SHEET METAL DENT REPAIR TOOL EXCHANGE HANDLE
A sheet metal dent repair hook exchange handle including a hand grip; and a handle element coupling, wherein the handle element coupling includes a receiver for a coupling element that is connectable or connected with a shaft of a sheet metal dent repair hook, and a locking arrangement for a disengageable support of the coupling element against an unintentional axial movement out of the handle element coupling, and an arresting arrangement for a disengage able support of the coupling element in an inner teething arranged in the handle element coupling. The locking arrangement includes locking devices that engage a recess in a portion of the cylindrical coupling element which portion is insertable into the handle element coupling.
Multiple connection drive shaft
Disclosed is a system to engage a plurality of tools. In the system a drive shaft and collet may be assembled to engage and disengage, selectively, a plurality of tools. User selection may allow use of a plurality of tools during a procedure or during a plurality of procedures.
Clamping Chuck
A clamping chuck is provided for clamping palettes having a clamping spigot. The clamping chuck includes a receiving opening for the clamping spigot and a clamping device that includes an actuating piston displaceable between an initial position and a locking position for actuating clamping members for clamping the clamping spigot in the receiving opening. The clamping chuck includes a monitoring line that is acted upon pneumatically and leads from an inlet to an outlet. The receiving opening includes a conical insertion region, into which at least one control hole connected to the monitoring line emerges, the control hole being closed by the clamping spigot. A valve device is arranged between the inlet and the outlet of the monitoring line to vary the flow of a fluid through the monitoring line depending on the position of the actuating piston.
TOOL BIT HOLDER
A tool bit holder for connecting a rotary tool to a rotary tool driver. The tool bit holder including a body having a driver end configured to connect to a rotary tool driver and a tool end, a tool retainer bore, and a tool retainer movably received within the tool retainer bore and movable between an engaged position and a retracted position. The tool bit holder further includes an actuator sleeve, a sleeve spring for urging the actuator sleeve towards a first position, a plunger, and a plunger spring urging the plunger towards a loading position. A tool bit received in a tool receiving cavity pushes the plunger to a loaded position, and in the loading position the plunger extends over the tool retainer bore to engage the tool retainer and urge the tool retainer towards the retracted position.
Chisel Holder
A chisel holder has an outer sleeve, a holding member, multiple positioning members, a resilient member, and a limiting ring. The outer sleeve has an assembling space, a receiving chamber, and an abutting rib. The receiving chamber is defined in the outer sleeve at a position adjacent to the top of the outer sleeve and is conical. The holding member is mounted in the outer sleeve and has a central hole, a limiting rib, and multiple holding holes. The positioning members are mounted respectively in the holding holes in the holding member, selectively extend into the central hole in the holding member, and abut an inner surface of the receiving chamber. The resilient member is mounted in the assembling space in the outer sleeve and abuts the bottom of the holding member.
Tool holder for receiving and locking a tool taper on a tool magazine, unlocking device, and tool magazine
The present disclosure relates to a tool holder to receive and lock a tool taper on a tool magazine, an unlocking device to unlock a tool taper that is received and is locked in a tool holder of this type, and a tool magazine for a machine tool comprising one or more tool holders of this type and an unlocking device of this type.
Quick-Change Connecting Rod Assembly
A quick-change connecting rod assembly includes a connecting rod having a front end with a coupling hole. Two diametrically opposed coupling grooves are defined in a polygonal inner periphery of the coupling hole. The connecting rod further includes first and second radial holes respectively receiving first and second positioning balls. A first abutment ring is mounted around the connecting rod and is located between the first and second radial holes. A pressing seat is received in a rear portion of the coupling hole and includes a receptacle receiving a magnet and a pressing portion for pressing against the second positioning ball. A sleeve receives the front end of the connecting rod and includes an inclined face for pressing against the first positioning ball. A rear abutment ring is fixed in the receiving hole and includes a side stop wall for pressing against the second positioning ball.
TOOL HOLDER WITH COILED SPRINGS
Devices, systems and methods for holding devices, including tool holders and/or associated apparatus, that can be attached to various driving mechanisms. Various embodiments can include one or more canted, or slanted, coil springs that are capable of forming to various shapes by the application of a controlled force.
Ball Bearing Connector
A ball bearing connector is provided, comprised of a setting tool further comprised of several steel balls which are biased either inwardly or outwardly by means of a biasing member. An easily interchangeable drill stop further comprised of an annular recession is position into or over the setting tool, and the balls located thereon fit in the annular recession to provide a releasable snap-fit connection between the drill stop and the setting tool.
Quick Disconnect Apparatus for Modular Tooling
A modular tooling receiver includes a housing having a wall and a port, and an engaging member movably disposed in the port. A lock actuator is moveable between a first position and a second position. The release lever is connected to the housing and is engageable with the lock actuator for causing movement of the lock actuator from the first position toward the second position. An anti-release mechanism is connected to the release lever and is movable between an engaged position, in which the anti-release mechanism engages the housing to restrain movement of the release lever to prevent movement of the lock actuator from the first position to the second position, and a disengaged position, in which the anti-release mechanism disengages the housing to allow movement of the release lever.
