Spray dispenser for plural components
For creating a simplified and cost effective spray dispenser for plural components, in particular for an adjustable dispenser having a compact design, wherein outlet openings are provided at a respective supply channel each having a pump unit for each component, it is proposed to form the respective supply channel (4a, 4b) as straight element at manufacturing (FIG. 8), especially by injection molding and then bend it into a curved form on assembly (FIG. 9) in the spray dispenser (1).
Mixing and dispensing device
A device for mixing and dispensing fluids has first and second walls that form a chamber connected to a nozzle. Inlets each configured to receive one fluid are arranged in the first wall. Proximate edges of the inlets are an equal distance from a central point on the first wall. A seal having top and bottom surfaces and a center through hole is positioned in the chamber. The center hole is substantially aligned with the central point. A surface area of the top surface is greater than a sum of the sectional areas of the inlets. A dispensing pump moves the seal between a sealed position in which the bottom surface seals the inlets and an open position in which the bottom surface is spaced away from the inlets to open the inlets to draw the fluids into the chamber to form the mixture for dispensing through the nozzle.
DISPENSER
A dispenser includes a housing defining an internal volume. A cartridge is coupled with the housing. A tube extends into the internal volume of the housing. A first liquid is drawn from the internal volume into the tube through a first inlet in the tube when the pump assembly is actuated. A connecting member is positioned in the internal volume of the housing and coupled to the cartridge and the tube. A second liquid is drawn from the cartridge, through the connecting member, and into the tube through a second inlet in the tube when the pump assembly is actuated.
Dispensers For Dispensing Microcapsules
A dispenser for applying at least two compositions, the dispenser including at least two reservoirs for storing the at least two compositions separately, at least two pumps for pumping the at least two compositions, which pumps have different strokes, an exit orifice, and an actuator assembly. The difference between the first stroke and the second stroke is accommodated through flexure of a flexing member in the actuator assembly. The first composition includes microcapsules and the second composition includes a volatile solvent.
FLUID DISPENSING DEVICE
Described herein is a fluid dispensing device that enables rapid fluid mixing of separate solutions prior to dispensing. Also described herein are methods of using and manufacturing the fluid dispensing device. The fluid dispensing device is useful with a variety of reactive and/or concentrated formulations, including cleaning formulations.
DUAL DISPENSER
A dual dispenser having two pumps, a first pump with a first actuating pin axially displaceable over a first maximum travel, and a second pump with a second actuating pin axially displaceable over a second maximum travel. The dispenser has a common piston axially displaceable and that acts axially and directly on the first actuating pin to drive it over its first maximum travel. The first maximum travel is greater than the second maximum travel. The dispenser includes reduced a speed transmission mechanism acting between the common piston and the second actuating pin to transmit the axial thrust force of the common piston to the second actuating pin with a reduced speed of the second actuating pin with respect to that of the first actuating pin.
