DISPENSING DEVICE WITH A HARD-SPOT CHECK VALVE
The present invention relates to a dispensing device, comprising: a connecting member to be mounted on the opening of a container, a piston, a cylinder body in which the piston is arranged so as to define a metering chamber between the piston and the cylinder body, the piston comprising a dosing inlet and a dispensing opening, the cylinder body being slidable along the piston, an inlet check valve provided to open the dosing inlet when subjected to negative pressure, an outlet check valve provided to open the dispensing opening when subjected to positive pressure.
The outlet check valve comprises a membrane with a sealing lip adapted to slide against the inner axial surface of the cylinder body.
LIQUID DISPENSING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a liquid dispensing device. The device has a main housing, and comprises: a liquid delivery pump, comprising: an inlet; an outlet; a piston, disposed in a cylinder, the piston being movable in a liquid delivery direction between a first position and a second position, and in a liquid priming direction between the second position and the first position; and resilient means for biasing the piston in the liquid priming direction; an operating button, movable between a first position and a second position, and configured to act on the piston to move the piston in the liquid delivery direction; and resilient means for biasing the operating button in the liquid priming direction independently of said piston. In one embodiment, the operating button comprises locking means, configured to engage with the main housing to substantially prevent movement of said operating button in the liquid delivery direction until the operating button and the piston are in their respective first positions. In a further embodiment, the device further comprises a dosing ring configured to limit movement of said operating button in the liquid delivery direction, the dosing ring being adjustably mounted on a support member to enable the volume of liquid dispensed to be adjusted.
PUMPS WITH SELF-ADJUSTING VOLUMES, REFILL UNITS AND DISPENSERS HAVING SAME
Exemplary embodiments of pumps, refill units and dispenser systems are disclosed herein. An exemplary refill unit for a soap, sanitizer or lotion includes a container for holding a fluid and a pump secured to the container. The pump includes a housing, a liquid piston, a liquid pump chamber, an air piston, an air pump chamber; and a piston holder. The liquid piston is connected to the air piston. The piston holder is connected to one of the liquid piston and the air piston. The connection comprises one or more projections and one or more grooves. The volume of the liquid pump chamber and the air pump chamber both change as a function of the engagement of the one or more projections with the one or more grooves.
DEVICE FOR DISPENSING A FLUID, CARTRIDGE FOR A DEVICE, MANUFACTURING METHOD AND PRIMING METHOD
A device for dispensing a fluid, including a pocket whose interior volume is delimited by a deformable wall; a pressing surface; a dispensing part including a dispensing cavity; an outlet; a dispensing orifice connecting the pocket to the dispensing cavity; and a dispensing valve located in the dispensing cavity.
PUMP FOR COSMETIC PRODUCT VIAL, SEALED UNDER LOW-PRESSURE CONDITIONS
A pump for a vial intended to contain a cosmetic product. The pump includes a dosing chamber with a variable volume defined at least partially by a deformable element between an initial state and a deformed state. The pump further includes a guiding rod passing through the deformable element, the latter sliding along the rod when it undergoes a deformation. The deformable element includes an outlet lip delimiting an outlet orifice, surrounding a section of the rod, and bearing in a sealed manner against the rod or deviating from the rod according to the pressure in the chamber. The rod includes means for maintaining the outlet lip bearing in a sealed manner against the rod when the membrane is in the initial state thereof whatever the pressure in the chamber and whatever the pressure around the pump.
PUMP DISPENSERS
A dispenser for dispensing a flowable product from a container has a pump module mounted on the container at an opening thereof. The pump module includes a pump body, which defines a pump chamber and a pump chamber inlet for product to flow from the container interior into the pump chamber. A pump actuator is operable in a pumping stroke relative to the pump body to vary the volume of the pump chamber and dispense the product. The pump includes a movable body portion which is operable in a displacement stroke into the container. The movable portion has a displacement body with a product-engaging face directed onto an interior product space of the container upstream of the pump chamber inlet, to assist priming. Below this a disrupter member, a grid of narrow bars, projects to penetrate the product.
Liquid dispensing device having a pre-compression outlet valve
Provided is a liquid dispensing device that includes: a piston chamber; a piston that is moveable within the piston chamber to pressurize a liquid to be dispensed; a nozzle with a defined throughput for dispensing the liquid; an outlet valve having a defined minimum opening pressure arranged between the piston chamber and the nozzle; and a prime valve for priming the device, where the prime valve may be mechanically operable and may be arranged on or in the piston.
DEVICE FOR DISPENSING A PRODUCT WITH IMPROVED TRIGGERING
The invention relates to a device (1) for dispensing a product (L), comprising: an element for connection to a container (R) containing the product; a piston (3) that is stationary in relation to the connection element; a cylinder body that moves around the piston, thereby defining a dosing chamber (100), the piston comprising a dosing inlet (35) for said chamber and the apex (64) of the dosing chamber comprising an outlet of the dosing chamber; and an inflow non-return valve (5) with a membrane for opening or closing the dosing inlet, the piston being in two parts, one of which forms a sealing joint with the cylinder body, the piston and the inflow non-return valve forming separate parts and being arranged such that the membrane is tightly clamped to the top of the piston.
FLOW CONTROL VALVE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FLOW CONTROL VALVE HOUSING
In one general aspect, a flow control valve includes: a housing including a tubular wall surrounding an interior passage, and a flow control section in which the tubular wall includes a conical inner wall surface; a protrusion disposed on an exterior surface of the tubular wall at the flow control section; a sealing member disposed in the housing and configured to be selectively moved to a sealing position in which the sealing member engages the conical inner wall surface to restrict flow of a fluid through the interior passage; and a recess disposed the conical inner wall surface and configured to allow the fluid to flow past the sealing member through the recess when the sealing member is in the sealing position, wherein the recess and the protrusion are radially aligned on the tubular wall.
Head for dispensing a product coming from a container
