SET CONSISTING OF A PUMP DISPENSER AND AN EVALUATION UNIT
A set including a pump dispenser for discharging pharmaceutical or cosmetic liquids and an external evaluation unit, which is designed to be exchangeable so that, after the pump dispenser has been emptied, the evaluation unit can be attached to a new pump dispenser. The evaluation unit can be attached to the discharging head of the pump dispenser such that the evaluation unit detects an actuation button and can be partially displaced with same. The evaluation unit can alternatively have a receiving container which is open on at least one side and into which the pump dispenser can be inserted and the force application of which is detected on actuation.
Method and device for indicating future need for product replacement of random-use dispensing
A method and device for indicating whether a dispensable product will require refilling prior to the next scheduled service interval includes tracking the amount of use over a first interval, and calculating a frequency based from the use over the first interval. The quantity remaining is compared with the required amount, which is the product of the number of weeks in the service interval and the calculated frequency. Thus, when the quantity remaining is less that the required amount, a warning will be provided to indicate that the dispensing product should be replaced, as it will be empty before the next service interval.
INHALABLE FORMULATION OF A SOLUTION CONTAINING LEVALBUTEROL TARTRATE
The present invention discloses a liquid pharmaceutical preparation and a method for administering a pharmaceutical preparation by nebulizing the pharmaceutical preparation in an inhaler. The propellant-free pharmaceutical preparation comprises: (a) active levalbuterol or a salt thereof, such as levalbuterol tartrate; (b) a pharmacologically acceptable preservative; (c) a pharmacologically acceptable stabilizer, (d) a solvent, and optionally (e) other pharmacologically acceptable additives.
FLUID PRODUCT DISPENSING DEVICE
A fluid dispenser device having at least one reservoir (20) that is suitable for containing fluid to be dispensed; a pump (1) that is mounted on the reservoir (20); and a dispenser head (2) including a dispenser orifice (3) via which the fluid is dispensed, which dispenser head is suitable for actuating said pump (1). At least a rigid and/or non-deformable portion of the dispenser device is made out of a material comprising an aliphatic polyketone.
PUMP ACTUATING CAP FOR PUMP DISPENSERS, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REMOTE MONITORING OF PRODUCT CONSUMPTION FROM SAID PUMP ACTUATING CAP
The invention refers to a pump actuating cap for a pump dispenser, the cap comprising a housing configured to be coupled with a pump to operate the pump. The cap further comprising: an electronic circuit, a power source to feed the electronic circuit, at least one antenna connected with the electronic circuit, and at least one pulse generator to activate the electronic circuit, and wherein the circuit, the power source, the antenna and the pulse generator are enclosed inside the housing. The pulse generator is arranged to be actuated by contacting with a pump, when the housing is operatively coupled with a pump. The electronic circuit has stored an unique identification code usable to identify the pump actuating cap, and wherein the electronic circuit is adapted such as when it is activated by the pulse generator, a signal containing the dispenser unique identification code, is transmitted by the antenna.
FLUID PRODUCT DISPENSING DEVICE
A fluid dispenser device having at least one reservoir (20) that is suitable for containing fluid to be dispensed and a propellant gas; a valve (30), in particular a metering valve, that is mounted on said reservoir (20); and a body (10) including a dispenser orifice (40) via which the fluid is dispensed. The reservoir (20) is movable in the body (10) so as to actuate the valve (30); at least a portion of the dispenser device is made out of a material having an aliphatic polyketone.
FLUID PRODUCT DISPENSING DEVICE
A fluid dispenser device having at least one reservoir (20) that is suitable for containing fluid to be dispensed, a dispenser member (1, 30), an actuator member (2, 10) that is suitable for actuating said dispenser member (1, 30); a dispenser orifice (3, 40) via which the fluid is dispensed; and a dose counter or indicator (A). At least a portion of the dose counter or indicator (A) is made out of a material having an aliphatic polyketone.
Inhaler
An insert which can be inserted into an inhaler, particularly for a horse has a reservoir for a medicament preparation held under excess pressure and a valve. The insert also has a nebulizer that is held directly on the reservoir and a discharge nozzle, associated with the nebulizer and fluidically connected to the valve, for forming an aerosol with the medicament preparation.
Nebulizer with axially movable and lockable container and indicator
A nebulizer includes a replaceable container with fluid to be nebulized. The container includes an inseparable indicator device. The container and the indicator device are axially moved during nebulization and tensioning of the nebulizer. The indicator device controls locking of the nebulizer against further use if a predetermined number of uses has been reached or exceeded.
Nebulizer and container
A nebulizer and a container with a fluid for such a nebulizer are proposed. The container comprises an indicator device fixedly mounted on the bottom of the container. When a predetermined number of uses of the container (3) with the nebulizer (1) has been reached or exceeded, a signal element becomes visible on the indicator device. The indicator device stops further use of the container in a locked state when a predetermined number of uses has been reached or exceeded. Then, the nebulizer is partially opened and blocked against further use. After replacement of the container including the indicator device, the nebulizer can be used again.
