SPINNERBAIT FISHING LURE
A spinnerbait fishing lure having an ellipsoidal weighted body with a molded-in hook, transverse spinner assembly, and V-shaped vertical spinner assembly. The eye of the hook protrudes from the top front part of the body. The longitudinal axis of the body is perpendicular to the shank of the hook. The transverse spinner assembly has a horizontal crossbar that passes through and is rigidly attached to the eye and that is oriented perpendicular to a plane formed by the bend of the hook. First and second side spinner blades are connected to the crossbar to form rotatable connections between the blades and the crossbar. The V-shaped vertical spinner assembly has a lower leg that is molded into and extends from the front of the body, an upper leg, and an attachment loop that is formed into a vertex of a V-shaped bend between the lower leg and the upper leg.
FISHING LURE ORNAMENTATION
A functional ornamentation manufactured from a stamped metal plate which is twisted by a specified number of degrees to result in a shape that allows for unique reactions to flowing fluids such as air and water. Due to the shape and twist of the device, the device will spin along with the flowing fluid or when pulled through that fluid, such that it retains a straight trajectory. In a preferred embodiment, such as part of a fishing lure, the ornamentation is connected to a ball bearing swivel which allows for near frictionless rotation. The lure when drawn through the water travels in a straight path, rather than an arced path of the prior art. This results in a more natural travel path producing greater flash and rotation for attacking fish.

SPINNER LURE
A fishing lure comprising at least two wires having a first end and a second end, wherein a first portion of the at least two wires are intertwined with one another, and wherein a predetermined distance from the first end a first bend is made and distal to the first bend, a second bend is made, and predetermined distance from the second bend a second portion of the at least two wires are untwined and a loop is formed at the second end of each of the at least two wires, a head molded around a portion of the first end of the at least two wires, a hook affixed to the head, and at least one spinner rotatably attached to the loop at the second end of each of the at least two wires, wherein the spinner is able to freely oscillate and vibrate.

Fishing lure with rotatable fins
An artificial fishing lure has a stream-lined elongated body generally simulating a fish. The body has a cavity therein to receive a U-shaped member that is oriented to have two substantially parallel fins extending rearward outside of the body. The U-shaped member has a base and tab extending therefrom. The cavity is shaped to limit movement of the U-shaped member in an up and down rotational motion relative to the body. The body is formed from an upper body and a lower body. The U-shaped member is inserted into the cavity and the upper body and lower body are then affixed to one another. A method of constructing the lure is described.
Devices and methods for lure assembly having replaceable skirt
A fishing lure assembly includes: a skirt mount from which a shank extends, the skirt mount having a non-circular profile with a maximum width; a skirt including a plurality of strands and a collar with a non-circular opening having a maximum dimension that is greater than the maximum width of the skirt mount. The skirt can be installed upon the skirt mount by passing the skirt mount through the opening when the maximum width of the skirt mount is aligned with the maximum dimension of the opening. The skirt is maintained as installed upon the skirt mount when the maximum width of the skirt mount is rotated out of alignment with the maximum dimension of the opening.

WEIGHTED HOLOGRAPHIC PLASTIC SPINNER BLADE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE
A weighted and holographic plastic spinner blade comprises a plastic elliptical-shaped spinner blade having a body formed in plastic injection molding and, integral to the body, a printed label on a first side of body and a weight at an aft end of body. An ink or foil is hot stamped at a second side of the body to create a holographic image that is visible through the body and printed label, forming visual fish attractant properties. Method of manufacture includes: providing an elliptical-shaped mold; positioning a partially transparent printed label on a first side of mold; positioning a weight member in an aft end of the mold; injecting a polymer composition into the mold to form body; hot stamping foil on second side of the body, the ink or foil forming a holographic image; the holographic image visible through the at least partially transparent printed label and body.
