Foam pump sprayer
A piston is formed by an outer edge of the cap. The piston and an inner wall of the nozzle body form a dynamic seal for the air cylinder, so that a main body of the air pump is formed. The cap extends downwardly to form a hydraulic cylinder. The hollow compression rod connects a pump component of the hydraulic cylinder and the mixing chamber of the head, so that a main body of the liquid pump is formed. The hollow compression rod is provided with an upper disk. The upper end of the upper disk passes the air outlet of the nozzle body and is inserted into the connecting pipe of the head in snap fit, and the upper disk opens or closes the air outlet. A fastening position is designed to form a gap between the head and the nozzle body to realize a floating valve function at the head.
PROGRESSIVE CAVITY PUMP
This disclosure relates to pumps and, more particularly, to progressive cavity pumps.
LIQUID DISPENSER
A discharge head for a liquid dispenser having a base, an actuation handle, a liquid inlet and a discharge opening. The discharge head has a pump mechanism which conveys liquid from a liquid store to the discharge opening. To control liquid to be discharged and/or inflowing air, the discharge head has a valve with a valve flap which closes a valve channel and transfers to an open position by a positive pressure that exceeds a threshold positive pressure. The discharge head has an effector element bearing on the handle and the base, which deforms when the handle is pressed down. The valve flap is designed and attached to the effector element such that the deformation of same acts on the valve flap so that the threshold positive pressure, beyond which the valve flap leaves its closed position, is at least 10% lower in an actuated end position than in a non-actuated end position.
Metered fluid dispensing system
A fluid dispensing device having a flexible fluid pouch and a dispensing assembly, the dispensing assembly having a top piece and a bottom piece, the top piece having a flexible actuator including a flexible dome and a flexible flange extension, the bottom piece having a bottom portion of a pump chamber, a pump chamber inlet, a chamber inlet valve, and a bottom portion of an outlet valve, the top piece and the bottom piece mated together to form a pump chamber and an outlet valve, the device configured to allow bidirectional fluid flow through either or both inlet and outlet valves, and to dispense a volume of fluid that is less than the volume of the pump chamber. The flexible pouch may have a single opening or two openings. In the case of a single opening, the entire dispensing assembly is in the interior of the pouch. In the case of two openings, only the flexible dome extends to the exterior of the pouch. The outlet valve is configured so that the more pressure that is applied to the flexible fluid pouch, the more tightly the outlet valve seals.
Dispenser pump
A dispenser pump is constituted by a closure body (2), a diaphragm body (3) which forms a pump chamber with the closure body and optionally a top actuator (4) for pressing the diaphragm body (4). The diaphragm body has a deformable wall (35) formed integrally in the same polymer as its annular mounting portion (31). An inlet valve (5) through the floor (21) of the closure body has a flap (52) which is formed and hinged integrally with that floor (21). An outlet valve may also be formed in the same polymer, either integrally with the diaphragm body or as a separate component. The deformable wall of the diaphragm body is shaped to generate a restoring force itself without a separate spring, so that the entire pump may be made from the same polymer e.g. polypropylene and without metal components.
Dispenser pump using electrically activated material
Apparatuses and techniques are provided for dispensing fluid from a dispenser that includes a flexible membrane having different levels of pliability according to a voltage applied to the flexible membrane. According to some embodiments, a biasing device, such as a spring, is disposed on a first side of the flexible membrane and is configured to apply pressure to the flexible membrane. When a first voltage is applied to the flexible membrane, the flexible membrane becomes sufficiently pliable to enable the spring to flex the flexible membrane, pushing the flexible membrane into a pumping chamber disposed on the opposite side of the flexible membrane relative to the spring. The fluid is stored in the pumping chamber and the flexing of the flexible membrane causes the pumping chamber to compress. Such compression of the pumping chamber forces the pumping chamber to dispense the fluid through a pump outlet.
PUMP FOR COSMETIC PRODUCT VIAL PROVIDED WITH AIR PURGING MEANS
A pump for a vial intended to contain a cosmetic product includes a variable-volume dosing chamber defined at least partially by a deformable element. The pump operates by varying the volume of the chamber by elastic deformation of a membrane of the deformable element from an initial state wherein the chamber has a maximum volume to a deformed state wherein the volume of the chamber is minimal. The chamber is provided with a product inlet orifice and a product outlet orifice, and the pump includes deformation means of the membrane configured to exert pressure on the membrane. Finally, the pump includes means to purge the air from the chamber, that is activated when the membrane is in its deformed state, the purging means enabling the dosing chamber to communicate with the outside of the pump.
Pump for cosmetic product vial, sealed under low-pressure conditions
A pump for a vial intended to contain a cosmetic product. The pump includes a dosing chamber with a variable volume defined at least partially by a deformable element between an initial state and a deformed state. The pump further includes a guiding rod passing through the deformable element, the latter sliding along the rod when it undergoes a deformation. The deformable element includes an outlet lip delimiting an outlet orifice, surrounding a section of the rod, and bearing in a sealed manner against the rod or deviating from the rod according to the pressure in the chamber. A clamping edge extending from the rod maintains the outlet lip bearing in a sealed manner against the rod when the membrane is in the initial state thereof whatever the pressure in the chamber and whatever the pressure around the pump.
