A body structure extends from a handle and supports the output end of the flexible lumen, the body structure having a base form in which the output end of the flexible lumen is supported in a base pose relative to the handle, the body structure being deformable from the base form via contact with an object, the body structure returning to the base form upon withdrawal of contact.
Trigger-type sprayer
A trigger-type sprayer with excellent usability is provided capable of locking rotation of a nozzle part without using a separate component so as not to cause a nozzle orifice to be inadvertently opened. A trigger-type sprayer A of the present invention moves a piston part 3 by pulling and rotating a trigger part to compress liquid in a cylinder part and cause the liquid to be injected from a nozzle part 1 communicating with the cylinder part, and the trigger-type sprayer A includes a lock function of preventing rotation of the nozzle part between the nozzle part 1 and the trigger part 5.
Pivot-to-dispense soap pump
A pivot-to dispense soap pump includes an actuator that dispenses soap when actuated. The actuator is configured to move downward when actuated by user input. The downward movement may be in either one of a linear movement, maintaining the actuator is a horizontal orientation, or a pivoting movement about a pivot point. The pivot point is located on a distal end of the actuator, which is opposite the nozzle. The pivoting motion allows a user to depress the actuator proximate to the nozzle, thereby allowing the user to dispense soap into the same hand used to actuate the actuator. As a result, efficient, one-handed soap pumping and dispensing is enabled.
Trigger sprayer
To provide a trigger sprayer that can maintain uniformity of a chemical solution containing fine powder and is superior in flow efficiency. The trigger sprayer of the present invention is designed such that a piston part 5 is moved by a pivotal movement of a trigger part, while being attached to a container, so as to apply a pressure to a liquid inside a cylinder part 42A of a cylinder structural part 4 so that the liquid in the container is jetted from a nozzle part 3 through a passage P. An F valve 2 attached to a bottom part of the cylinder part 42A serving a passage between the cylinder part 42A and the container and an S valve 1 installed in a passage part P between the cylinder part 42A and the nozzle part 3 are installed, and the F valve 2 is constituted by a cylinder-shaped base part 22 and a second valve body 21 having a sealing function as well as a small spring 22A coupling the cylinder-shaped base part 22 and the second valve body 21 to each other, and the second valve body 21 is further provided with a lower face part and a tilt part 21A on an opposite side, and the lower face part is fitted into the bottom part of the cylinder part 42A to be fixed therein, with the second valve body 21 being resiliently made in contact with a second valve mount 42A1 formed on the bottom part of the cylinder part 42A, and by pushing the tilt part 21A of the second valve body 21 by the bottom part of the piston part 5, the second valve body 21 is tilted so that one portion thereof is separated from the second valve mount 42A1, thereby opening the valve.
UPSIDE-DOWN SPRAYER WITH AN AUXILIARY AIR CONDUCTING DEVICE FOR LIQUID PUMPING
Disclosed is an upside-down sprayer with an auxiliary air conducting device for liquid pumping, including a container, a nozzle, and a dip tube equipped with a switching valve near its upper end, which has a valve casing, a valve ball, and an inverted liquid pumping port. An auxiliary air conducting device is disposed adjacent to the switching valve and includes a connection part, a guide seat, and a projecting tube with an opening, wherein the connection part is positioned on the dip tube, the guide seat has a groove, and the projecting tube communicates with the groove. The opening of the projecting tube is offset in the direction of the inverted liquid pumping port, and the height of the opening is not lower than the height of the inverted liquid pumping port when used inverted.
Lever operated fluid dispenser with rotary potentiometer
A dispensing apparatus in which product is dispensed by moving, preferably by manually applied forces from a user, an actuation mechanism, preferably a lever, from a first position to a second position and in which a potentiometer sensor, preferably a rotary potentiometer sensor, senses the relative movement of the actuation mechanism with time and permits the amount of fluid dispensed to be accurately calculated.
Trigger sprayer
[Object] To provide a trigger sprayer including a valve through which liquid flows with very high efficiency. [Solution] The present invention is directed to a trigger sprayer for, in a state of being attached to a container, causing liquid inside the container to be sprayed from a nozzle part 3 through a passage by rotating a trigger part to move a piston part 5 to apply pressure to liquid inside a cylinder portion 42A of a cylinder structure 4, including: an F valve 2 provided in a passage between the cylinder portion 42A and the container; and an S valve 1 provided in a passage section between the cylinder portion 42A and the nozzle part 3, wherein the S valve 1 includes a first valve body 11 and a first valve seat 12, the first valve body 11 is oppressed against the first valve seat 12, and when the first valve body 11 moves away from the first valve seat 12 so that the S valve 1 opens, the first valve body 11 moves in the same direction as the direction that the liquid flows.
SPRAYER FOR LIQUIDS WITH PRECOMPRESSION CHAMBER
A sprayer of liquids with trigger-operated pump includes a body which can be attached to the mouth of a container and a nozzle for delivery of the liquid. In the body is formed a pumping chamber in communication with the interior of the container and with the delivery nozzle. A one-way valve of suction and of delivery is located in the outlet duct of the liquid a system of precompression comprising a piston pushed with constant force by a spring in occlusion of the outlet duct such as to increase the pressure of the liquid in the outlet duct during the pumping, and also thereby increase the speed or the acceleration of the liquid in output from the nozzle.
SPRAY DISPENSER WITH UNITARY SPRAYER COVER AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLING A SPRAY DISPENSER
A spray dispenser operably connectable to a container for dispensing fluid from the container. The spray dispenser includes a pump, a shroud disposed about at least a portion of the pump. The shroud has a shroud bottom edge defining an open end. A nozzle is in fluid communication with an outlet of the pump, the nozzle adjacent to an opening in the shroud and extending outwardly therefrom. A unitary sprayer cover having a first portion spaced apart from the open end of the shroud to define a shroud top of the shroud. The unitary sprayer cover further includes a second portion having a proximal end connected to the first portion and a distal end disposed away from the first portion. The second portion extends from the shroud to at least partially surround the nozzle.
