Mortar applicator and mortar application system having same
A mortar applicator includes: a duct having a first end and a second end; a piston movably mounted within the duct, the piston dividing the duct into first and second variable volume chambers on opposite sides of the piston; a piston actuator operatively connected to the piston, the piston actuator being operable to move the piston within the duct; a nozzle assembly located at the first end of the duct, the nozzle assembly having a tip defining a nozzle opening in fluid communication with the first variable volume chamber to discharge mortar contained therein; and a cover member selectively movable between an open position and a closed position to respectively allow and prevent mortar to be discharged through the nozzle opening; a cover member actuator operatively connected to the cover member, the cover member actuator being operable to move the cover member between the open position and the closed position.
EQUIPMENT FOR GLAZING MANUFACTURED ARTICLES
The equipment for glazing manufactured articles, comprises: a load-bearing frame (2); movement means (3) of at least one manufactured article (M) to be decorated along one direction of forward movement (4); glazing means (5) of the manufactured article (M) to be decorated comprisingan internally hollow container (6) for the collection of glaze provided with at least one set of through orifices (7) for the outflow of the glaze, at least one roller (8) housed inside the container (6) and operable in rotation around a relevant axis, wherein the volume positioned between the inner walls of the container (6) and the roller (8) defines a containment chamber (9) of the glaze, the roller (8) being provided with a set of projections (10) are adapted to open and close the orifices (7) in a sequential and cyclic manner respectively to allow and prevent the release of the glaze from the container (6); wherein the container (6) is provided with at least one pair of openings (11) communicating with the containment chamber (9) and it is movable in rotation with respect to the frame (2) between at least one work configuration and at least one unloading configuration so as to change the orientation of the openings (11).
APPLICATION SYSTEM
To provide an application system suitable for dispensing a resin containing a hollow filler. The present invention includes a pressure-feed pump 100 capable of pressure-feeding a viscous material, a leveling part 200 that levels a flow rate of the viscous material delivered by the pressure-feed pump, a dispenser 300 that delivers the viscous material leveled by the leveling part, and includes a structure of a rotary volumetric single-shaft eccentric screw pump, and an applying valve 400 that applies the viscous material delivered from the dispenser in a planar form.
Piezo actuator device
The disclosure relates to a piezo actuator device, preferably for controlling a dispensing of an application agent onto a component, including: at least one movable valve body for opening and closing at least one valve seat, at least one preferably pivotable actuating arm for actuating the at least one valve body, and a piezo actuator configured to move the at least one valve body to close and/or open the at least one valve seat.
Mixing valve
A mixing valve for mixing two coating agent components (e.g. master batch and hardener) to form a multi-component mixture, with two coating agent inlets for supplying the two coating agent components and with two coating agent valves for controlling the coating agent flow through the two coating agent inlets, as well as with a coating agent outlet for discharging the multi-component mixture in a specific outflow direction. At least one of the coating agent valves is formed as a rotary slide valve having two plane-parallel valve discs which are rotatable relative to each other about an axis of rotation.
