Certain exemplary embodiments can provide a system that comprises a shell casing, a wire, a spoon, a first bead, a second bead, and a fishhook. The wire passes through an approximate center of the shell casing. The spoon is slidably coupled to the wire. The first bead is engaged with an aperture defined by a rearward rim surface of the shell casing. The second bead is engaged with an aperture defined by a slug end of the shell casing. The fishhook is coupled to a portion of the wire that extends from the slug end of the shell casing, wherein the fishhook protrudes from the slug end of the shell casing.

Certain exemplary embodiments can provide a system that comprises a shell casing, a wire, a spoon, a first bead, a second bead, and a fishhook. A releasable attractor blade system is provided. One embodiment has an attractor blade defined by an aperture proximate to an edge of a leading blade portion, defined by a release slot proximate to an edge of a trailing blade portion of the attractor blade. A release system has a retainer at the first end of a cord that passes through the aperture and is configured to be frictionally retained outside of the aperture; a release hook at the second end of the cord that is inserted into the release slot of the attractor blade to releasably secure the releasable attractor blade system to the attractor blade release system; and an elastic portion secured between the first and second cord ends, wherein the release system holds the attractor blade in position along a longitudinal axis of the attractor blade during trolling so that the attractor blade attracts game fish.

A pop gear or gang troll includes a wire leader and a plurality of spinner blades. The spinner blades may include a polycarbonate body or a body of some other material, a fragmented reflective material disposed on the polycarbonate body so as to reflect incident light in varying directions depending on the relative location of the incident light, and a luminescent material. The spinner blades may have a shape such as generally fish shaped, ovoid, round, or spoon shaped. A lure includes a polycarbonate body (or a body formed from some other material), a fragmented reflective material disposed on the polycarbonate body so as to reflect incident light in varying directions depending on the relative location of the incident light, a luminescent material, and a hook attached to the body. The body of the lure may have a shape designed to lure fish and/or to cause a desired motion to the lure (e.g., vibration).

The corrugated sheet includes a first end area, a second end area, at least one peak and at least one trough. The at least one peak and at least one trough is between the first end area and the second end area in the first direction. The corrugated sheet defines a first line inlet between the first end area and the second end area and defines a second line inlet between the first end area and the second end. The corrugated sheet further defines an accessory inlet in the first end area. The accessory is attached to the corrugated sheet via the accessory inlet. The hook is attached to the accessory.

One or more embodiments of a device for fishing or luring fish are disclosed. The fishing lure includes a corrugated sheet, an accessory, and a hook. The corrugated sheet includes a first end area, a second end area, at least one peak and at least one trough. The at least one peak and at least one trough is between the first end area and the second end area in the first direction. The corrugated sheet defines a first line inlet between the first end area and the second end area and defines a second line inlet between the first end area and the second end. The corrugated sheet further defines an accessory inlet in the first end area. The accessory is attached to the corrugated sheet via the accessory inlet. The hook is attached to the accessory.
