A system having an enclosure for containing a solution. An atomizer is in communication with an interior of the enclosure and the solution for generating an aerosolized particle mist within the interior of the enclosure. A positive pressure device is in communication with the interior of the enclosure for generating a positive pressure within the enclosure relative to an atmosphere outside of the enclosure. An ejection nozzle having a tortuous path is provided, wherein an entrance of the tortuous path is in communication with the interior of the atomizer and an exit of the tortuous path is in communication with the atmosphere outside of the enclosure.

FILM-FORMING ATOMIZER, FILM-FORMING APPARATUS, AND FILM-FORMING METHOD
A film-forming atomizer atomizing a raw material liquid with ultrasonic wave to generate a raw material mist, includes: a raw material container containing the raw material liquid; a propagation vessel containing an intermediate liquid as a medium for propagating the ultrasonic wave to the raw material liquid; a support mechanism to support the raw material container so that at least a part of the raw material container is positioned in the intermediate liquid; a circulation mechanism to circulate the intermediate liquid; an ultrasonic wave generator to generate and apply the ultrasonic wave to the propagation vessel; and a degassing mechanism to discharge a gas in the intermediate liquid out of the film-forming atomizer.

The atomizer (103) includes an atomizing separation portion (105) configured to cover a liquid supply port (104) and pass not a liquid but mist. In addition, the cleaning tool includes a control circuit (107) configured to control an operation time of the atomizer (103) by a set time.
AEROPONICS APPARATUS
Aeroponics apparatus is disclosed, which includes a grow bed tray having a base and at least two side-walls, the grow bed tray being able to hold a plant support at a position spaced from the base of the grow bed tray, and a nebulizer for nebulizing nutrient solution, the nebulizer located at the base of the grow bed tray and comprising an ultrasonic transducer and a holder for holding the ultrasonic transducer. Also disclosed is a method for crop production using the aeroponics apparatus by either flowing nutrient solution into the base of the grow bed tray to contact at least the roots of the crops or providing nutrient solution at the base of the grow bed tray and nebulizing the nutrient solution so that the nebulized nutrient solution contacts at least the roots of the crops.

An in-line spraying system via ultrasound, which can be used in the dispensing of agrochemical agents for post-harvest fruit, which has a spray chamber formed by a closed tank containing the liquid to be sprayed, an agitator, two ultrasound transducers and a fan; a chamber for applying the mist to the fruit, formed by a closed chamber disposed on the processing line, which has gates with slats for allowing the fruit in and out, a cylindrical applicator for the agrochemical, which is connected to the spray chamber via a duct; and a chamber for recovering the mist, formed by a closed tank coupled to the application chamber, below the Processing line, which is connected to the spray chamber via a duct, and wherein the recovered mist is moved by the fan. A process for operating the system is also disclosed.
Simulated Three-Dimensional Flame Apparatus
A simulated three-dimensional flame apparatus, comprising a base (1), a mist generation mechanism disposed in the base (1), and an outer cover (2) and a light emitting mechanism connected to the base (1). The inner cavity of the outer cover (2) is a mist accumulation chamber (3), a mist outlet (4) of the mist generation mechanism is in communication with the mist accumulation chamber (3), or a part that generates mist in the mist generation mechanism is disposed inside of the mist accumulation chamber (3). The top of the outer cover (2) is provided with a flame outlet (5). The light emitting mechanism is disposed inside of the outer cover (2) and the light emission direction thereof is toward the flame outlet (5), such that the light beam from the light emitting mechanism radiates on the mist emitted from the flame outlet (5), and the refraction of the light beam off the mist forms a dynamic flame (6). The light beam from the light source (17) radiates on the mist which is emitted irregularly, the light refracts off the mist and forms a dynamic flame (6), thereby presenting realistically the flickering effect of a burning flame.

An air disinfector and humidifier combo is revealed. The air disinfector and humidifier combo includes a tank used for storing water and provided with an air outlet, an electrolytic oxygen generator arranged at the tank for hydrolysis of water in the tank to generate ozone water, an ultrasonic oscillator disposed on the tank for atomizing the ozone water in the tank to produce ozone water mist, an air pump, a bubble refiner connected to an air vent of the air pump and mounted in the tank for generating submicron bubbles, and an electronic control unit electrically connected to the electrolytic oxygen generator, the ultrasonic oscillator, and the air pump for control of their operating time. The air disinfector and humidifier combo provides humidification, disinfection and purification functions. The submicron fine bubbles of the ozone water interact better with dirty air to improve disinfection and cleaning effect.
Low-frequency ultrasonic atomizing device having large atomization quantity
A low-frequency ultrasonic atomizing device includes a piezoelectric vibrator, a horn, a secondary atomizing chamber, a gas-liquid valve end cover, a Laval-type valve core, a stepped valve core, and a gas-liquid valve body. The piezoelectric vibrator is glued onto the horn, and the gas-liquid valve end cap is connected to the gas-liquid valve body by a thread, while both the stepped valve core and the Laval-type valve core are installed within a cylindrical cavity of the valve body, an end of the Laval-type valve core being sleeved at an end of the stepped valve core. The horn and the secondary atomizing chamber, the secondary atomizing chamber and the gas-liquid valve end cover are connected by a double-head stud and a nut. The device achieves multi-stage atomization of droplets, which increases the atomization quantity of a spray device, the droplets being small, and also achieves long distance spraying.
