Spray gun and components for spraying paints and other coatings
A spray gun includes a valve cartridge configured to be axially installed and removed as a single piece. The valve cartridge includes the wear components of the spray gun. A trigger of the spray gun is configured to actuate a slider of the valve cartridge to control spraying by the spray gun. The trigger includes arms that are mounted to the spray gun by a pivot mechanism. The pivot mechanism can be disengaged from the arms to allow the trigger to slide between a spray position, where the trigger prevents forward axial movement of the valve cartridge, and a repair position, where the valve cartridge can move axially forward. The trigger also includes upper and lower portions that are movable relative to each other, such that the length of the trigger can be adjusted.
Battery operated dispenser
A battery-operated dispenser includes a shell with a moveable slider for extending a barrel of the dispenser to allow targeted application of a fluid or product from a container to which the dispenser is attached.
Fluid applicator
A fluid applicator configured to receive a pressurized fluid includes a pressure vessel configured to receive the pressurized fluid from a fluid delivery line. The pressure vessel includes a valve chamber configured to receive a valve assembly, a filter chamber configured to receive a filter assembly, and a fluid delivery line fitting configured to be coupled to the fluid delivery line. The fluid applicator further including a tip assembly coupled to the pressure vessel and configured to atomize the pressurized fluid.
Trigger locking device for a liquid applicator
A trigger locking system for a liquid applicator having a trigger with an opening is provided. The trigger locking system comprises trigger locking device configured to extend through the opening. The trigger locking device is configured to move, when actuated, between a defined locked position and a defined unlocked position. While the system is in a locked position, the trigger is nonactuable. While the system is in an unlocked position, the trigger is actuable such that, when actuated, a liquid is released from the liquid applicator.
Hand-held battery operated sprayer with rotatable spray lance
A hand-held battery operated sprayer with a rotatable spray lance includes a spray lance assembly and a spray chamber. A motor, a pump, a shutoff valve, a suction hose assembly, a pump inlet hose, a pump outlet hose, a battery pack, and a conductor are disposed in the spray chamber. Water sequentially passes the suction hose assembly, the shutoff valve, the pump inlet hose, the pump, and the pump outlet hose, and flows out of the spray chamber. A rotary axle base is disposed at the front end of the spray chamber. A right-angled rotating shaft is movably connected in the rotary axle base. The rotating shaft is connected to the spray lance assembly. The pump outlet hose can reach a nozzle of the spray lance assembly through the rotating shaft.
FLUID SPRAYER AND COMPONENTS OF A FLUID SPRAYER
An air-assisted airless spray gun includes a valve cartridge configured to control a flow of air or spray fluid through the spray gun. The valve cartridge includes a housing configured to interface with the spray gun body and fully supporting the flow control components of the valve cartridge. The housing is secured within a bore of the spray gun body. The valve member is supported by the housing and actuatable relative to a seat. The valve is formed between the seal end of the valve member and the seat.
Water Spray Gun
A water spray gun includes a main body, an operating member and a switch part. The main body includes a handle portion and a tube portion extended from the handle portion and provided with a spray head. A control assembly is enclosed in the main body for control of water outflow and adjustment of the amount of the water outflow. The operating member is pivotally connected to the position where the handle portion meets the tube portion. The switch part is arranged at the operating member and is engaged with the control assembly. The amount of water outflow is controlled by relative movement between the switch part and the operating member.
FLUID APPLICATOR
A fluid applicator configured to receive a pressurized fluid includes a handle assembly, a hook pivotably coupled to the handle assembly and configured to be actuated between a closed position and an open position, and a tip assembly configured to atomize the pressurized fluid.
Foam dispensing gun with third stream
A two-component spray gun is illustrated that utilizes a third stream for dispensing at least some, and in some instances all, of the requisite foam precursor reactants and/or blowing agents in combination with the “A” and “B” reactant streams.
PLURAL COMPONENT SPRAY GUN SYSTEM
A spray gun for a plural component system is provided. The spray gun includes a first component delivery line and a second component delivery line. The spray gun also includes a nozzle, configured to receive and mix a first component received from the first component delivery line with a second component received from the second component delivery line. The spray gun also includes an air purge system configured to, when the spray gun is in a non-actuated position, purge the nozzle of the first and second components and, when the spray gun is in an actuated position, aid in atomization of the mixture of the first and second components.
