SQUEEZE SPRAYER CLOSURE
20190160480 · 2019-05-30 ·

An inverted squeeze sprayer for dispensing liquid product is a spray mist includes a squeeze bottle and a squeeze sprayer closure (22) attached to the squeeze bottle. The squeeze sprayer closure includes a cap (26) which defines a chamber (70) for receipt of air and liquid and further defines an outlet (64). Further included as a part of the squeeze sprayer closure is a valve (28) which is assembled into the squeeze sprayer cap and a dip tube (30) which is received by the squeeze sprayer cap. The dip tube is constructed and arranged to provide air to the chamber and the squeezing of the bottle forces air and liquid into the chamber and from there through the outlet to be dispensed as a spray mist.

Foam-forming assembly and squeeze foamer

A foam-forming assembly includes a housing having an air passage and a liquid passage, each ending in a mouth and being in communication with a dispensing passage having a dispensing opening, and a valve body which, in a rest position, covers the mouth of the liquid passage and the mouth of the air passage in a sealing manner in order to prevent a flow from the liquid passage and the air passage to the dispensing passage. During dispensing, the valve body opens the mouth of the liquid passage and the mouth of the air passage in order to allow mixing of air and liquid to take place in the dispensing passage. The mouth of the air passage is substantially annular, and the air passage includes a pressure balance chamber to divide the air pressure substantially equally over the substantially annular mouth.

Hair dyeing or bleaching method

The present invention is a method for hair dyeing or bleaching by discharging in a foam from a squeeze container 6 a mixed solution of a first agent A1 and a second agent A2 of a two-part hair dye or bleach composition to apply on the hair. In the present invention, the squeeze container which includes a container body 4 and a squeeze foamer 5 is used as the squeeze container 6. At least one of the first agent A1 or the second agent A2 contains a foaming agent. The mixed solution of the first and second agents has a viscosity (25 C.) of from 1 mPa.Math.s to 100 mPa.Math.s. The first agent A1 and the second agent A2 are mixed in the container body 4 so as not to produce a foam. Squeezing is carried out with the squeeze container 6 stood upright so that the mixed solution A3 does not reach an air induct path 12 of the squeeze foamer 5. As a result, the mixed solution of the first and second agents of the two-part hair dye or bleach composition can be stably discharged in a fine foam using a squeeze container.

A foam generator for compression receptacles is configured such that liquid contents pumped by an internal pressure as a result of directly compressing a compression receptacle, having the liquid contents stored therein, are mixed with air in a gas-liquid mixing chamber and, at the same time, directly discharged in the form of foam. Accordingly, the foam generator not only is capable of preventing the corruption of the liquid contents, which are not in contact with any separate metal member, but also further improves product responsiveness, since the contents are instantly discharged in the form of foam by compressing the compression receptacle.
