APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR THE DECORATION OF FOODSTUFFS
The present invention provides a wafer product decorating apparatus comprising a laser, a collimator, at least one galvanometer driven mirror, and an aspheric scan lens, the apparatus being positionable relative to the wafer product to be decorated wherein the apparatus is configured to provide a laser beam having a spot size of from 100 to 750 m in diameter on the surface of the product to be decorated and a substantially flat focal plane, characterised in that the focal plane has a depth of field of from 5 mm to 20 mm and that the focal plane of the laser beam is from 5 mm to 30 mm above or below the surface of the product to be decorated. The invention also provides a process for decorating a wafer product.
METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF AN EDIBLE OBJECT BY POWDER BED (3D) PRINTING AND FOOD PRODUCTS OBTAINABLE THEREWITH
The present invention relates to a method for the production of an edible object, comprising providing an edible powder composition and at least one edible liquid, wherein the edible powder composition comprises a water soluble protein, a hydrocolloid and a plasticizer, and subjecting said composition to powder bed printing by depositing the edible liquid by spraying it onto the powder and thereby obtaining the edible object. Also food products obtainable with the method of the invention, particularly, a pasta, a cake object and a protein bar are disclosed.
Interiorly Supported Edible Structure and Related Methods
Implementations of edible structures may include: at least four walls, each wall having an inner side and an outer side, at least one flexible interior wall support coupled to the inner sides of the at least four walls where the width of the at least one flexible interior wall support is less than the height of any of the at least four walls, a roof having two or more roof sections, wherein the roof is configured to rest on the at least four walls, each roof section having an inner side and an outer side, and at least one flexible interior roof support coupled to the inner sides of the two or more roof sections, wherein the at least one flexible interior roof support is not directly connected to the at least one flexible interior wall support.
System for inverted casting mold for producing a comestible baked product in complex shapes
A system and method for producing a comestible baked product in complex shapes using cast molding. Embodiments generally include a first part and a second part, the first part being made up of at least two or more component pieces, then, the first part is detachably coupled to the second part creating an outer surface and an inner surface which create a contiguous internal hollow space that extends from the first piece to the second piece in the form of a three dimensional shape, and a means for supporting the unitary mold in a special and beneficial baking orientation. Other embodiments may include a single piece that is attachable to the rim of a cup of a multi-cup baking cup pan or a to a single, stand-alone cup pan. The interior of the mold can receive a baking cup liner.

Baking liner with aperture
A liner that can be used for baking. The liner includes an aperture such that the liner can be placed into a mold that also includes an aperture such that the aperture of the baking liner and the mold are at least partially aligned and, a substance to be baked can be injected into the mold through the aperture of the mold and the aperture of the liner. The liner may include one or more wings that at least partially cover the aperture and that can be folded through the aperture of the mold and against a surface of the mold to hold the liner in place. After baking, the one or more wings can be folded back over the aperture to at least partially cover the aperture.

Cake Decorating Kit
The present invention relates to a food grade applicator for marking a surface of an edible product. The applicator includes a design for applying to the product.
Filled snack product with spaced filling lines and method of making the same
A filled snack product includes a first sheet having a first surface. A plurality of filling lines are disposed upon the first surface of the first sheet. Each of the plurality of filling lines are spaced to define a void between each of the adjacent filling lines. A second sheet is disposed over the first sheet and secured to at least a portion of the first sheet to sandwich the plurality of spaced filling lines between the first and second sheets. A plurality of docking holes are disposed upon the first and second sheets. The plurality of docking holes and the plurality of spaced filling lines allow for the pinning of the first and second sheets at the voids disposed between the spaced filling lines and further for the release to steam and/or gas from the filled snack product during heating to minimize puffing of the filled snack product.
