ROTARY FEEDTHROUGH OF A GLUE VALVE UNIT
A glue valve arrangement having a controllable, in particular electromagnetically operated metering member for the delivery of glue, having a main body with glue duct leading to the metering member, having a tubular glue line, with which glue originating from a separate glue source can be fed to the glue duct, having a rotary feedthrough, detachably fastened to the main body, for the articulated connection of the tubular glue line to the main body, and having a filter for the filtering of the glue. The invention is characterized in that the filter is assigned to the rotary feedthrough.
LIQUID DISPENSING SPRAY NOZZLE ASSEMBLY FOR RAPIDLY PRODUCING SMALL SIZED DROPLETS OF HIGHLY VISCOUS LIQUIDS
A modular liquid distribution system in which each module has a module body, a spray nozzle, and a cyclically operable piston for controlling the dispensing of high viscous liquids from the spray nozzle. Each spray nozzle has a nozzle body with a liquid inlet and a tear dropped shaped pintle which together with the nozzle body defines an expansion chamber that reduces velocity of the liquid sufficient to be dispensed in small droplet form without splattering. In one embodiment, the nozzle body has a discharge orifice sized smaller than the outer diameter of the expansion chamber for accelerating liquid flow upon discharge sufficient to enhance consistent and repeatable breaks in the cyclically controlled fluid flow stream for enabling the discharge of smaller and more consistent volumes.
VALVE FOR FREE-FLOWING MEDIA, IN PARTICULAR GLUE VALVE
A valve for free-flowing media, in particular a glue valve, with a valve housing, and with a closure member, in particular a valve tappet, which is movable in the valve housing by means of an electromagnet and which bears with a closure piece on a valve seat in the closed position of the valve and which sits at least partially in an in particular continuous interior of a preferably one-piece coil carrier on which the windings of a coil of the electromagnet are wound, and with a valve lift adjustment unit with an elongate abutment part which is arranged at least in part in the interior of the coil carrier and which limits a movement of the closure member in the direction of the valve lift adjustment unit, with the valve lift adjustment unit being is secured on the coil carrier.
Preform coating device
A preform coating device is provided with: a rotational holding part that horizontally holds a preform and rotates the preform about the axis of the preform, and that grasps a spout of the preform; a conveyance part that conveys the preform by moving the rotational holding part; a dispenser that discharges a coating liquid toward the preform; a preform support part that supports the bottom-side end of the cylindrical barrel of the preform while the dispenser is discharging the coating liquid; and a spout support part that supports the outer circumferential surface of the spout of the preform while the dispenser is discharging the coating liquid.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LAMINATED IRON CORE
In manufacturing a laminated iron core by laminating and bonding iron core laminates blanked from a sheet steel strip into a prescribed profile, the adhesive agent can be applied to the iron core laminates in a stable manner without regard to the arrangement and the number of the application spots on each iron core laminate. The metallic die machine (1) is provided with an adhesive agent application unit (12) configured to apply an adhesive agent to a prescribed area of the sheet steel strip (W) corresponding to the iron core laminates (2), and the adhesive agent application unit is provided with a casing (44) defining a plurality of adhesive agent storage chambers (55-57) for storing the adhesive agent before the adhesive agent is applied to the prescribed area. The casing is provided with a plurality of ejection orifices (H1 to H3) each communicating with a corresponding one of the adhesive agent storage chambers and configured to eject the adhesive agent.
Composition, device, and method for maintaining wood railroad ties
A composition, device, and method for maintenance of railroad wood ties is presented herein. The device comprises a system for simultaneously filling rail spike holes in wood cross ties including a controlled system able to move in the x, y, and z planes. The system includes a product distribution box with multiple valves and dispensing lines for applying an environmentally friendly wood filler composition into multiple rail spike holes simultaneously. The wood filler composition is applicable for filling holes or gaps in wood to stabilize wood structures.
APPLICATOR AIR MANIFOLD
An air manifold for a material dispensing applicator is described. The air manifold has an inlet to receive pressurized air from a pressurized air source, a channel extending therethrough from the inlet, and a plurality of passages in fluid communication with the channel. The air manifold also includes a plurality of pneumatic bolts, where each of the plurality of pneumatic bolts is disposed in a respective one of the plurality of passages and attached to a respective one of the plurality of dispensing modules of the applicator. Each of the plurality of pneumatic bolts directs the pressurized air from the channel of the air manifold to the respective one of the plurality of dispensing modules.
FILM FORMING APPARATUS
The present invention provides a film forming apparatus having a mist spray nozzle which enables a prevention of a generation of a clogging. The film forming apparatus according to the present invention is provided with a mist spray head (100) for spraying a raw material. The mist spray head (100) includes a raw material spray nozzle (N1) and a raw material ejection part (7) for ejecting an atomized raw material, and the raw material spray nozzle (N1) includes a cavity (2, 3) and a raw material discharge part (5) which is drilled in a side surface of the cavity (2, 3), being away from a bottom surface of the cavity (2, 3), and is connected to the raw material ejection part (7).
QUICK RELEASE SOLENOID ASSEMBLY
A retaining system for a solenoid assembly of a liquid adhesive dispensing system includes a quick-release mechanism configured to secure the solenoid assembly in place. The quick-release mechanism engages an air tube of the solenoid and thereby secures the entire solenoid assembly to a manifold. The quick-release mechanism can release the solenoid, facilitating easy removal of the entire solenoid assembly, by a simple turning, pushing, or pulling action on the quick-release mechanism. The released solenoid can then be removed and replaced, thereby minimizing downtime caused due to the replacement of a faulty solenoid.
