MODULAR NUT CLEANING PLANT
A modular nut cleaning plant comprises a nut sizer and a stick remover mounted to the nut sizer. A vacuum unit is mounted to the stick remover. A nut product stream will pass on the stick remover through the vacuum unit which will vacuum light debris from the nut product stream. The nut product stream moves on a chain on the stick remover. Large debris and sticks that do not fall through openings in the chain will pass into a debris conveyor. Nuts and debris that fall through the openings in the chain will be delivered to the nut sizer. The nut sizer will rotate and tumble nuts and debris in the nut product stream. Nuts of an undesirable size and debris will pass into a debris conveyor. Nuts of a desired size will pass through the nut sizer into a chute or other conveyance to be delivered to further nut processing apparatus.
NUT SIZER
A nut sizer includes a nut sizer frame and a rotatable nut sizer cage mounted therein. A motor is attached to the nut sizer frame at an intake end thereof. The motor will drive a drive sprocket which will in turn drive a reel sprocket that is connected to the rotatable sizer cage. A chain engages the drive sprocket and the reel sprocket. The sizer cage may be lifted from the nut sizer frame by removing the chain. The nut sizer cage is a sectioned sizer cage and includes a first sizer section and a second sizer section detachably connected thereto.
NUT PROCESSING APPARATUS
A nut processing apparatus includes a pair of side panels with a vacuum duct connected thereto. The nut processing apparatus which may be referred to as a vacuum unit is configured to be mounted directly to other nut processing equipment such as for example a stick remover. The vacuum unit includes a vacuum duct with an upper stationary portion and a lower pivotable portion.
Scraper device for disc assembly
The present invention relates to a scraper device to assist with metering of material that may accumulate between the discs of a disc assembly. The scraper device includes a fixed mounting plate, a fixed retainer plate and a scraper material. The fixed retainer plate includes a shoulder. The scraper material includes an aperture through which the scraper material is removably fastened between the fixed mounting plate and the shoulder of the fixed retainer plate. The scraper device may further include a fastener to removably fasten the scraper material between the fixed mounting plate and the shoulder of the fixed retainer plate.
SIEVING DEVICE AND OPERATING METHOD
The sieving device includes a support device, which holds a sieve, which has at least one sieve lining that is held by a sieve frame, which is connected to a drive device. The drive device, which is controllable by a control device by means of a control program, includes at least three actuators, which are connected each on one side via a first swivel joint to the support device and which are connected each on another side via second swivel joint to the sieve frame, so that the sieve is held solely by the actuators and is displaceable within an operating volume and optionally rotatable.
Demount-free electrical cleanable filter
The present invention relates to a demount-free electrical cleanable filter, which includes a housing and a main filter cylinder in the housing. the housing is provided with a cleaning hoop and a reciprocating driving device. The cleaning hoop is sleeved on cylinder filtering material of the main filter cylinder. The reciprocating driving device drives the cleaning hoop to move up and down repeatedly, so as to conduct a clean-up operation on the main filter cylinder. The beneficial effect of the present invention is as follows. The present invention can be used in vehicle using fuel, engine and industry, environmental filtering, according to the flow rate and different designs of material. By a novel structure design, the lifetime of the present filter is greatly improved. During the entire life cycle of the filter, an apparatus which uses the present filter does not need to replace the fuel filter.
SCRAP COLLECTION DEVICE
A scrap collection device according to the embodiment includes a mesh conveyor, a peeler, and one or more collection containers. The mesh conveyor includes a mesh belt configured to receive a fluid mixture of a liquid and scraps from above to trap at least a portion of the scraps and to allow the liquid to pass, and moves the mesh belt. The peeler peels the scraps from a face of the mesh belt in a state where the face of the mesh belt is directed downward. The collection containers collect the peeled scraps.
PROCESSING OF SOLID MICRON SIZED PARTICLES FOR RAPID DEPOSITION ON SUBSTRATE SURFACES WITH UNIFORM PARTICLE DISTRIBUTION
This application relates generally to a method and apparatus to deposit particles onto one or more coupons, and harvest particles from one or more coupons, which may beneficially provide a more uniform or localized distribution of particles over a specified area on each coupon. The application relates to a method and apparatus for depositing particles onto one or more coupons using a sieve. The application also relates to a method and apparatus for depositing particles onto one or more coupons using a dust storm. The particle loadings achieved on each coupon or across an individual coupon may be substantially uniform. The application further relates to a laser-based method and apparatus for transferring particles deposited at localized points on a source coupon to a different substrate for further use.

Magnetic separator apparatus
A magnetic separator apparatus for the removal of magnetic particles from gold bearing sands provides one or more magnetic separator assemblies along a sluice box channel to remove the magnetic particles using spinning strong earth magnets within a magnetic separator assembly, removing the magnetic particle where they are removed from the apparatus and evacuated as waste, while the valuable non-magnetic particles are left within the sluice for further separation, classification and processing to remove the precious metal particles contained therein, the apparatus used in a wet or dry application.
