Inhaler
An active inhaler for delivery of an inhalation formulation has an overall flow resistance of at least 60,000 Pa.sup.1/2 s/m.sup.3 for ambient air drawn into a mouthpiece of the inhaler. This flow resistance when air and the aerosol are sucked via the mouthpiece is produced by the sizing of at least on air supply opening and/or an insert within the mouthpiece.
Set consisting of a pump dispenser and an evaluation unit
A set including a pump dispenser for discharging pharmaceutical or cosmetic liquids and an external evaluation unit, which is designed to be exchangeable so that, after the pump dispenser has been emptied, the evaluation unit can be attached to a new pump dispenser. The evaluation unit can be attached to the discharging head of the pump dispenser such that the evaluation unit detects an actuation button and can be partially displaced with same. The evaluation unit can alternatively have a receiving container which is open on at least one side and into which the pump dispenser can be inserted and the force application of which is detected on actuation.
Fluid pump with whistle
A fluid dispenser with a fluid pump for dispensing fluid on movement of an actuator, and an air pump for delivering a stream of air through at least one sound generator on movement of the actuator. The sound generator produces at least two sounds as the actuator is moved from a first position to a second position, with each sound produced in a different time period during a cycle of operation, or differing from the other sound in respect of one or more detectable sound characteristics, such as duration, frequency, temporal alignment, amplitude, and/or timbre. The time period of each sound is a function of the relative location of the actuator between the first and second positions.
DISPENSER AND ANALYSIS UNIT FOR SAME
A dispenser for pharmaceutical or cosmetic media, including a housing, a media reservoir and a discharge opening, wherein medium from the media reservoir is delivered into a surrounding atmosphere through the discharge opening. The dispenser has an electronic analysis unit for detecting usage of the dispenser, and the electronic analysis unit is configured for releasable attachment to the dispenser housing. The electronic analysis unit has a contact side which points in a direction of the housing in an attached state of the electronic analysis unit, and the electronic analysis unit has two parallel contact ribs on the contact side for bearing on the housing.
Nebulizer
A nebulizer and a storage device are provided. The nebulizer includes a casing, an atomization module fixed to the casing, a rotating module rotatably assembled to the casing, a linking module assembled to the rotating module, and a locking module. The linking module is configured to be connected to a bottom of the container bottle, and the starting module is configured to drive the nebulizer by being pushed, thereby enabling liquid in the container bottle to be atomized toward an outside of the nebulizer through the atomization module in an atomization process. The locking module is configured to be connected to a bottom of the container bottle. When the nebulizer completes a predetermined number of times of the atomization process, the locking mechanism is moved toward the casing and is then limited to restrict an operation of the nebulizer. Accordingly, after the nebulizer completes the predetermined number of times of the atomization process, the locking module can restrict rotation of the rotating module for preventing the nebulizer from using the container bottle arranged therein.
