The lure also includes a body comprising a first squid skirt, and a first wing and a second wing such that each wing is coupled to the head. The head also comprises an opening that is adapted to receive a fishing line therethrough, the opening is shaped to allow the angle of the line to change in the opening so that the lure moves back-and-forth and up-and-down when pulled in water. The action of the wing mimics an injured flying fish when breaking the water's surface.
