Miter saw
A bevel angle lock and detent system for a miter saw includes a first locking unit fixed relative to the turntable and a second locking unit coupled to a bevel arm of the miter saw. An actuator is moveable between a first position and a second position to move the second locking unit relative to the first locking unit. In the first position, a brake member of the second locking unit is engaged with an arcuate surface of the first locking unit to lock a saw unit relative to a turntable. In the second position, the brake member is disengaged from the arcuate surface, thereby permitting pivoting movement of the saw unit, and a detent member of the second locking unit is engageable a detent aperture of the first locking unit to locate the saw unit relative to the turntable at one predetermined bevel angle.
Dust-free multifunctional cutting machine and electric cutter
A dust-free multifunctional cut machine, including a worktable board, a machine case carrying the worktable board, a rod assembly arranged on the top of the worktable board, a frame and a cutting assembly comprising a cutting blade and a motor for driving the cutting blade for rotation, and a dust suction assembly arranged between the output shaft end of the motor and a cutting blade and having a spiral casing and a dust suction vane, wherein, the spiral casing includes a dust suction inlet and a dust exhaust outlet, the rod assembly includes a rod fixture and a slide bracket, the frame is connected with the slide bracket through the frame rotating seat and the frame moves back and forth through the rod with the use of the slide bracket. The dust-free multifunctional saw has three functions including bench sawing, miter sawing and automatic dust collection.
Positioning device for a miter saw
A positioning device for a miter saw includes a working table, an elastic member, and a lever member. The elastic member has a movable portion adapted to be adjacent to a scale disc of the miter saw, and a protruding portion. The lever member is disposed in the working table, and has a linking portion connected to the movable portion, and a handle portion movable to convert the elastic member from a locking state for engaging the protruding portion with one of notches in a scale disc of the miter saw so that the working table is non-rotatable, to a releasing state for moving the movable portion away from the scale disc so that, the protruding portion is disengaged from the one of the notches to permit rotation of the working table.
POWER TOOL
A power tool includes a motor; a fan configured to be rotated by the motor to generate a cooling air; a housing accommodating therein the motor and the fan and defusing an air passage for the cooling air; an output shaft rotatable by the motor; and a transmission mechanism configured to transmit rotation of the motor to the output shaft. An end bit being attachable to and detachable from the output shaft. The transmission mechanism includes an intermediate shaft provided in the housing, a first belt transmitting a rotational force of the motor to the intermediate shaft, a second belt transmitting a rotational force of the intermediate shaft to the output shaft, and a rotation member transmitting a rotational force of the second belt to the output shaft. The first belt and the second belt are positioned inside a space through which the cooling air passes.
Miter saw with improved carrying mode
A miter saw has a base assembly and a rotatable table disposed on the base assembly. The rotatable table is rotatable about a substantially vertical miter axis and has a substantially horizontal workpiece-supporting plane. A saw assembly is connected to the table and includes a blade. The blade is movable downwardly from a first position where the blade is above the workpiece-supporting plane to a second position where a portion of the blade is below the workpiece-supporting plane. The base assembly has a top surface and a first handle disposed on the top surface, with a first hole on the top surface extending through the base assembly, the first hole being configured to allow a user to extend the user's hand therethrough and grip the first handle.
MITER SAW
A miter saw that includes a base, a worktable arranged on the base and defining a worktable plane, and a cutting head formed with or connected to an operating member operable by a user. The cutting head further includes a circular saw blade operative to rotate around a first axis and a motor operative to drive the circular saw blade. A fence is arranged on the worktable. The cutting head is further connected to a first guiding member configured for guiding chips to be discharged. The fence is formed with a guiding portion. The cutting head is operative to rotate around a second axis parallel to the worktable plane and, when the cutting head rotates around the second axis, the guiding portion is operative to guide the first guiding member to cross the fence.
CUTTING MACHINE
A cutting machine reduces cost increase associated with production equipment and has design flexibility for different types of batteries. A cutting machine for cutting a workpiece includes a cutting machine body including a cutting blade, a motor that drives the cutting blade, and a motor housing accommodating the motor, and an adapter including a body holder attached to the cutting machine body and a battery holder in which a battery to power the motor is installable.
TABLETOP CUTTING MACHINE
An easily operable, highly durable cutting machine finely adjusts the miter angle of a turntable. A cutting machine includes a turntable supported in a manner rotatable horizontally to a base and including a substantially disk-shaped table body to receive a workpiece and a table extension protruding forward from the table body, a cutting machine body located above the turntable and connected in a manner swingable vertically to the turntable, and a fine angle adjuster that adjusts a rotation angle of the turntable with respect to the base and including a rack on the base, a pinion located in the table body within an area of the table body as viewed from above and engageable with the rack directly or indirectly, and an operation part operable to rotate the pinion.
Cutting device
The first rotation lock mechanism 31 is configured such that a screw force produced by a rotation operation of an operation member 33 is transmitted to a lock member 42 via a transmission bracket 36 and a transmission rod 40. Through minimizing the length of the screw shaft 35, the transmission bracket 36, and the transmission rod 40, the position of a lock member which a screw shaft 35 is brought into contact with and the screw force is directly applied to is arranged to be closer to a user in comparison with conventional prior art. As a result, transmission loss of the screw force can be reduced, enhancing accuracy and consistency for the fixing force with respect to the table can be improved.
Tabletop cutting device
Two 18V-type rechargeable batteries (31 and 31) are attached in series so as to allow a 36V-type tabletop cutting device (C1) to be utilized. By utilizing the 18V batteries which are highly prevalent for electric tools, it is possible to use the 36V-type tabletop cutting device (C1) as well as to reduce costs for the batteries.
