DEVICE FOR DETACHABLY SECURING MODULES
The invention relates to a device for detachably securing modules (1), such as tool holders, to a third component (3), such as a rotatable tool disk fora machine tool, comprising a controllable securing device (51, 53), by means of which the respective module (1) can be re-secured in a detachable manner in a locked position on the third component (3) by means of individual securing parts (15), and a release device (76, 77) which at least partially helps to release the securing device (51, 53) in a release position, such that the release device (76, 77) at least at the beginning of releasing, exerts pressure on the securing device (51, 53) for releasing the individual securing parts (15).
DRILLING DEVICE, IN PARTICULAR SUCTION DRILLING DEVICE, FOR DRILLING A DRILL HOLE
A drilling device, wherein the drilling device has a drill bit fitting and a drill bit, wherein the drill bit fitting has a connection region for connection of the drilling device to a power drill, and a receiving region for receiving the drill bit, wherein the drill bit has a shank, which is received by the receiving region, in the fitted state and is fixed releasably in the axial direction by an axial drill bit securing means, wherein the shank has a securing region, wherein the securing region secures the drill bit against rotation relative to the drill bit fitting in the fitted state, wherein the securing region has a securing contour along its length, wherein the securing contour has a plurality of curved shank arc segments and a plurality of shank connecting segments, which connect the shank arc segments to one another at a plurality of shank connection points.
Float type clamping mechanism
A float type clamping mechanism is provided, comprising a workpiece pallet having a central post provided on its bottom surface and a chuck. The chuck can be releasably coupled to the central post. The chuck has a base, a top seat, a piston seat with spring members provided between the piston seat and the top seat, a movable socket having movable detents provided around its periphery, and a bottom cover. When the central post of the workpiece pallet is inserted into the movable socket, the movable detents displaced inward to detent the central post so as to allow the movable socket to float upward slightly, and the movable socket is pressed downward through simple mechanism to clamp the central post firmly so that zero clamping effect between the workpiece pallet and the chuck can be achieved.

Tool holder
A tool holder includes a collet configured to be clamped to the shank of a tool and a pull-out protection element configured to secure the tool against being pulled out of the collet. The pull-out protection further includes a protection element such that pull-out forces acting on the tool are transmitted to the collet. The protection element is mounted so as to be moveable relative to the collet and has a wedge-shaped configuration as well as force-transmission surface. When the protection element is in a radially inner engaged position with the tool, the protection element is configured to be clamped to the cool and the collet so as to be self locking.
Hand tool holding structure
A hand tool holding structure includes a first body, a second body, multiple third bodies, a fourth body, an elastic member, and a fifth body. The first body has a first pivot portion, a second pivot portion, a mounting portion, multiple first receiving slots, a first abutting edge, and a second abutting edge. The second body has a second receiving slot, a first abutting portion, a third receiving slot, and a second abutting portion. Each of the third bodies has a locking portion, a first inclined plane, an abutting face, a second inclined plane, and a third abutting portion. The fourth body has a fourth receiving slot, a fifth receiving slot, and a third inclined plane. The elastic member is mounted on the second pivot portion and biased between the second abutting edge and the second abutting portion. The fifth body is mounted on the first body.
CUTTING UNIT, CUTTING TOOL, CUTTING TOOL REST, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CUT ARTICLE
To stably hold a holder by a holding block while improving the workability of an operation of attaching the holder to the holding block. A clamp member includes a pressing portion that, in a state of being interposed between one inner side surface of a groove of a holding block and an upper surface of a holder, presses the holder toward the other inner side surface of the groove. The pressing portion includes a first protrusion that comes into contact with a first inclined surface of a first cutout of the holder, and a second protrusion that is separated from the first protrusion and comes into contact with a second inclined surface of a second cutout of the holder.
