Dispensing device for a fluid
Dispensing device for a fluid and method for dispensing fluid from dispensing device. Dispensing device includes a fluid channel; a chamber arrangement including at least one sealing element; a dispensing opening; a valve element configured to be movably disposed within the chamber arrangement and to interact with the dispensing opening; and at least one sealing element, arranged within the chamber arrangement, that is configured to create a seal against the valve element during a first predetermined stroke of the valve element.
Container of a fluid
A container of a fluid including a collar having a passage and a pair of laminated film sheets heat-welded along perimetral welding lines so as to form a bag, the pair of sheets also being heat-welded to the collar so that the passage in the collar provides access to interior of the bag; the outer surface of the collar, in a zone in which the collar is welded to the pair of sheets has, seen in section, an oblong shape with two tapered ends aligned along at least one axis along which the pair of sheets are welded.
Fluid substance container
A fluid substance container including a collar featuring a passage and a pair of laminated film sheets heat-welded along perimetral welding lines so as to form a bag, the pair of sheets also being heat-welded to the collar so that the passage in the collar provides access to interior of the bag; the collar features a cup-shaped part in which the passage is formed, there being a sealing lip extending from a bottom of the cup-shaped part, the sealing lip being formed integrally with the collar and intended to cooperate in an air-tight manner with an outer surface of the body of a hermetic pump which may be housed, at least partially, in the collar.
Spraying head
A spray head for a fluid dispenser device, having a body with an expulsion channel terminated by a dispenser orifice, an insert in the expulsion channel, the end of the insert is co-operates with the downstream end portion of the expulsion channel to define a spray profile. The insert includes an elastically-deformable portion adapted to deform to absorb and/or compensate for variations in the dimensions of the body and/or insert, and/or to compensate for deformations and/or movements of the insert. The elastically-deformable portion of the insert has tabs that are axially and/or radially deformable, and/or an overmolded portion made of deformable material, and/or one or more radial openings that pass through the insert, and/or at least one sloping strip of deformable material.
Dispenser having a system for detecting discharge processes
Dispenser for the discharge of pharmaceutical media having a liquid storage, a base body, an actuating handle that is manually displaced with respect to the base body for causing a discharge process of media from the liquid storage into an environment, and an electronic detection system for detecting discharge processes. A sensor is provided, which, subject to the displacement of a reference component mechanically coupled to the actuating handle such that during a discharge process the reference component is displaced with respect to the base body, generates an output signal. The sensor is configured for generating output signals of two distinguishable types as a function of the extent of the displacement, and is provided with an electronic calibration memory in which calibration data regarding discharge behavior of the dispenser are stored.
Trigger Dispenser
A trigger dispenser device (1) envisages a secondary liquid aspiration duct (50) in communication with the dispenser duct, and a primary liquid aspiration duct (8) in communication with the container, off-axis with each other. Between these, a joining compartment (64) is provided communicating upstream with the primary liquid aspiration duct (8) and communicating downstream with the secondary liquid aspiration duct (50) to form the fluidic connection between them. In particular, the container (C) is of the type with built-in suction pipe.
TRIGGER SPRAYER
[Object] To provide a trigger sprayer including a valve through which liquid flows with very high efficiency.
[Solution] The present invention is directed to a trigger sprayer for, in a state of being attached to a container, causing liquid inside the container to be sprayed from a nozzle part 3 through a passage by rotating a trigger part to move a piston part 5 to apply pressure to liquid inside a cylinder portion 42A of a cylinder structure 4, including: an F valve 2 provided in a passage between the cylinder portion 42A and the container; and an S valve 1 provided in a passage section between the cylinder portion 42A and the nozzle part 3, wherein the S valve 1 includes a first valve body 11 and a first valve seat 12, the first valve body 11 is oppressed against the first valve seat 12, and when the first valve body 11 moves away from the first valve seat 12 so that the S valve 1 opens, the first valve body 11 moves in the same direction as the direction that the liquid flows.
Trigger-type liquid jetting device
Provided is a trigger-type liquid dispenser (1) including an operating lever (6) held swingably by a main body portion (3) in which a pump is disposed and including a spring member (7) that imparts restoring force to the operating lever (6). The trigger-type liquid dispenser (1) is configured to draw, pressurize, and force-feed a content liquid contained in a container (C) to dispense the content liquid through a nozzle (5), by actuating the pump in response to the operating lever (6) being pulled repeatedly. The spring member (7) is held swingably with respect to the main body portion (3), and, in response to the operating lever (6) being pulled, the spring member (7) undergoes elastic deformation and swings with respect to the main body portion (3).
Dispensing device of a fluid substance
Fluid substance dispensing device including a dispensing button provided with a hole for tight coupling with a hollow stem of a pump or a valve, and a dispensing opening associated with a shutter that, at least when subjected to fluid substance to be dispensed pressure, translates in contrast to an elastic element freeing the dispensing opening. The shutter having at least one projection cooperating with mechanical opening element associated with the dispensing button. The opening element devoid of fluid substance passages and having a first fixing portion to the dispensing button and a second portion to abut, in use, a fixed part from which the stem extends. At least one elastically deformable part mutually interconnecting the first and second portions. An actuation lever extending from second portion cooperating with the projection to open the shutter when the second portion contacts fixed part consequently deforming elastically deformable part.
Pump head and metering device
The invention relates to a pump head (I) with a specially designed flexible valve (20) which securely connects the pump head. The valve ensures the pump head is securely closed. The invention also relates to a metering device which can be designed, for example as a squeeze bottle, as a non-airless system or as an airless-system. Said metering device comprises the claimed pump head.
