The invention relates to a pressurised vessel for holding a fluid to be dispensed under pressure. The vessel includes a chamber for receiving the fluid and the pressurized delivery fluid, such as compressed air. The vessel is intended to be portable and includes a means for handling the vessel, additionally the vessel may be mounted to a manual surface engaging unit for transporting the vessel. Such unit may include a wheeled arrangement or sliding arrangement, such as ski's.

A dual chamber backpack sprayer system includes first, second and third tanks, and a pump unit. The first tank includes a first tank housing defining an open internal volume configured to hold a diluent therein. The second tank is dimensioned to be received within the internal volume of the first tank and is configured to hold a pressurized fluid therein. The third tank includes a third tank housing configured to hold a liquid concentrate therein. The pump unit is fluidly coupled to the first tank, the second tank and the third tank. The pump unit is configured to receive the diluent from the first tank and the liquid concentrate from the third tank to produce a mixed fluid. The mixed fluid is delivered to the second tank as the pressurized fluid.

A drain gun includes a handle and a trigger. The handle includes a channel and a plurality of inlets. The inlets feed the channel. The trigger causes a staged release of a plurality of fluids from a plurality of cartridges to the channel via the inlets when the cartridges are stored in the handle and feeding the inlets.

A play apparatus has a gas filled balloon and an opening through which fluid is squirted or otherwise released. Fluid is delivered to the opening from an adjacent or nearby reservoir which is connected to at least one hollow tube whereby liquid is transferred from the reservoir to the release point on or adjacent to the balloon, such that the buoyancy of the balloon is unimpeded, for the purposes of play and amusement.

A portable, self-contained, hand-held, spray gun system having spray gun with a handle, barrel, trigger, and an interchangeable cartridge containing a sprayable substance which may flow from the cartridge under pressure through a portion of the barrel past a selectively positionable needle valve and out an exit orifice of a nozzle when the trigger is squeezed allowing a user to spray the pressurized contents of the vessel over a selected surface and stop such spraying activity by releasing the trigger all without the need for a separate power source or motorized compressor.

A tank holding a quantity of liquid releasably connects to a portable pump assembly through a connector to provide a portable sprayer. The tank connects to a feed line that supplies spray nozzle with the liquid. The connector combines a quick disconnect connector with a pressure relief valve. The portable pump assembly includes an electric pump, a switch assembly, and a check valve. The portable pump assembly directs gas through the check valve into the connector to increase the gas pressure in the tank and force the liquid in the tank to flow through the feed line and out the spray nozzle. The switch assembly turns off the electric pump when the gas pressure in the tank exceeds a predetermined limit while maintaining the flow of liquid through the spray nozzle.

Provided herein is a safety and control device for pressure vessels for application devices for liquid media including a safety valve, a control device for the operating pressure, a pressure indicator, and a pressure relief, as well as a means for connecting the device to the pressure vessel, the device having a housing, which is provided with a compressed air supply and an air outlet, and a multifunctional slide arranged within the housing. The multifunctional slide defines a channel, which is connected to a blind bore and a pin and at the end has means for relieving the pressure by manual actuation. A spiral spring encloses a pin and supports the multifunctional slide with respect to a bottom of the housing. Locking means enable the pin to be arrested in a position protruding from the housing.

A pressurized construction adhesive applicator system is provided that is able to apply adhesive to vertical surfaces without foaming, solvents, or resort to mechanical pumps. The pressurized construction adhesive applicator system including a canister having a volume, a one- part curable construction adhesive in the volume a lid forming a seal with said canister, an applicator wand having a trigger in fluid communication with the one-part curable construction adhesive via a tube, and a pressurant in the volume in an amount sufficient to urge the one-part curable construction adhesive from the volume and out of a nozzle of the applicator as a bead with depression of the trigger.
