A dispensing system includes an above-deck nozzle portion, a reservoir for holding fluid, a foam pump, a multi-lumen dispense passage, and a mixing portion. The above-deck nozzle portion has a dispenser outlet and is disposed above a counter. The foam pump is disposed below the counter and includes at least one liquid pump chamber in fluid communication with the reservoir, at least one air pump chamber, and a pump outlet. The multi-lumen dispense passage includes an inlet, an outlet, at least one liquid lumen, and at least two air lumens. The inlet is in fluid communication with the pump outlet, the outlet is in fluid communication with the dispenser outlet, and the at least one liquid lumen and the at least two air lumens are each in fluid communication with the inlet and the outlet of the multi-lumen dispense passage. The mixing portion is disposed between the multi-lumen dispense passage and the dispenser outlet.
DEVICE AND RELATED METHOD
A dispenser has a body with a variable-volume storage chamber for storing substance, and a dispensing portion defining a dosage chamber in fluid communication with the storage chamber. A first valve includes a valve seat and a flexible valve cover seated thereon defining a normally-closed fluid-tight seam therebetween. The valve cover relative to moves from the valve seat to allow substance through the seam and out of the dispenser. A second valve allows substance from the storage chamber into the dosage chamber and substantially prevents flow from the dosage chamber into the storage chamber. An actuator is manually movable between (i) a first non-actuated position, and (ii) a second actuated position extending into the dosage chamber for compressing a dose of substance therein, dispensing substance through the first valve. The elasticity of the actuator causes it to return to the first non-actuated position upon manually releasing the actuator.
Oral care implement
An oral care implement comprises a handle having a container containing oral care fluid, A head includes tooth cleaning elements and a fluid outlet to output fluid into the vicinity thereof. A manually actuatable pump mechanism in the handle between the container and fluid outlet is connected thereto by respective first and second conduits. The pump mechanism comprises a chamber having an inlet connected to the first conduit, an outlet connected to the second conduit, and an actuatable valve mechanism for selectively opening the inlet and outlet respectively to cause fluid flow into and out of the chamber. The mechanism comprises first and second valve elements and a deformable actuator connected to the first and second valve elements. A wall which defines at least a part of the chamber is adapted to be manually moved to operate the valve mechanism.
QUICK CONNECT MOUTHPIECE FOR LIQUID CONTAINER
A fluid filtration system for use in a lid of a fluid container, such as a water bottle or water jug, that is adapted to receive a quick disconnect fitting and a pressurization source. The quick disconnect fitting is connected to flexible tubing which can be used to withdraw fluid from the water bottle by using pressure as a motive force. A fluid filtration system for use in a lid of a fluid container, such as a water bottle, water jug, or barrel that comprises a lid configured to attach to a container. The filter is in fluid communication with the lid through an outlet port. An external pressure source pumps the fluid through the filter through an outlet valve on the outlet port of the lid.
Applicator head for a dispenser, dispenser comprising an applicator head, and method for producing an applicator head
An applicator head for a dispenser for cosmetic or pharmaceutical liquids and foodstuffs, having a pump device with a pump chamber, an inlet valve arranged between a suction intake and the pump chamber, an outlet valve arranged between the pump chamber and an applicator opening, and an actuating arrangement with the aid of which an inner volume of the pump chamber is changed. At least two of the three components from the group including the outlet valve, the inlet valve, and the actuating arrangement each include at least one elastic section formed from an elastically deformable material, the elastic sections of the at least two components are integral parts of an interlinked elastic component section of a uniform elastic material having a connection area between the at least two components, and the connection area, in the installed state of the application head, is in an elastically deformed state.
Gel-state content discharging applicator
The present invention relates to a gel-state content discharging applicator and, more particularly, to a gel-state content, discharging applicator wherein a pressurization button is formed on the lower end of a container such that, when the pressurization button is pressed, an inner container is pressurized, thereby pressurizing an inner container cap, which is coupled to the inner container, and a pump, which is coupled to the inner container cap; as a result, the gel-state content is discharged through a valve of the pump and through a discharge member such that a predetermined mount of gel-state content is always discharged easily; in addition, formation of the pressurization button on the lower end of the container guarantees that, when the container according to the present invention is used for tooth-related products among medications and sanitary aids, the content can be easily applied even to molar parts.
Container
A container having a pressurized chamber containing a fluidic material and a dispensing assembly coupled thereto. The dispensing assembly includes a dispensing passageway for discharging the fluidic material from the container. A dispensing valve, a tilt valve, and a pump assembly are all operably coupled to the dispensing passageway. The tilt valve is alterable between a closed state in which the pressurized chamber is scaled and an open state in which the dispensing passageway is fluidly coupled to the pressurized chamber. The pump assembly is alterable between a first state in which a variable volume of the dispensing passageway in at a first volume and a second state in which the variable volume is at a second volume that is less than the first volume. Thus, the pump assembly creates a negative pressure behind the dispensing valve to prevent excess fluidic material from being dispensed.
DOSING DEVICE, CONTAINER, PRODUCT DISPENSER AND SYSTEM
A metering pump for integration into a container includes a pump housing having a pump chamber, a pump inlet, and a pump outlet. The pump chamber is defined by a pump chamber base and an elastically deformable pump dome. The pump housing is composed of at least a first pump housing portion and a second pump housing portion. The pump dome is a part of the first pump housing portion and the pump chamber base is a part of the second pump housing portion. In one example, a container includes the metering pump and an associated product dispenser.
ASSEMBLY FOR DISPENSING A FLUID PRODUCT

The fluid reservoir (R) includes a piston (42) movable in leaktight sliding contact in a slide cylinder (41) over a maximum stroke between a start position that corresponds to a substantially full state of the reservoir, and an end position that corresponds to a substantially empty state of the reservoir. The dispenser assembly has a detector (35) arranged outside the fluid reservoir (R) and acts remotely to detect a determined physical property that enters into a small detection field that covers an alert position of the piston that is closer to the end position than to the start position. The piston (42) carries the detectable determined physical property and the detector (35) delivers, in response to a detection of the physical property, at least one alert signal perceptible to a user.
