Fishing lure device with gears
A fishing lure device that produces an increased amount of energy imparted on attached fish-attracting devices by incorporating gears for rotating parts attached to the fish-attracting devices. The fishing lure device can include a first and second gear interacting with one another at a predetermined gear ratio for creating a desired rotation of the fish-attracting devices.
SIDETRACKER
A directional guide for a spreader bar includes a body extending along a longitudinal axis. The body includes a first fin and a second fin spaced apart from the first fin. The first and second fins are coupled to the body and are configured to control a vertical position of the body in water through which the body is moving. Grooves are formed in the body. The grooves include a first groove extending along the longitudinal axis of the body, a second groove crossing the first groove and a third groove crossing the first groove. A keel is rotatably coupled to the body. The keel is configured to rotate between the first groove, the second groove, and the third groove. The keel is configured to control a lateral position of the body in water through which the body is moving.
Anaconda rattler fishing tackle
An apparatus and methods relating to Anaconda Rattler tackle, a new type of lure that includes an audible generator (such as a rattle) attached to a bent blade to form wings and a lift surface, the wings may be formed in a direction generally the same as a direction of the lift surface or an opposite direction to the lift surface. The audible generator has some freedom of movement relative to the blade, allowing various noise profiles to be produced depending upon the type of audible generator chosen and the degree of bend in the blade. The blade may also have various holes to secure it to a wire and to change its hydrodynamic profile.

Fish attraction device
A fish attraction device that includes a jig body, a blade with a snap, a pair of crimping sleeves, a quick change snap swivel and a crinkle resistant leader wire. The jig body includes an attachment in its front portion for attaching the blade, and the rear portion of the jig body includes a first crimp sleeve that is attached to a first end of the leader wire. The leader wire extends from the rear portion of the jig body a sufficient length for attaching to a chase bait that can be appropriately attached on an opposite end of the leader wire using a second crimp sleeve and quick change snap swivel.
