Screening Apparatus
The present invention relates to a screening apparatus (100) comprising a frame (10); a feed conveyor (20) mounted at one end of the frame and a screen (30) for accepting waste material from the feed conveyor, the waste material comprising fines and oversize material. The screen (30) is mounted on the frame (10) about a pivot axis and comprises a trough (32) with a top opening; and a plurality of driven elongate rotating members (40) disposed in an arc along one side of the trough and along at least a portion of the base of the trough (32) for causing circular or helical flow of the waste material within the trough. The trough (32) further comprises a base opening for discharging the fines material and an oversize material outlet for discharging the oversize material; and wherein the screen is mounted on the frame such that the elongate rotating members (40) are each independently perpendicular to the pivot axis.
Disc screen for separating solid materials
Disc screen for separating solid residues, which includes multiple parallel rotation shafts, each of which carries a plurality of discs fixed thereto. In addition, the disc screen includes multiple shaped rings, which are each constituted by multiple sectors removably mounted around the rotation shafts, and they are placed between the discs in order to simply and easily vary the screening section. The external edge of each shaped ring is provided with thrust sections, which are adapted to intercept the material to be screened in order to subject the latter to a greater stress, which facilitates a more efficient separation of the materials, and push upward components of light and filamentous material so as to prevent possible entangling and obstructions of such materials at the rotation shafts.
COMBINATION SCREENING APPARATUS
The present invention provides a combination screening apparatus for screening a mixed material into three graded streams, comprising a disc screen wholly, substantially or partly located within a rotary drum screen. The present invention may be conveniently arranged on a mobile chassis with a simple arrangement of a feed hopper to feed a feed end, and a layered or stacked configuration for the discharge of the so-formed graded streams at a discharge end.
SCREEN APPARATUS WITH MULTI-DISCHARGE
The present invention provides a mobile multi-deck screening apparatus for screening a mixed material into three graded streams, the apparatus comprising two or more overlapping screening decks and at least three discharge conveyors, wherein one discharge conveyor is a switchable conveyor selectively switchable between an active state such that each discharge conveyor discharges one graded stream, to an inactive state such that one discharge conveyor discharges two graded streams.
Separator screen in discs or stars for waste, axle usable in such screen as well as method for modifying a separator screen in discs or stars for waste
An axle useable in a disc or star separator screen for waste includes a rotation shaft defining a longitudinal axis, a plurality of discs or stars integrally coupled with the rotation shaft, and a plurality of anti-clogging sleeves mounted idle on the rotation shaft, each of the anti-clogging sleeves being interposed between a respective pair of consecutive discs or stars. Each anti-clogging sleeve has a first rotating element and a second rotating element arranged adjacent to each other, at least one of which is a tubular body. The rotating elements are mounted idle on the rotation shaft so as to rotate independently with respect to each other.
Screening bucket
A screening bucket comprises a main structure which includes a collecting portion for the material to be screened and a receiving member in which there is collected the material which is subjected to sieving and which has a discharge opening for the screened material. A plurality of rotating elements are arranged in the region of the discharge opening and are supported in a removable manner on pairs of opposing bearing groups. The bearing groups comprise a bearing and a rotatable support, to which there is connected an end of the rotating element by means of a male/female connection, wherein the rotatable support further comprises a locking portion which is capable of being retained by means of a corresponding retention device so as to prevent the rotation of the rotatable support when the rotating element is removed.
SEPARATOR FOR A GRAPE COLLECTION UNIT
The present invention relates to a separator for separating harvested berries from other plant matter. The invention particularly relates to a separator that can be fitted to, positioned above, or integrated with, a collection bin and as such allows for material harvested by an automatic berry harvester to be process prior to deposition of the berries in the collection bin. In particular the berry harvester can be a grape harvester.
System, apparatus and method for separating materials using a screen bed and vacuum
An apparatus/system for separating a mixture of solid materials has a screening bed, an expansion chamber in gaseous communication with the screening bed, a filter in gaseous communication with the expansion chamber, an air flow producer in fluid communication with the filter. The screening bed includes a star-shaped agitators and the air flow is a vacuum from the screening bed through pathway.
SEPARATING SCREEN CONVEYOR
A separating screen conveyor for sorting a material into fractions having different distributions of a property of the particles or items. The conveyor screen has a row of shafts mutually spaced in a conveying direction, each shaft carrying a row of axially spaced discs for intermittently urging material on the sorting conveyor upward and in the conveying direction. The discs are releasably clamped to the shafts which have strips oriented in longitudinal direction of the shafts on circumferential surfaces of the shafts. The strips have toothed surfaces. Openings of the discs each have a recess closely fitting to the strips and teeth in engagement with the teeth of the toothed surfaces of the strips. The pitch of the teeth of the strips is smaller than the maximum widths of the discs in the longitudinal direction of the shaft.
