Self-priming-pump equipped packaging bottle
A self-priming-pump-equipped packaging bottle includes a tubular bottle body containing therein an upper seal assembly, a lower seal assembly, and piston from top to bottom. The upper and lower seal assemblies and the tubular bottle body form a closed material-feeding chamber. The lower seal assembly, the piston, and the tubular bottle body form a closed material-storing chamber. The lower seal assembly primarily has a seal seat with a through hole and an elastic sealing gasket covering the through hole from above. The upper seal assembly has an umbrella-shaped member, a hollow material-feeding column, a support post, and an end sealing cap. The end sealing cap is fixed in the umbrella-shaped member through the support post. The hollow material-feeding column's bottom surface, the support post, and the end sealing cap form a material outlet. The umbrella-shaped member lower end is in interference fit with the seal seat.
PUMP FOR DISPENSING FLUIDS
A pump for dispensing a fluid product from a product container, includes a unitary pump body defining an axis and including a pump chamber, a pump inlet and a pump outlet. The pump chamber is collapsible over an axially directed pumping stroke from an initial condition to a collapsed condition and is biased to return to its initial condition in a return stroke. An axially compressible spring is arranged to at least partially support the pump body during its collapse.
PUMP WITH A POLYMER SPRING
A fluid pump includes a plastomer spring. The spring includes a first end portion and a second end portion and a plurality of rhombus shaped spring sections, joined together in series at adjacent corners and aligned with each other in an axial direction to connect the first end portion to the second end portion. The spring sections can be compressed in the axial direction from an initial condition to a compressed condition and can subsequently expand to their initial condition.
Pump assembly with shield
Disclosed is a pump assembly having slidingly engaged upper and lower sleeves, and a pump having inlet and outlet ends and a pump chamber therebetween. Movement of the lower sleeve towards the upper sleeve causes the pump chamber to reduce in volume. The outlet end of the pump has a shoulder between a first diameter portion and an outlet nozzle extending downwardly from the shoulder and having a second diameter smaller than the first diameter portion. The lower end of the lower sleeve includes a shied extending from a lowermost rim upwards and inwards to terminate at an orifice that is larger than the second diameter but smaller than the first diameter portion. The shoulder supporting against a lip of the orifice and the outlet nozzle extending through the orifice to terminate at a dispersion location within the shield at a distance L from the orifice.
Device for dispensing fluids or mixtures
The present invention concerns a device (1; 51) for dispensing a fluid (L), having a supporting structure (2) provided with means (3) for coupling to a container (C) containing the fluid (L) and a collapsible chamber (6) associated with the supporting structure (2) and suited to draw and contain a measured quantity of the fluid (L). Said device comprises lever operating means (16) suited to deform the collapsible chamber (6) in order to dispense a portion of the measured quantity. The invention also implements a system for dispensing a fluid (L).
Method for evaluating a pump actuation, and fluid dispenser and evaluation unit which use this method
A method for evaluating the pump actuation for a pump dispenser that includes two sub-units which can be moved manually towards one another and a pump which has a pump chamber that can be made smaller by moving the sub-units from a first end position into an actuated second end position. The force with which the sub-units are moved towards one another is detected by a force sensor during movement of the sub-units. The curve over time of the detected force is evaluated such that an increase in force is identified which is characteristic for reaching the actuated second end position. Depending on whether the increase in force was detected, a signal which is characteristic for the result is haptically, acoustically and/or visually output and/or transmitted via a wireless interface to an external display apparatus, by means of an output device.
Trigger-type dispensing head for a dispensing device for pasty products such as toothpastes
A dispenser for pasty products having a fixed head that has a dispensing duct for dispensing a product, a pump with an elastically deformable cap, a manually-operated actuator, a separating wall with a suction inlet, and a suction valve cooperating with the suction inlet. The suction valve has a valve body and a plurality of tabs that bend and open the suction inlet in a product suction step, and close the suction inlet in a product dispensing step.
