ON DEMAND WET WIPE DISPENSING DEVICE

In one example, a wipe dispensing system includes a housing that defines an internal wipe storage area, a lid rotatably connected to the housing, a fluid reservoir disposed within the housing, and a pump in fluid communication with the fluid reservoir. A fluid discharge manifold is in fluid communication with the pump and is arranged proximate to a portion of a wipe dispensing path. The lid is operably disposed with respect to the pump such that depression of the lid causes discharge of fluid from the pump through the fluid discharge manifold, and also causes partial dispensation of a wipe from the housing.

PUMP FOR DISPENSING FLUIDS

A pump for dispensing a fluid product from a product container, includes a unitary pump body defining an axis and including a pump chamber, a pump inlet and a pump outlet. The pump chamber is collapsible over an axially directed pumping stroke from an initial condition to a collapsed condition and is biased to return to its initial condition in a return stroke. An axially compressible spring is arranged to at least partially support the pump body during its collapse.

PUMP WITH A POLYMER SPRING

A fluid pump includes a plastomer spring. The spring includes a first end portion and a second end portion and a plurality of rhombus shaped spring sections, joined together in series at adjacent corners and aligned with each other in an axial direction to connect the first end portion to the second end portion. The spring sections can be compressed in the axial direction from an initial condition to a compressed condition and can subsequently expand to their initial condition.

Fluid dispenser for the discharge of pharmaceutical or cosmetic fluids including a fluid reservoir in which fluid is stored prior to discharge, an outlet channel through which the fluid is dispensed to an environment, and a pump chamber which, starting from an initial state with maximum pump chamber volume, is volumetrically reduced by a manual pump activation. An inlet valve arrangement is provided between the fluid reservoir and the pump chamber, which opens in a pressure regulated manner when a negative pressure exists in the pump chamber with respect to the fluid reservoir, and an outlet valve arrangement is provided between the pump chamber and the discharge opening. The outlet valve arrangement includes a switching valve mechanically compelled to open in reaction to a displacement of an activation handle and independent of the fluid pressure in the pump chamber.

Dispenser pump for pumping reservoir fluid to a dispenser head, has a dip tube to insert into the fluid, a cylinder housing connected with the dip tube, a piston pipe guided in longitudinal direction by the cylinder housing for pumping the fluid from the dip tube to the dispenser head, wherein the piston pipe comprises a connecting area for connecting the dispenser head to the piston pipe, a top part connected with the piston pipe, a bottom part connected with the cylinder housing and a spring bellow for pushing the piston pipe in a direction outwards the cylinder housing, wherein a lower axial end of the spring bellow is connected with the bottom part via a lower retainer ring located inside the spring bellow and/or a higher axial end of the spring bellow is connected with the top part via a higher retainer ring located inside the spring bellow.

Apparatus for automatically filling pipette

In an apparatus for automatically filling a pipette according to the present invention, only a predetermined air is supplied to a pipette assembly to which a substance is discharged, even if an excessive operation force is applied by a user, so it is possible to prevent a waste of the substance being unnecessarily discharged.

Venting bellow pump system

A simplified pump system including a bellow (310) having a suction valve (312), a stem (320), a fluid lock (330), and a tube retainer (380) having a vent element wherein the product flow into and out of a pump chamber formed by the bellow (310) and stem (320) is controlled by the suction valve (312) and fluid lock (330).

An all-polymer reciprocating pump (100) is contemplated. The pump body (160) receives a sliding insert (170) that may be locked in a down position to minimize the extension and profile of the actuator (120) while the pump (100) is not in use (e.g., for purposes of shipping in e-commerce). Projections (171) slide within guides (181) formed on an insert housing (180). Even in this down locked position, minimal compression is applied to the biasing members (130) so as to avoid fatigue, wear, and/or failure of the plastic components.

A dispenser system including a first dispenser module having a medium chamber fillable with medium, a first discharge head actuable for discharging medium from the medium chamber, a refilling opening, and a second dispenser module coupleable to the first dispenser module for refilling the latter. The second dispenser module has a storage container for medium, and a second discharge head. In the decoupled state of the dispenser modules, the second discharge head is actuable for discharging the medium out of the storage container and has a discharge opening. The second discharge head has a ventilation system for equalizing the pressure in the storage container when the medium is discharged. The dispenser system has an air pump system. In the coupled state of the dispenser modules, the air pump system is fluidly coupled to the ventilation system and conveys air via the ventilation system into the storage container.
