WORKPIECE CONVEYING SYSTEM FOR A TRANSFER PRESS MACHINE
A workpiece conveying system for a transfer press machine includes: a beam provided to extend in a feed direction of a workpiece; and a plurality of workpiece conveying apparatus supported by the beam. The workpiece conveying apparatus each include: a feed device including a first carrier that is movable relative to the beam in the feed direction; a raising and lowering device including a second carrier that is movable relative to the first carrier in a raising and lowering direction; a clamp device including a third carrier that is movable relative to the second carrier in a clamp direction of the workpiece; and a workpiece holding tool, which is supported at a distal end of the third carrier, and is configured to hold and release the workpiece.

A simulation device has a simulation unit and a coordinate acquisition unit. The simulation unit simulates the operations of press devices and the operations of feeder devices that transport a workpiece between the press devices. The coordinate acquisition unit acquires a locus of a plurality of predetermined positions in the width direction of the feeder devices from simulation.

A work-piece transfer apparatus, comprising at least one work-piece engagement structure; at least one first robot arm pivotally connected to the work-piece engagement structure; a first motor coupled to the first robot arm and being adapted for translating the first robot arm fore and aft in a generally horizontal direction; a second motor, at least one second robot arm being in operating driving relationship with the second motor and operatively coupled with the work-piece engagement structure for raising and lowering the work-piece engagement structure; and a support structure for supporting the apparatus or portions thereof; wherein the first motor and second motor are operated synchronously to raise, lower, and/or translate the work-piece engagement structure in a fore and aft direction by way of one or both of the first robot arm and second robot arm.

Workpiece conveyance device
A workpiece conveyance device is used for a press device. The workpiece conveyance device includes a support component, first and second moving members, a driver, and a transmission mechanism. The support component supports a holder that detachably holds a workpiece. The first moving member pivotably supports the support component. The first and second moving members are movable in the up and down direction. The driver moves the second moving member in the up and down direction. The transmission mechanism transmits an up and down movement of the second moving member to the first moving member so as to move the first moving member in the up and down direction in conjunction with the up and down movement of the second moving member. The transmission mechanism causes an amount of movement of the first moving member to be greater than an amount of movement of the second moving member.
HIGH-SPEED STAMPING TRANSFER ROBOT
A high-speed stamping transfer robot, including a Y-axis portion, a Z1-axis portion, a Z2-axis portion (upper arm), a mechanical lower arm portion and a tooling portion, wherein the Z1-axis portion is fixedly connected to the Y-axis portion; the Z2-axis portion (upper arm) is in rotational connection with the Z1-axis portion and the Y-axis portion and is capable of moving vertically relative to the Z1-axis portion while moving horizontally relative to the Y-axis portion; the mechanical lower arm portion is in rotational connection with the Z2-axis portion (upper arm) and is capable of rotating relative to the Z2-axis portion (upper arm); and the tooling portion is fixedly connected to the mechanical lower arm portion. Through linkage among the respective axis portions, high-speed and high-load stable transfer of sheets between presses can be realized.
WORKPIECE CONVEYANCE DEVICE
A workpiece conveyance device is used for a press device. The workpiece conveyance device includes a support component, first and second moving members, a driver, and a transmission mechanism. The support component supports a holder that detachably holds a workpiece. The first moving member pivotably supports the support component. The first and second moving members are movable in the up and down direction. The driver moves the second moving member in the up and down direction. The transmission mechanism transmits an up and down movement of the second moving member to the first moving member so as to move the first moving member in the up and down direction in conjunction with the up and down movement of the second moving member. The transmission mechanism causes an amount of movement of the first moving member to be greater than an amount of movement of the second moving member.
Workpiece conveying apparatus for a pressing machine
A workpiece conveying apparatus includes: a conveying table including a workpiece supporting mechanism; a first arm and a second arm each having one end pivotally coupled to the conveying table; a first moving unit coupled to another end of the first arm; a second moving unit coupled to another end of the second arm; and a posture control unit configured to control a posture of the conveying table through control of an angle between the conveying table and one of the first arm and the second arm, in which the first and second moving units are movable by a moving mechanism in a workpiece conveying direction, in which the conveying table is lifted up and down through a change of an interval between the first and second moving units, and in which these moving units are moved in the same direction to convey the workpiece.
Transport Device for Press Lines and Method for Controlling Such a Transport Device
A transport device for the transport of workpieces in a workpiece transport direction in a press, which has a carrier rail, which is mounted, via a lifting carriage and a rocker rotatably mounted on the lifting carriage, on a vertically running upright of the press. In order to enable a flexible workpiece transport, it is provided that, on the carrier rail, workpiece grippers are mounted on at least two transport carriages, which each have their own drive mechanism in order to move the transport carriages with the workpiece grippers along the carrier rail independently of each other.
Coupling system
The invention relates to a coupling system, in particular for mechanically coupling a positioning mechanism to a gripper rail, comprising a coupling device (1), in particular on a positioning mechanism, a counter coupling device (2), in particular on a gripper rail, wherein the coupling device (1) and the counter coupling device (2) can be selectively coupled together or uncoupled, and a locking device (8-33), which locks the coupling device (1) to the counter coupling device (2) in a locking state and unlocks the coupling device (1) and the counter coupling device (2) in an unlocking state. According to the invention, the locking device (8-33) unlocks and locks solely on the basis of the motion of the coupling device (1) and of the counter coupling device (2) without an external drive.
