Embodiments of the invention include a poly-ketonic cosmetic package for fluid dispenser systems.
Adjustable pump
An adjustable pump includes a ring connected to an open end of a container, a cap rectilinearly movable relative to the ring to dispense fluid from the container, and a quantity-adjusting unit that includes a limiting element and a knob. The limiting element is adapted for contacting the cap and hence limiting the rectilinear movement of the cap relative to the ring. The limiting element is rectilinearly movable relative to the ring to adjust a stroke of the movement of the cap relative to the ring. The limiting element includes at least one boss. The knob is rotatable relative to the ring around the limiting element. The knob includes at least one helical groove that receives the boss so that the limiting element is moved relative to the ring as the knob is rotated relative to the ring.
Container for spraying liquid
A container for spraying liquid is disclosed, which includes: a tube having a filling space; a body in which the tube is inserted, where the outer perimeter of the tube and the inner perimeter of the body form a body outlet passage, a lower tube hole is formed at a bottom of the tube as an entrance to the body outlet passage, and an upper movement hole is formed at a top of the body as an exit from the body outlet passage; a body cover coupled to the top of the body, where the body cover includes a cover channel connecting with the upper movement hole and a pump insertion space connecting with the cover channel and receiving a pump inserted therein; and a pump support coupled to the top of the body cover and supporting the pump to block outside air from entering the pump insertion space.
Inner Sealable, Elastic, Contracting, Collapsing Membrane Made From Flexible Plastic Base, And/Or/With Rubber Base, And/Or/With Nylon Based, And/Or/With Metal Base Material And/Or Combination Material/s Installed Inside Plastic, Glass, Metals Bottles, Containers, Dispensers, Caps, Refillables, And/ Closures For Liquids, Attached to Metal or Plastic Tubing Enclosed With Ball Bearing For Manual and/or Automatic Suction Action For Pumps, Sprayers, Triggers, And Droppers
This invention addresses waste of liquids in all sorts of bottles/containers made from plastic, glass, metals bottles, containers, dispensers, caps which use pumping action to expel all sorts of liquids. Inside the bottles will be installed a refillables enclosed bags for liquids made from plastic/silicon based membrane inserted in plastic and glass bottles (containers) filling the volume within the bottles/containers, expelling the liquids using various type of pumps to improve suction of leftover (excess) of liquid as oil base, water base, soap base as shampoo, and any liquid in the bottom of the containers. The inner sealable, elastic, contracting, collapsing membrane made from flexible silicon base, and/or/with, plastic base, and/or/with rubber base, and/or/with nylon base, and/or/with, metal base material and/or from a combination of the material/s.
PUMP DISPENSER
[Object] To provide a pump dispenser which allows accurate determination of a direction of spraying of liquid without a nozzle part moving toward a higher or lower position and, furthermore, whose trigger is excellent in operability.
[Solution] The present invention is directed to an F valve attachment structure for, in a pump dispenser that causes a piston part to slide to apply pressure to liquid inside a cylinder part including an F valve and causes the liquid to squirt out from a nozzle part via an S valve, attaching the F valve to the inside of the cylinder part with use of a valve stopper, the F valve including: a valve body part; and a rod-like part extending upward from the valve body part, wherein the valve body part has a plurality of guide pieces and check pieces therearound, the valve stopper has a hole and notches in a ceiling part of the valve stopper, the notches allowing the guide pieces to pass through the notches, the valve stopper is fixable inside the cylinder part, when the valve body part of the F valve is inserted through the hole of the valve stopper, the check pieces are allowed to elastically pass through the hole, and after insertion, the check pieces of the F valve come into contact with the ceiling part of the valve stopper to be retained.
Sprayer for liquids with USD device that can be used also in horizontal position
A sprayer for liquids (10) is disclosed with a trigger pump comprising a body (11) which can be applied to the mouth of a container and a liquid delivery nozzle, a pumping chamber (22) being formed in the body (11) which is in communication with the inside of the container and the delivery nozzle (16), through a one-way suction and delivery valve (30), a USD (Upside Down) device being provided rearward of said pumping chamber which allows operation of the sprayer in the upright and upside down position, consisting in a cylindrical chamber (40) closed at the top with a stopper (27) and having at its bottom a hole (44) in communication with said pumping chamber (22), shut off in the Up position by a ball (42) which, in the Down position, frees said hole (44) and slots (47) formed in the wall (46) of the chamber (40), putting the inside of the container into communication with the pumping chamber (42) through said slots (47) and said hole (44), said cylindrical chamber being slanted backwards so as to allow the operation of the sprayer also in horizontal position.
Device for dispensing fluids
The invention is a fluid dispensing device suited to be connected, by means of a connection element (220), to a container (C) holding the fluid that can be dispensed from the inside to the outside of the container through an actuator element (400), comprising: a suction duct (240) suited to communicate with the fluid held inside the container (C), a dispenser duct (440) in communication with the outer space with respect to the volume (V) enclosed by the container (C), a suction/compression chamber (300) that can communicate with the suction duct (240) and the dispenser duct (440), a suction valve (260) suited to alternatively allow and prevent the passage of a fluid between the suction duct (240) and the suction/compression chamber (300) when, respectively, the suction valve is closed and open, a dispensing valve (460) suited to alternatively allow and prevent the passage of a fluid between the dispenser duct (440) and the suction/compression chamber (300) when, respectively, the suction valve is closed and open, a tight membrane (500) slidingly coupled with the walls of the suction/compression chamber (300) so that it can be translated in a predetermined direction; both the suction valve (260) and the dispensing valve (460) comprise the membrane (500).
