METERED AND ACTIVE SPRAYER DEVICES WITH AEROSOL FUNCTIONALITY - FLAIROSOL II
Dispensing devices are provided. Such devices utilize a combination of Flair? technology, pre-compression valves and aerosol-like pressurization of the dispensed liquid. An example dispensing device has, for example, a main body comprising a pressure chamber, the latter being provided with a pressure piston and a pressure spring. The device further has a piston and a piston chamber which draws liquid from a container and fills the pressure chamber with that liquid as a user operates a trigger in various compression and release strokes. The piston chamber has both an inlet valve and an outlet valve. Liquid exiting the piston chamber under pressure enters a central vertical channel which is in fluid communication with both the pressure chamber and a dome valve, with pre-defined opening pressure, provided near the outlet channel at the top of the dispensing head.
OMEGA-3 SPRAY
A pump assembly cap includes an accumulator reservoir configured for fluid communication with a container through a one-way inlet valve. An actuator including a dispensing passage having a dispensing orifice. A delivery path extended from the one-way inlet valve, through the accumulator reservoir, the one-way outlet valve, and to the dispensing orifice. The delivery path includes a sealed configuration and an opened configuration. In the sealed configuration, the actuator is in a ready position and the accumulator reservoir includes a first volume, the one-way outlet valve hermetically seals the accumulator reservoir, and the one-way inlet valve is closed. In the opened configuration, the actuator is moved to a dispensing position and the accumulator reservoir includes a second volume less than the first volume, the hermetic seal of the one-way outlet is open, and the one-way inlet valve is closed.
SPRAYING APPARATUS
The present disclosure relates to a spraying apparatus for spraying a liquid onto a surface. The spraying apparatus includes a tank configured to store a liquid, a neck extending from the tank and defining an opening, a pump assembly including a collar removably attached to the neck, a pump configured to draw the liquid from the tank when actuated, and a housing defining a cavity therethrough to provide a carrying handle. A wand, separate from the tank, includes a body and a nozzle assembly, having a hub rotatably attached to the body and a plurality of nozzles circumferentially arranged around the hub and extending radially outwardly therefrom. An elongate hose, having a first end and a second end, interconnects the tank and the wand by attaching to the pump assembly of the tank at the first end and the body of the wand at the second end.

HEAD FOR DISPENSING A FLUID PRODUCT AND ASSOCIATED FLUID PRODUCT BOTTLE
Dispensing head (2) of a fluid product comprising: a manually actuable pusher (5) in relation to an insert, an elastic dispensing nozzle (10).
When the pusher (5) is moved, the nozzle (10) switches from a closed position to an open position by deformation of the nozzle (10) under the effect of a release of a stress exerted by the pusher (5). The pusher (5) comprises a stop (54) and the insert (6) is provided with two deformable lugs (60) which cause a force on the pusher (5) such that the insert (6) exerts on the nozzle (10) a stress in the opposite direction to a stress exerted by the stop (54) on the nozzle (10), each lug (60) extending from a body (6a) of the insert (6) and having a distal end (60a) of the body, the said ends being surmounted and connected to each other by a connecting element 70.
High-pressure pre-compression pump
Pump for dispensing a fluid product, having a piston having a pump chamber and an inlet and outlet valve. The outlet valve has an outlet valve element that slides inside the pump chamber. The pump chamber has a passage so that, at the end of actuation, the outlet valve element collaborates non-sealingly with the passage to open the outlet valve to expel product. The inlet valve has an inlet valve element sliding in a sleeve containing a spring pressing against the inlet valve element and against an end wall of the sleeve. The outlet valve element is formed by a component inserted with the ability to move into the piston, with the interposition of a second spring, the force exerted by the second spring is greater than the force exerted by the spring in the rest position, and less than the force exerted by the spring in the actuated position.
Metered and active sprayer devices with aerosol functionality (“Flairosol II”)
Flairosol dispensing devices are presented. They utilize a combination of Flair technology, precompression valves and aerosol like pressurization of the dispensed liquid. An exemplary device has a main body comprising a pressure chamber, the latter being provided with a pressure piston and a pressure spring, a piston and a piston chamber which draws liquid from a container, and fills the pressure chamber with that liquid as a user operates a trigger in various compression and release strokes. The piston chamber has both an inlet valve and an outlet valve, which serve to prevent backflow. A dome valve can be provided near the outlet channel at the top of the dispensing head, such that once its pressure is exceeded by the liquid, it opens and allows for a spray. Alternatively, in an activated embodiment, the dome valve is locked unless opened by a user.
Precompression pump
A fluid dispenser pump having a piston secured to an actuator rod that slides in a pump body that includes a pump chamber defined between an inlet valve and an outlet valve. The outlet valve has an outlet valve member, wherein, during actuation, the outlet valve member slides in leaktight manner in the pump body, the pump body including a passage formed by at least a pump body portion of greater inside diameter, so that, at the end of actuation of the pump, the outlet valve member co-operates in non-leaktight manner with the passage so as to open the outlet valve, so as to enable the fluid contained in the pump chamber to be expelled.
Spray pump
A spray pump comprising a small piston and an upper pump rod with a liquid accumulation cavity is provided. The upper pump rod is provided with a liquid discharge hole communicates with the liquid accumulation cavity, and the small piston is provided with a sealing column for sealing the liquid discharge hole. A central column is provided with an ejector rod extending into the liquid discharge hole, and a liquid flow gap is disposed between the ejector rod and the liquid discharge hole. A central hole communicates with the liquid discharge hole is disposed at a central part of the central column, and a press head with a lower part being fixed with the central column. A press plate is fixed with the upper pump rod, and a press gap is disposed between an upper side of the press plate and a lower side of the press head.
