Cleaning Assembly for a Tubular Drag Conveyor
A cleaning pig assembly is provided for use on a tubular drag conveyor. The assembly is quickly and easily mounted anywhere along the cable, chain, or rope via slots in the assembly components. The components include a puck, a plate, a drag disc, and a cleaning member or tool sandwiched between the puck and the plate. The drag disc provides interference fit on the cable, chain, or rope holding the assembly on the cable, chain, or rope and prevents sliding of the assembly along the cable, chain, or rope during use. The cleaning assembly is installed without the use of tools or clamps. Multiple interchangeable cleaning members are provided depending on cleaning needs.
A Method for Cleaning the Inside of Pipework
A method of cleaning the inside of a pipework includes selecting a section of the pipework to be cleaned and determining a hold point of the pipework. A cleaning apparatus is inserted into an entry point of the pipework section, the apparatus being coupled to a fluid supply and equipped to blow the fluid along the pipework section from the first or last hold point to the entry point. The apparatus further includes an image recorder to obtain a visual record of the inside of the pipework. Insertion of the apparatus into the pipework continues until the apparatus reaches the hold point. A collector is secured over the entry point to collect debris blown from the pipework, and fluid supply is activated. The apparatus is moved from the hold to the entry point, so blowing debris towards and into the collector. On completion, the fluid supply is deactivated and the collector containing the collected debris removed from the entry point.

Drain pipe treatment systems and related methods
A system for applying a chemical agent within a pipe includes a skid assembly, moveable longitudinally within the pipe. The skid assembly has a bottom positionable on a bottom, internal portion of the pipe. A delivery nozzle is carried by the skid assembly and is coupleable to a chemical agent supply. A dispensing tip delivers a controlled stream of chemical agent within the pipe toward an internal surface of the pipe. The tip is held at or above a surface of fluid carried by the pipe while at least a portion of the skid assembly is positioned below the fluid surface. The dispensing tip is limited from delivering the chemical agent downwardly toward the bottom of the skid assembly such that the dispensing tip delivers the controlled stream of chemical agent upwardly away from the bottom surface of the pipe and upwardly away from the fluid surface.

SYSTEM FOR LAUNCHING EQUIPMENT WITH A CABLE FOR INTERNALLY INSPECTING AND UNBLOCKING PRODUCTION, INJECTION AND DISTRIBUTION DUCTS
The present invention relates to a system for launching robots for use in oil and gas production wells, comprising a supporting structure (2), on which robot-launching tubing (4) is arranged; a dynamic seal (12) attached to the inlet end of the robot-launching tubing (4), which seals off the umbilical cable (8); an annular BOP valve (3) to restrict upward flow; and a ram BOP valve (7) at the other end of the tubing (4), to restrict upward flow and having a large enough opening to allow the robot to pass through, sealing off the umbilical cable (8). The system can be detached from the duct, used for transporting the robot, it can be flexible in terms of different configurations, and it can have a system that allows inertization of blocked lines. The present invention is used for introducing robots that operate internally in flexible and rigid ducts, with it being necessary to connect the tubing system to the equipment developed. Once connected, and by operating the valves of the system, it is possible to introduce the robot into the tubing.
Saxophone cleaning tool
A saxophone cleaning tool is revealed. The saxophone cleaning tool includes a cleaner provided with a cleaning surface for cleaning an inner surface of a tube, a first pull body having one end connected with a first connection portion of the cleaner and the other end placed into the tube through a tube opening and descending into a curved portion, and a second pull body having one end connected with a second connection portion of the cleaner and the other end placed into the tube through a bell opening and descending into the curved portion. A free end of both the first and second pull bodies is provided with an assembly portion and a magnetic member. Thereby the cleaning tool is passed through the tube easily with the two free ends connected to form a loop which is pulled continuously for fast and cyclic cleaning of the saxophone.
WELLBORE SCRAPER ASSEMBLY
Provided is a wellbore scraper assembly for use with a wireline. The wellbore scraper assembly, in one example, includes a tubular housing, a plurality of hydraulically deployable scraper features associated with the tubular housing, the plurality of hydraulically deployable scraper features configured to move from a first retracted state to a second radially extended state, and a hydraulic deployment system coupled to the plurality of hydraulically deployable scraper features, the hydraulic deployment system configured to move the plurality of hydraulically deployable scraper features from the first state to the second state.
Cleaning brush
The disclosure provides a cleaning brush configured to clean a working channel of the endoscope. The cleaning brush comprises a first joint, a second joint and a plurality of cleaning units, the plurality of cleaning units are sequentially connected, each cleaning unit comprises a cleaning portion configured to be in contact with the working channel of the endoscope, and the hardness of the cleaning portions of at least two cleaning units in the plurality of cleaning units is different. The first joint and the second joint are respectively connected with two outermost cleaning units in the plurality of cleaning units, and the first joint and the second joint are configured to be connected to make a ring-shaped cleaning brush. The cleaning brush is efficient in removing bioburden from the working channel of an endoscope.
LASER JETTER PIPE TOOL
The present invention addresses to a laser blasting pipe for heating a scale removal treatment to be descended by electric cable, and a recirculation system with the objective of heating the scale removal solution, inside the production string during the time the reaction is taking place, in order to guarantee its efficiency. The laser blast pipe is a device similar to a metallic cylinder that can travel through the interior of a production string, being descended by gravity itself, and ascended by the action of the cable, being able to recirculate and heat the fluid. This heating would have the function of compensating the heat loss of the removal solution due to the heat exchange of the riser with the seabed, and maintaining the temperature of the reaction inside the production line in an optimal range of yield, thus aiming at increasing the reaction efficiency and the reduction of the time required for the removal of scale in the production string of the well.
