WIRE-BREAKAGE POSITION ESTIMATION DEVICE AND WIRE-BREAKAGE POSITION ESTIMATION METHOD
A wire-breakage position estimation device comprising: a torque acquisition unit which acquires a torque of a take-up motor; a determination unit which determines whether or not a rear end of a wire electrode has passed a take-up roller; a rotation angle acquisition unit which acquires a rotation angle of the take-up motor; and a wire-breakage position estimation unit which estimates a wire-breakage position in the wire electrode on the basis of the rotation angle acquired from when wire-breakage has occurred in the wire electrode to when the rear end has been determined to have passed the take-up roller.
Wire electric discharge machine and method for correcting wire electrode connection hole position
A wire electric discharge machine configured to interrupt a program operation if a connection hole for connecting a wire electrode is located in a position deviated from a wire electrode connection position on a machining path so that connection by a wire electrode connection unit is not completed and store the wire electrode connection position, and to restart the program operation after performing machining such that the wire electrode is returned to the wire electrode connection position by automatic control and machining to widen a machined groove portion in the wire electrode connection position, when subjected to a re-machining operation after manual connection of the wire electrode in the position of the connection hole.
Wire electric discharge machine provided with disconnection repairing unit
A wire electric discharge machine provided with a disconnection repairing unit includes a core-fixing-end-position storing unit for storing a core fixing end position of a depositing and accumulating operation machined most lately among positions at which the depositing and accumulating operation for machining wastes by a core fixing function ends in a machining shape currently being machined and a disconnection repairing unit for executing automatic connection between a disconnection position and the core fixing end position.
Device for threading the wire electrode of a wire electrical discharge erosion machine
A threading nozzle for threading a wire electrode for a threading device in a wire electrical discharge erosion machine includes a threading-nozzle body having a guide bore configured to guide the wire electrode along a longitudinal axis of the former and a gap that splits the threading-nozzle body in two parts which are connected at a flexural hinge configured in the threading-nozzle body. The gap splits the guide bore in two parts.
WIRE ELECTRIC DISCHARGE MACHINING APPARATUS
A guide pipe provided along a movement path of a wire electrode between a direction change pulley and a winding device and guiding the wire electrode has antistatic properties. A gas-liquid mixed fluid is supplied into the guide pipe. A suction nozzle passes between a pair of rollers of the winding device and is directly or indirectly connected to an outlet side of the guide pipe. The suction nozzle suctions the gas-liquid mixed fluid in the guide pipe and a tip of the wire electrode by a suction device and captures the wire electrode. The captured wire electrode is wound by the winding device.
WIRE GUIDE DEVICE OF WIRE ELECTRICAL DISCHARGE MACHINE AND WIRE ELECTRICAL DISCHARGE MACHINE
A wire guide device of a wire electrical discharge machine includes a first roller shaft, a first wire guide roller provided at an end of the first roller shaft, a second roller shaft, and a second wire guide roller provided at an end of the second roller shaft and having an end face in an axial direction provided to face an end face of the first wire guide roller in the axial direction. The first wire guide roller and the second wire guide roller have a conical surface and a conical surface with which a wire electrode is in contact.
WIRE ELECTRICAL DISCHARGE MACHINE AND AUTO WIRE FEEDING METHOD OF WIRE ELETRICAL DISCHARGE MACHINE
A wire electrical discharge machine includes: a guide pipe as a guide member arranged on a path for feeding a wire electrode from a feed roller toward a workpiece and having a passage hole through which the wire electrode is passed; an airflow generator for generating a flow of compressed air in the passage hole and switching a flow direction of compressed air flowing through the passage hole between a forward direction and a reverse direction; a deflection detector for detecting a deflection of the wire electrode; and a control device for controlling the airflow generator so as to generate a flow of compressed air in the forward direction in the passage hole during auto wire feeding and, when the deflection detector detects the deflection, change the flow direction of compressed air to the reverse direction and thereafter switch the flow direction of compressed air to the forward direction.
Wire electrical discharge machine and measuring method
A wire electrical discharge machine includes: a supporting member for relatively moving a wire electrode relative to a measurement target; servomotors for moving the supporting member; a setting changer for changing the setting of a directive speed; and a motor controller that controls the servomotors in performing move-and-contact detection for detecting contact between the wire electrode and the measurement target by moving the two relative to each other, so that the wire electrode is moved relative to the measurement target based on the directive speed changed and specified by the setting changer.
WIRE ELECTRIC DISCHARGE MACHINING APPARATUS
A wire electric discharge machining apparatus includes: a processing tank, a lower-side wire guide assembly, a lower arm, a direction changing pulley, a winding roller, and a conveying device. The conveying device comprises a high-pressure jet flow generator and a suction pipe. The high-pressure jet flow generator is provided between the direction changing pulley and the winding roller on a side of a front end of a lower arm, and spouts a high-pressure jet flow toward a direction of the winding roller so that a wire electrode is guided only by a restraining force of the high-pressure jet flow and sent flying to the direction of the winding roller with the high-pressure jet flow. The suction pipe is provided on an exit side of the winding roller, and sucks and captures a tip of the wire electrode sent by the high-pressure jet flow.
