Wirelessly controlled trigger start and chemical tank change-over for pressure washers
A pressure washer includes a prime mover, a pump driven by the prime mover, and a spray gun fluidly coupled to the pump. The spray gun includes a flow-control valve movable between an open position and a closed position to control a fluid flow from the spray gun, a user interface for controlling the flow-control valve, a sensor configured to detect the state of the user interface, and a first wireless system electrically coupled to the sensor. In a first state of the user interface, the flow-control valve is in the closed position. In a second state of the user interface, the flow-control valve is in the open position. The pressure washer further includes a second wireless system electrically coupled to the prime mover. The second wireless system signals the prime mover to start to drive the pump to provide fluid to the spray gun upon receiving a start signal from the first wireless system indicating that the sensor detects the user interface in the second state.
SWITCHING VALVE SPOOL AND A SHOWER
A switching valve spool has a fixed shaft and a switching shaft coaxially arranged within. The switching shaft is linked with an operating unit and moves between a first, second, and third position in the fixed shaft along the axis. The switching shaft has an inlet and an outlet. In the first position of the switching shaft, the inlet is closed; in the second position of the switching shaft, the inlet is open and an air intake is formed between the side wall of the switching shaft closing to the outlet and the fixed shaft, when the water flows into the fixed shaft from the outlet, the air sucked from the air intake mixes with the water in the fixed shaft, because the fixed shaft diameter is larger than the outlet diameter; in the third position of the switching shaft, the inlet remains open and the air intake is closed.
PRESSURE WASHER SAFETY LOCK
A pressure washer gun is provided including a safety locking feature that may inhibit unintentional actuation. In an embodiment, the pressure washer gun may include a body portion, and a hand grip portion extending from the body portion. A trigger may be disposed adjacent to the hand grip portion and coupled with a flow control valve for controlling the flow of high pressure fluid through the pressure washer gun. A safety lock may be pivotally coupled with the hand grip portion for movement between a locked position inhibiting movement of the trigger to open the flow control valve, and an unlocked position allowing movement of the trigger to open the flow control valve, the safety lock being biased toward the locked position.
GESTURE CONTROL OF A FLUID APPLICATION SYSTEM
A fluid application system includes a pump unit configured to pump a fluid to a fluid applicator. The fluid application system includes a sensor configured to sense a motion made by a user and generate a sensor signal indicative of the sensed motion. The fluid application system also includes a control system configured to identify a gesture based on the sensor signal and control the fluid application system based on the identified gesture.
Foam dispensing gun
A foam spray gun is illustrated in which a third hose is attached to the gun for the application of either a liquid or a gas.
Valve gun for a high-pressure cleaner
A valve gun for a high-pressure cleaner is provided, including an inlet channel with an inlet for supplying a pressurized liquid and an outlet channel with an outlet for discharging the liquid, a valve arranged in the flow path between the inlet and the outlet, a triggering member manually movable between a rest position and a release position for opening and closing the valve, a first locking member manually movable between a locking position and an unlocking position for locking the triggering member in the rest position, and a handgrip graspable by the user. In order to further develop the valve gun such that it is easier to handle, the triggering member can be arranged at the rear side of the handgrip that faces away from the outlet, and that the first locking member can be arranged at the front side of the handgrip that faces the outlet.
HIGH-VOLUME FOAM SPRAY GUN
A high-volume foam spray gun assembly having a mixing section comprising a chamber bore, and a mixing chamber movingly disposed within the mixing bore. The mixing chamber further includes a first lateral orifice, a second lateral orifice, a central mixing bore, and an unimpinged central mixing bore outlet. The spray gun assembly is operable to spray a foam product out of the spray tip at a rate of in the range of about 10 lbs/min to about 100 lbs/min. The first lateral orifice has a first lateral orifice diameter in the range of at least greater than 0.1 inches. The second lateral orifice has a second lateral orifice diameter in the range of at least greater than 0.1 inches.
Low Pressure Plural Component Spray System
A method and apparatus for applying a foamed mixture of paints on a structural surface. A continuous stream of high velocity gas moves through a nozzle and is directed toward the structural surface, and two or more paints may be intermittently moved into the gas stream of the nozzle and aerated and mixed with each other and moved with the gas stream to form a foam that is applied to the structural surface. The components of the foamed mixture may include single component or plural component materials such as polyurethane foam, adhesive, and polyurea formulations, and may be moved through a volumetric metering device consisting of material heaters, a heated hose, and an applicator gun. The nitrogen gas stream fluidizes the mixture as it passes through and out of the nozzle and forms the mixture into a foam that is applied to the structural surface.
MISTING NOZZLE ASSEMBLY
A misting nozzle assembly that includes a manifold having a fluid entry point and a plurality of ports formed therein each of which is fluidly connected to the fluid entry point. A plurality of nozzle is each adapted for attachment within a respective of the plurality of ports.
PLURAL COMPONENT SPRAY GUN SYSTEM
A spray gun for a plural component system is provided. The spray gun includes a first component delivery line and a second component delivery line. The spray gun also includes a nozzle, configured to receive and mix a first component received from the first component delivery line with a second component received from the second component delivery line. The spray gun also includes an air purge system configured to, when the spray gun is in a non-actuated position, purge the nozzle of the first and second components and, when the spray gun is in an actuated position, aid in atomization of the mixture of the first and second components.
