Discharge head, and liquid dispenser comprising such a discharge head
Discharge head for a liquid dispenser including a housing, a coupling device for attachment to a liquid store, a discharge opening through which liquid is dispensed and an outlet channel extending from an inlet region, pointing in the direction of the liquid store, up to the discharge opening and via which the discharge opening is supplied with liquid. A throttle device is arranged in the outlet channel and includes a throttle channel for reducing liquid pressure and/or liquid flow through the throttle device. The throttle device is designed in the form of a dynamic throttle device, in which a free cross section of the throttle channel is reduced in size with increasing pressure prevailing at the throttle device, or with greater liquid flow flowing through the throttle device.
PERSONAL DISPENSER
A wearable dispenser with a replaceable one-time-use reservoir device is taught, comprising a wrist-band allowing the wearable dispenser to be worn by a user; a base connected to the wrist-band; and a replaceable one-time-use reservoir. The replaceable one-time-use reservoir is comprised of a flexible bladder holding a substance to be dispensed, a housing with a rigid perimeter wall, a flexible top surface attached to the rigid perimeter wall and covering the flexible bladder, a one-way valve, an opening, and a substance to be dispensed. Typically, the substance to be dispensed is hand sanitizer. A user may use their fingertip to press the flexible top surface. Doing so creates additional pressure within the flexible bladder, causing the substance to be dispensed.
SPRAY PUMP
A spray pump is disclosed. A spray pump according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a housing which has an inflow space and which is coupled to a container inlet; a housing cover coupled to the upper end portion of the housing; a disc for opening or closing the housing according to the pressure of the inflow space; a valve which is movably inserted into the housing cover and which has a valve head and a valve body communicating with the valve head; a guide having a portion inserted into the valve body and the remaining portion positioned outside the valve body, and having a guide passage corresponding to a flow path through which contents are discharged; a valve spring for providing elastic force for upwardly pressing the valve; a piston which is movably inserted into the outer peripheral surface of the guide, and which opens or closes the guide passage by means of the vertical movement of the valve; a nozzle which is coupled to the valve head and which has an insert protrusion; and an insert which is inserted into the circumference of the insert protrusion and which has an orifice, wherein a spiral nozzle helix groove is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the insert protrusion.
Systems and methods to precisely control output pressure in buffered sprayers (DuO1)
Dispensing devices can include buffers. This obviates the need for continually pumping the device to dispense spray or foam. A buffer can be spring loaded, spring loaded combination, elastomeric or gas, and can be in line or adjacent to a piston chamber. Such sprayers and foamers can be mounted upside down. With a buffer, a piston chamber can deliver a greater amount of liquid per unit time than can be dispensed through the nozzle(s). The fraction of liquid that cannot be dispensed can be sent to the buffer for dispensing after the piston downstroke has completed. Volume of the piston chamber and buffer, pressure response of the buffer, throughput of the nozzle, and the minimum opening pressure of the outlet valve can be arranged to restrict the outlet pressures of liquid droplets exiting the nozzle within a defined range.
LIQUID DISPENSER WITH BOTTLE VENTILATION
Liquid dispenser having a liquid store and a discharge device fitted thereto and having a discharge opening. The discharge device has a pump device with a pump chamber variable in terms of volume and connected at an input side in a communicating manner to the liquid store and at an output side in a communicating manner to the discharge opening. The pump device conveys liquid from the liquid store to the discharge opening. The discharge device has a ventilation channel, by which an incoming air flow is enabled for pressure compensation between the liquid store and a surrounding atmosphere. The ventilation channel has a ventilation valve openable by manual actuation of the pump device and closed when the pump device is not actuated. Further, the ventilation channel has a capillary channel portion through which the incoming air flow reaches the liquid store.
Pump and dispensing device
A pump and a dispensing device with a pump for dispensing a preferably liquid product are proposed, wherein the pump comprises a spring sleeve for a spring, which separates the spring from the product, and/or wherein the pump comprises a sealed spring chamber for a spring.
Dispenser system
Dispenser systems, dispensers, and repositories can add a fragrance to an unscented liquid beauty preparation. The dispenser system includes a dispenser having a cavity for retaining at least a first liquid, and a repository configured for removably attaching to the dispenser, the repository having a reservoir for retaining at least a second liquid. The dispenser is coupled with a pump assembly including at least one pump for drawing the at least a first liquid and the at least a second liquid into a mixing chamber. The mixing chamber is coupled with an actuator in such a manner that when the actuator is pressed down by an external force, the mixing chamber communicates with the pump to suction the first and second liquids into the mixing chamber to form a liquid mixture for dispensing through a nozzle.
SPRAYER WITH A SIX-HOLE SPRAY PATTERN
The present invention is an improved nozzle for spraying viscous substances which includes the following key elements: (1) the nozzle includes a round hole at the nozzle middle-center location; and (2) the center round hole is surrounded by five circumferential modified trapezoid shaped hole openings, with each of the modified trapezoid shaped hole openings having a pair of divergent sidewalls with an arcuate top wall and a smaller acuate bottom wall and set at a distance separated from each other at seventy-two degrees in a circle around the center opening. The distance from the center of each circumferential opening to the middle center opening is also the same. The present invention will enable the spraying of heavy viscous substances and gels.
Dispensing pump system with removable chaplet
A dispensing pump (10) includes a removable chaplet (28) to facilitate removal of the internal metal spring components (44) for recycling. The dispensing pump (10) includes an accumulator (12) having an upper rim wall (24). The chaplet (28) is coaxially snap received about the rim wall (24) of the accumulator (12). The chaplet (28) has a body portion (30) received within the rim wall (24), and an outer wall (32) received outside of the rim wall (24). The outer wall (32) has a frangible wall portion (48) and a pull tab (50) at a terminal edge thereof. A dispensing head (36) with a piston stem (38) and spring (44) are coaxially guided within the chaplet (28) and accumulator (12). When the container is empty, the user pulls on the pull tab (50) to sever the frangible elements, releasing the chaplet (28) and allowing easy removal of the dispensing head (36) and the metallic spring component (44).
