Living hinge actuator
The invention relates generally to a device for actuating a pump mechanism capable of expelling a flowable composition from a container reservoir. In particular, the actuation capability is derived from a living hinge which is constituted by an elastomeric region of the actuator. More specifically, the invention relates to a molded actuator having a button portion for pressing, a collar portion for securing to a container, and a living hinge portion formed of a material that is sufficiently pliable to allow movement of the button portion relative to the collar in a resilient manner.
Configurable Computing Array Comprising Three-Dimensional Writable Memory
The present invention discloses a configurable computing array comprising three-dimensional writable memory (3D-W). It is a monolithic integrated circuit comprising an array of configurable computing elements, an array of configurable logic elements and an array of configurable interconnects. Each configurable computing element comprises at least a 3D-W array, which stores at least a portion of a look-up table (LUT) for a math function.
Precompression pump
A fluid dispenser pump having a piston secured to an actuator rod that slides in a pump body that includes a pump chamber defined between an inlet valve and an outlet valve. The outlet valve has an outlet valve member, wherein, during actuation, the outlet valve member slides in leaktight manner in the pump body, the pump body including a passage formed by at least a pump body portion of greater inside diameter, so that, at the end of actuation of the pump, the outlet valve member co-operates in non-leaktight manner with the passage so as to open the outlet valve, so as to enable the fluid contained in the pump chamber to be expelled.
Dispenser assembly including enclosure with handle
A dispenser assembly capable of dispensing gel, liquid, and foam products includes a container to be filled with the product, a pump connected to the container and configured to control dispensing of the product from the container, and a pump actuator assembly configured to actuate the pump and retain the container and the pump. The pump actuator assembly includes a first actuator including a lower ramp, and a second actuator comprising an upper ramp engaged with the lower ramp. The lower ramp of the first actuator and the upper ramp of the second actuator cooperate to actuate at least a portion of the pump along a first axis in response to a force applied along a second axis.
SHORT AND SMALL CONTINUOUS SPRAYER
The present invention discloses a short and small continuous sprayer, including a spray head, where the spray head is connected to a valve rod, the valve rod is provided with a retaining cavity, the retaining cavity is provided with an upper spring, the upper spring is connected to a piston, a valve needle is arranged in the piston and sleeved on the valve rod, an inner cavity is formed between the piston and the valve needle, the piston is sleeved with a cylinder body, a liquid cavity is formed between the cylinder body and the piston, the cylinder body is connected to a lower spring, the lower spring is connected to the valve needle, the cylinder body is provided with a moving cavity, and a steel ball is arranged in the moving cavity.
Press-type liquid pump
The present invention relates to a press-type liquid pump. The liquid pump comprises a fixed unit fixed relative to a container and a movable unit capable of performing a reciprocating motion relative to the fixed unit, and a liquid product is pumped to the exterior of the container. The reciprocating motion is achieved by a pressing force applied by a user to the movable unit to move the movable unit relative to the fixed unit in combination with an elastic restoring means for restoring the movable unit relative to the fixed unit after the pressing force is removed. The elastic restoring means is a plastic elastic compressing means located below a toothed sleeve and installed between the fixed unit and the movable unit, which comprises at least one elastic strip generally formed in an arc shape.
Short and small external dual-spring sprayer
A short and small external dual-spring sprayer, including a head cap cover, where a head cap is arranged in the head cap cover, a spray piece is arranged at a front end of the head cap, the head cap is connected to a valve rod, the valve rod is sleeved at an upper part of a valve needle, the valve needle penetrates through a bushing and a piston and is further sleeved with an internal spring, the internal spring has an upper part located in the valve rod and a lower end in contact with the piston, an external spring is arranged on an outer side of the internal spring and has an upper part located in a middle sleeve and a lower part located in the bushing.
Short and small continuous sprayer
A short and small continuous sprayer, including a spray head, where the spray head is connected to a valve rod, the valve rod is provided with a retaining cavity, the retaining cavity is provided with an upper spring, the upper spring is connected to a piston, a valve needle is arranged in the piston and sleeved on the valve rod, an inner cavity is formed between the piston and the valve needle, the piston is sleeved with a cylinder body, a liquid cavity is formed between the cylinder body and the piston, the cylinder body is connected to a lower spring, the lower spring is connected to the valve needle, the cylinder body is provided with a moving cavity, and a steel ball is arranged in the moving cavity.
VALVE STRUCTURE AND ACCUMULATOR SPRAYER COMPRISING VALVE STRUCTURE
A valve structure A of an accumulator sprayer X provided with a cylinder body portion B having a main cylinder portion B1 and a sub-cylinder portion B2, and a cover portion C that is attached to cover the cylinder body portion B, wherein; the accumulator sprayer X sucks up liquid in a container J through a first valve FV to the main cylinder portion B1, pressurizes the liquid and spraying the liquid from a nozzle portion F when the pressure of the liquid reaches a certain pressure; and the valve structure A comprises a spring portion and a valve piston portion, wherein the valve piston portion is provided with a spring attaching portion, the spring portion is attached to the spring attaching portion, the spring portion presses the valve piston portion in vertical direction, and the spring portion has higher rigidity than the valve piston portion.
