A vessel equipped with the full-plastic vacuum pump head, comprising a cap, the full-plastic vacuum pump head and a vessel body. In the present invention, no spring is employed, the entire pump head is made of plastics, wherein the flexible rubber pump head is made of flexible rubber, assembly difficulty of the entire product is reduced and the recovery of the entire product is improved.
Eco-pump type cosmetic container
The present invention relates to an eco-pump type cosmetic container, and more particularly, to an eco-pump type cosmetic container having a shoulder portion and a shoulder bush, which are integrally formed and used, thereby preventing the shoulder bush from being separated from the shoulder portion, maximizing a pumping effect so that a space between the shoulder portion and the shoulder bush is completely sealed, and easily opening a seat portion by supporting the upper end of the shoulder bush to be in close contact with the seat portion, which is formed on an elastic member.
A PUMP FOR A SYSTEM FOR DISPENSING A LIQUID AS A SPRAY, A SPRAY NOZZLE UNIT, A SYSTEM FOR DISPENSING A LIQUID AS A SPRAY AND A METHOD FOR DISPENSING A LIQUID AS A SPRAY
A pump includes a housing forming a chamber; a dispensing opening; and a regulator fixedly arranged in the chamber. The regulator includes an inner valve for regulating a flow of liquid between the container and the chamber; an outer valve for regulating a flow of liquid between the chamber and the dispensing opening; a stem resilient along its length, sideways bendable, and extending in a longitudinal direction of the housing between the inner valve and the outer valve; and a displacement guide located at an outer portion of the stem on an inner side of the outer valve. An outer perimeter of the displacement guide and a portion of an internal surface of a guide region located adjacent the displacement guide are adapted to transfer the sideways bending of the stem to a relative displacement between the outer valve and the housing along the longitudinal direction of the housing.
Dispenser for fluids
Fluid dispenser for the discharge of pharmaceutical or cosmetic fluids including a fluid reservoir in which fluid is stored prior to discharge, an outlet channel through which the fluid is dispensed to an environment, and a pump chamber which, starting from an initial state with maximum pump chamber volume, is volumetrically reduced by a manual pump activation. An inlet valve arrangement is provided between the fluid reservoir and the pump chamber, which opens in a pressure regulated manner when a negative pressure exists in the pump chamber with respect to the fluid reservoir, and an outlet valve arrangement is provided between the pump chamber and the discharge opening. The outlet valve arrangement includes a switching valve mechanically compelled to open in reaction to a displacement of an activation handle and independent of the fluid pressure in the pump chamber.
Pump assembly with shield
Disclosed is a pump assembly having slidingly engaged upper and lower sleeves, and a pump having inlet and outlet ends and a pump chamber therebetween. Movement of the lower sleeve towards the upper sleeve causes the pump chamber to reduce in volume. The outlet end of the pump has a shoulder between a first diameter portion and an outlet nozzle extending downwardly from the shoulder and having a second diameter smaller than the first diameter portion. The lower end of the lower sleeve includes a shied extending from a lowermost rim upwards and inwards to terminate at an orifice that is larger than the second diameter but smaller than the first diameter portion. The shoulder supporting against a lip of the orifice and the outlet nozzle extending through the orifice to terminate at a dispersion location within the shield at a distance L from the orifice.
The eco-pump type cosmetic container according to the present invention comprises: a container having a liquid cosmetic stored therein; a shoulder portion, which is fastened and fixed to the upper portion of the container and has a shoulder bush integrally formed at the center of the interior thereof so as to protrude upwards; an elastic member, which is fastened and fixed inside the shoulder portion, is made of a silicone rubber material having an elastic restoration force, and has a sheet at the center thereof so as to be in close contact with the top surface of the shoulder bush; and a pressing portion which is installed and fixed on the upper portion of the elastic member to pressurize the elastic member, in which the shoulder portion may have a guide surface along which the pressing portion is guided and moved, a double engaging projection which is fitted and fixed to a fixing protrusion formed on the pressing portion to be prevented from being separated to the outside, a fitting groove formed so that a connection projection of the container is inserted and fixed therein, a separation preventing protrusion formed on the lower portion of the guide surface so as to prevent the elastic member from being separated upward, and a discharge hole formed to penetrate from the bottom surface thereof to the upper portion thereof so that the liquid cosmetic, which is stored in the container, is discharged to the outside.
