fluid source and the spraying device. The pump directs fluid from the fluid source to the spraying device. The bracket directs fluid from the pump and the fluid source to the nozzle.
