The housing may include a controller configured to be operatively connected to the power supply, the controller may be configured to generate a pressure within the fluid cartridge by adjusting, via the motor, the drive rod and piston in a first direction relative to the fluid cartridge to dispense fluid in the fluid cartridge.
TWIST ACTION PORTION CONTROL SAUCE DISPENSER
The invention comprises a dispensing device having an elongated body, a sidewall which is elliptical in at least a portion of its cross-section, an open top end, and a dispensing bottom end. The device comprises a ratchet, ratchet support member, dial, telescoping members, and an elliptical plunger. The ratchet support member and dial each engage the ratchet to allow movement in certain directions and prevent movement in other directions, beyond a certain point. A first telescoping member is affixed to the ratchet. The exterior diameter of a second telescoping member is smaller than the interior diameter of the first telescoping member, such that the second telescoping member is configured to nest within the interior of the first telescoping member. The second telescoping member may be extended a distance through the dispenser body via rotation of the ratchet. The plunger is affixed to the telescoping member having the smallest diameter.
Driving device of caulking gun
A driving device of caulking gun includes a housing, a driving assembly, a threaded rod, and a transmission assembly. The housing defines an axial direction. The driving assembly is disposed on the housing and includes a motor assembly and a driving gear. The motor assembly and the driving gear are linked-up to rotate simultaneously. The threaded rod is slidably disposed on the housing and is nonrotatable with respect to the housing. The threaded rod is formed with a spiral groove. The transmission assembly is arranged in the housing and includes a transmission sleeve and a plurality of abutting members. The transmission sleeve is sleeved onto the threaded rod and is radially formed with a plurality of through holes. The abutting members are received in the through holes respectively. The transmission sleeve and the driving gear are linked-up.
FLOW-THROUGH APPLICATOR DEVICE
A flow-through device includes a body, including a stem; a cap; a neck; a piston; and an applicator; and a bottle including a reservoir configured to hold a solution, wherein the piston is attached to the stem at a predetermined distance along a length of the stem away from a bottom face of the reservoir when the stem is inserted into the reservoir, forms a seal with a sidewall of the reservoir, and is configured to displace the solution filled in the reservoir into a hollow channel volume of the stem, an interior applicator volume of the applicator, and an interior cap volume of the cap, and the reservoir is filled with an overfilled volume of the solution filling into the hollow channel volume of the stem, the interior applicator volume of the applicator, and the interior cap volume of the cap.
Twist action portion control sauce dispenser
A dispensing device having an elongated dispenser body which is elliptical in cross-section through its midsection, has an open top end, and has a dispensing bottom end; a cylindrical ratchet support member which is removably disposed within the open top end of the dispenser body, wherein the ratchet support member comprises a through hole one and or more ribs disposed on the inside of its circumferential sidewall; and a wheel-shaped ratchet which is removably disposed within the ratchet support member, wherein the ratchet has radially extending teeth which are configured to engage with the ratchet support member ribs, the ratchet configuration allows rotary motion in a first direction over the ribs, the ratchet configuration prevents rotary motion in a second, opposite direction past a point defined by the ribs, and the ratchet comprises ribs disposed on the top surface of the ratchet wheel.
MIXING DEVICE AND APPLICATOR FOR SEALANTS
Mixing device and applicator for sealants formed by a main body and a handle (1), wherein the main body comprises a container-carrying sheath (7), a rotating cylinder (14), a gear module (11) that can be coupled to a rotor and a set of mechanisms that eject the sealant material. By actuating a trigger (2), a speed regulator (3) and a rotation selector (4) present in the handle (1) in a first action the cylinder (11) rotates in one sense mixing the material and in a second action it changes the sense of rotation and by actuating a cylinder locking system (19 and 20) present in the main body the device ejects the sealant material.
Dispenser for storing and advancing a liquid
A dispenser with a transfer assembly is arranged to efficiently transfer a stored liquid from a reservoir in a body of the dispenser to an applicator. The transfer assembly includes an adapter, applicator base, piston and a bias member. The adapter is in contact with the body and has a central member with orifices to fluidly couple the applicator base to the reservoir. The applicator base is supported by and extends beyond the adapter. The applicator base forms a cavity for housing the piston and the bias member. A tubular member of the applicator base supports an applicator. The piston includes a passage that conveys the stored liquid from the cavity to the applicator. The bias member keeps the head of the piston against a surface of the central member. When stored liquid is under a pressure that exceeds a bias force, displacement of the piston, opens a seal.
DISPENSING DEVICE FOR INDUSTRIAL ROBOTS
A dispensing system (1) for industrial robots comprising a base (19) comprising a first end (21) and a second end (23), where the first end comprises a connecting arrangement for a syringe, a connection bracket in connection to the base plate, configured to attach the base to an articulated robot arm (3), a stepping motor (59) that is connected to the second end of the base plate, where the stepping motor comprises a central rotor (61) having a first rotational axis and at least two electromagnets arranged as a stator (63) around the central rotor, a plunger rod (49) having a first longitudinal axis and a second rotational axis and where the plunger rod is in connection to the central rotor, where a rotational movement of the central rotor maneuvers the plunger rod in a direction parallel to the rotational axis of the plunger rod, wherein the plunger rod further comprises a rotational lock, where the rotational lock is in connection to the base plate ensuring that the plunger rod is rotationally static during the rotational movement of the central rotor.
