The discharge head has a housing displaceable relative to the base unit for actuating the dispenser. The discharge head has an inlet through which fluid travels from the fluid accumulator into the discharge head, and a discharge opening through which the fluid is delivered into the atmosphere. A swirling chamber having an inlet channel is provided between the fluid inlet and the discharge opening so that inflowing fluid is provided with a swirl which forms a spray stream when exiting the discharge opening. The swirling chamber is switched between a first and a second configuration by changing the geometry of its walls and/or the inlet channel.

Device, system and method for dispensing a liquid from a container

The invention relates to a device (1) for dispensing a liquid from a container (C), comprising a pump (2) having a suction side (S) that is adapted to be brought into fluid communication with the container (C), a spray nozzle (3) in fluid communication with a pressure side (P) of the pump (2) through an outlet channel (4), a pre-compression valve (5) arranged in the outlet channel (4), and a gas buffer (9) in fluid communication with the pressure side (P) of the pump (2) and with the spray nozzle (3). The gas buffer (9) may comprise a buffer chamber (10) in which a gas-filled resiliently deformable body (11) is arranged, and the gas buffer (9) may extend from the pressure side (P) of the pump (2) in a different direction than the outlet channel (4). The invention further relates to a system for dispensing a liquid, comprising a container (C) that is filled with the liquid and a dispensing device (1) of the type described above connected to the container (C). And the invention relates to a method for dispensing a liquid, comprising the steps of:—drawing the liquid from a container (C) and pressurizing the liquid by actuating a pump (2), wherein the container (C) and the pump (2) form part of a dispensing system;—guiding a part of the pressurized liquid to a spray nozzle (3) of the dispensing system;—spraying the liquid from the nozzle (3);—guiding another part of the pressurized liquid to a gas buffer (9) for temporary storage; and—spraying the stored liquid from the nozzle (3) when the pump (2) is not being actuated; wherein the pressurized liquid is guided from the pump (2) to the spray nozzle (3) in a different direction than from the pump (2) to the gas buffer (9).

Dispensing device

A dispensing device (100) according to the invention comprises a reservoir (4) for a liquid or semi-liquid substance to be dispensed and a pumping mechanism (5) for dispensing the substance. The device is characterized in that it includes a housing (1), in which an upper body (2) and a lower body (3) are located, wherein a deformable reservoir (4) is located on or around the lower body (3) and the pumping mechanism (5) is located in the upper body (2). A supply valve (6) and a dispensing valve (8) are located in the lower body (3), and the supply valve (6) is connected by means of a lower channel (7) with the reservoir (4), and a dispensing valve (8) is connected by means of an upper channel (9) with the pumping mechanism (5).

The atomizer (8) is equipped with a control valve (9) for opening and closing of a nozzle (11) of the atomizer (8), and in an upper part of the atomizer (8) an upper valve (10) is located for connecting the channel of the main pump (3) with the secondary dispensing container (4), when the secondary dispensing container (4) is mounted on the atomizer (8). The secondary dispensing container (4) and the outlet (2) of the main dispensing container (1) contain means for a detachable attachment of the secondary dispensing container (4) to the main dispensing container (1).

The invention relates to a set of dispensing containers (100) for liquid and semi-liquid substances, comprising a main dispening container (1) and a secondary dispensing container (4). The main dispensing container (1) comprises an outlet (2) and a main pump (3) and is suitable for placing more substance therein and for filling of the secondary dispensing container (4), and the secondary dispensing container (4) is suitable for containing a smaller amount of substance and comprises a pumping mechanism, wherein during filling the secondary dispensing container (4) is connected to the main dispensing container (1). The secondary dispensing container (4) and the outlet (2) of the main dispensing container (1) contain means for a detachable attachment of the secondary dispensing container (4) to the main dispensing container (1).
