Food product printer
A printer and corresponding method of printing an image on a surface of a plurality of food products by providing a system having a printer with an extendable and retractable receiving arm and a rotating food product delivery tray for continuously and automatically providing delivery of unprinted food products which are retracted into the printer, printed on, and returned by the receiving arm to the rotatable delivery tray and the tray further moves to deliver subsequent food products for printing.
Hinged printer housing
A printer housing with an upper portion and a lower portion with a cavity there between and wherein the upper portion and lower portion are connected by one or more hinges such that the housing opens about the hinged connection between the upper portion and the lower portion to expose the cavity there between. The hinged connection allows the upper portion to be lifted up with respect to the lower portion to expose one or more printer components for access through the cavity. One or more hinges secure the upper portion to the lower portion and wherein the one or more hinges are positioned on a same perimeter side of the housing such that the housing opens about one side.
Flexible multiple piece mold assembly with seals for producing a comestible baked product in complex shape
A mold assembly including at least three pieces that are joined together by a seal. Once joined together, the mold assembly defines an interior cavity defining a shape for a baked comestible product. A comestible substance is injected into the interior cavity through an opening in the mold assembly that is either defined by one of the three pieces or by an opening in the seal between two or more of the three pieces. After baking, the pieces of the mold can be peeled away from the comestible product by breaking the seal.

Edible Granules with Varied Flavors and Their Preparation Methods
The present invention discloses edible granules with varied flavors, relating to the technical field of food. The present invention comprises carbohydrates, water, emulsifiers, salt, sweeteners, flavor enhancers, acidity modifiers, food flavors, food colors and antioxidants, wherein the amounts of them are: carbohydrates 70-80%, water 10-20%, emulsifiers 0-10%, salt 0-10%, sweeteners 0-10%, flavor enhancers 0-2%, acidity modifiers 0-2%, food flavors 0.01-1%, food colors 0-0.5% and antioxidants 0.01-0.04%. In the present invention, through different components of carbohydrates, water, emulsifiers, salt, sweeteners, flavor enhancers, acidity modifiers, food flavors, food colors and antioxidants, edible granules with varied flavors may be prepared without adding natural substances in the granules of the present invention, so that the problem that the existing natural seasonings have a single taste and are difficult to prepare is solved.
Stencil Holder
A stencil holder for rapidly and consistently decorating objects placed therein. The stencil holder includes a base pivotally connected to a frame, wherein the frame can move between an open and closed position. The frame includes a lower support that can removably couple with an upper support, wherein the upper support and the lower support cooperatively secure a stencil therebetween in an operational position. The upper support and the lower support each include an opening for accessing the stencil when disposed therebetween. In the closed position, the supports are secured to one another and the frame rests parallel to the base such that the stencil rests directly above the object for applying decoration. In some embodiments, an extender is removably securable to either a top side or lower side of the upper support to allow various sized objects to fit therebeneath.
Soft cake and method of manufacture thereof
The present invention relates to a method for the production of a soft cake having at least a molded face and at least a non-molded face, the molded face having at least one molded three-dimensional pattern, the method comprising the steps of: a) pouring a cake batter suitable for forming a soft cake into a pan, wherein the cake batter has a viscosity of between 500 and 1 Pa.Math.s; b) baking said soft cake batter in said pan to form a soft cake; and c) removing the soft cake from the pan, wherein the pan has a molded inner surface for receiving the cake batter and which provides the three dimensional molding pattern of the soft cake, and wherein the molded inner surface of the pan has an arithmetical mean degree of roughness (Ra) of from 0.12 m to 0.22 m, wherein the molded three-dimensional pattern of the soft cake is complementary to the molded inner surface of the pan and has a molded groove which is in recess relative to said molded face and/or a molded ridge which protrudes relative to said molded face, said molded groove and/or molded ridge having a minimum width of less than 4 mm measured across the groove or ridge at the maximum depth or height respectively.
