A device for providing at least one cleaning fluid, having a collecting container which by means of a pump and a fluid line is connected to a first cleaning container within which there is received a first cleaning component, further comprising a sensor unit and a control unit for controlling the pump and for interrupting a fluid loop depending on a concentration measured by the sensor unit in a contactless way.
RINSING MACHINE FOR DISPLAY PANEL AND RINSING METHOD THEREOF
A rinsing machine for cleaning a display panel, including a main tank body, a spillover slot at the periphery of upper edges of the main tank body, a stirrer in the main tank body, and a rinsing liquid storage slot for storing rinsing liquid used for supplementing the rinsing liquid in the main tank body is disclosed. The rinsing liquid storage slot is communicated with the main tank body via a rinsing liquid supplement valve. The main tank body is provided with a discharge port which is capable of being opened and closed at the bottom of the main tank body. A rinsing method by means of the rinsing machine is also disclosed.
Soil remediation facility and soil remediation method using the same
A soil remediation facility includes a first screen apparatus including a vibratory screen, a drum mixer apparatus mixing the contaminated soil with a diluent, a saturated steam and hot water, a scrubbing apparatus including a mixing container and an impeller, a second screen apparatus including a vibratory screen. The facility further includes a floatation apparatus which adds a chemical agent for generating bubbles to the soil mixture, injects an air into the soil mixture to desorb contaminants from the soil mixture, and separates the desorbed contaminants by causing the desorbed contaminants to float. The facility further includes a hydro-cyclone apparatus which swirls substances contained in the soil mixture to sort the substances depending on a particle size and a desilter which swirls substances in the soil mixture at a higher angular velocity than an angular velocity in the hydro-cyclone apparatus to sort the substances.
Support structure removal system
A support structure removal system comprising a vessel and a second component. The vessel comprises a vessel body, a porous floor configured to retain a three-dimensional part, and an impeller rotatably mounted below the porous floor. The second component comprises a surface configured to operably receive the vessel, and a rotation-inducing assembly located below the surface, where the rotation-inducing assembly is configured to rotate the impeller with magnetic fields when the vessel is received on the surface of the second component to agitate and direct flows of an aqueous fluid through the porous floor.
Ultrasonic cleaning apparatus and method
An ultrasonic cleaning apparatus and method, the ultrasonic cleaning apparatus (10) comprising a tank (12) for in use receiving a cleaning liquid and for receiving an item to be cleaned in a cleaning region (16) thereof, a transducer (21) arranged, when driven, to direct ultrasonic pressure waves into cleaning liquid received in the tank (12) and a controller (30) arranged in use to drive the transducer (21), a gas introducer (40) arranged to in use provide a supply of gas into cleaning liquid in the tank so that macroscopic bubbles of gas are produced wherein the gas introducer (40) provides a plurality of bubble sources distributed below the cleaning region of the tank. The apparatus further comprises an assembly arranged in use to enable movement of the item to be cleaned in the cleaning region.
WASHING MACHINE AND CONTROL METHOD
A washing machine comprises a flocculation container for performing flocculation treatment on washing water. At least one cleaning hairy ball is arranged in the container, a stirring mechanism is arranged in the container, and the stirring mechanism stirs water in the container, so that the cleaning hairy ball moves along with water flow at least in a process of cleaning the container so as to remove flocculates attached to the container. A control method for the washing machine comprises: feeding water to the flocculation container, and starting the stirring mechanism, and allowing the cleaning hairy ball move along with the water flow so as to clean the flocculates attached to the inner of the container. By means of the above device and method, the purpose of removing the flocculates retained in the flocculation container is realized. Besides, the washing machine is simple in structure and has significant effect.
Cleaning systems and methods of use thereof
The present disclosure provides a cleaning system, including a first sub-chamber, a second sub-chamber adjacent to the first sub-chamber, and a third sub-chamber adjacent to the second sub-chamber. A first divider is positioned between the first and the second sub-chambers. A second divider is positioned between the second and the third sub-chambers. A vacuum system is coupled to the third sub-chamber to generate a vacuum pressure in the third sub-chamber that is less than a pressure of the first sub-chamber to create a pressure differential to induce a pressurized flow of a first cleaning media from the first sub-chamber to the third sub-chamber through an internal passage of a component positioned in the second sub-chamber. A filtering system is coupled to the first sub-chamber and the third sub-chamber to remove and filter the first cleaning media from the third sub-chamber and return the first cleaning media to the first sub-chamber.
Food Processor With Cleaning Accessory amd Methods of Using Same
An apparatus and method of cleaning a food processor including providing a food processor base that includes a rotary power driver having a rotatable shaft. A bowl is mounted on the base. A food processing blade attached to the shaft within the bowl. A cleaning accessory is placed in the bowl above the food processing blade. A cleaning fluid is introduced into the bowl, and the food processing blade with the rotatable shaft agitate the cleaning fluid in conjunction with the cleaning accessory.
SILVERWARE, FLATWARE OR PARTS WASHER APPARATUS AND METHOD THEREOF
An apparatus and a method of washing (or pre-washing) silverware/flatware, or one or more other objects/parts is provided. The apparatus and method utilizes a fluid-push/pull pumping system and method in which generally an entire volume of fluid is pushed or pulled through a cavity of a housing in which the silverware/flatware or other objects/parts are located. The housing is configured to hold a mass of silverware or other item(s) within the cavity. The pumping system is configured to pump generally an entire volume of fluid out of the cavity, and to direct the pumped fluid back into the cavity to create a generally continuous flow of generally an entire volume of fluid through the cavity, thereby causing the fluid to flow through the mass of silverware or other item(s).
Water jet pool cleaner with opposing dual propellers
A robotic pool or tank cleaner is propelled by water jets, the direction of which is controlled by the direction of rotation of a reversible pump motor that is horizontally mounted in the pool cleaner housing that has a propeller attached to either end of the motor drive shaft which projects from opposing ends of the motor body, each of the propellers being positioned in, or near a water jet discharge conduit that terminates in discharge ports at opposite ends of the housing. Each discharge conduit has a pressure-sensitive flap valve downstream of the respective propellers. When the propellers rotate in one direction, the water is drawn through one or more openings in the base plate, passes through one or more filter assemblies associated with the pool cleaner and is discharged through one of the discharge ports as a water jet of sufficient force to propel the pool cleaner.
