A fishing lure includes a head, a body coupled to the head, and a tail. The head, the body, and the tail define a longitudinal centerline. The tail includes a tail body having a first end coupled to the body and an opposing second end, and a tail fin coupled to the opposing second end of the tail body. The tail fin has a first sidewall and an opposing second sidewall that (i) extend vertically and laterally outward from the opposing second end of the tail body along a curved profile and (ii) terminate at a rear edge of the tail fin. Each of the first sidewall and the opposing second sidewall defines a notch that (i) extends (a) along the longitudinal centerline and (b) at least partially into the tail fin and (ii) separates the curved profile of the tail fin into an upper lobe and a lower lobe.

A fishing lure includes a lure body; a fishing hook inserted into the lure body such that an eye of the hook is disposed in the lure body; and a rivet assembled from a first part and a second part such that a shank of the rivet passes through the lure body and the eye.

Adaptable fishing lure kits, systems, and devices are provided. An adaptable fishing lure system may include a fishing lure body having a generally cylindrical shape, a fin member replaceably attachable to the fishing lure body, via a slot formed within an outer periphery surface of the lure body, and a channel chamber longitudinally extending through and within at least a portion of a length of the fishing lure body. The slot providing access to the channel, at least one cartridge providing an attractant into the chamber formed within the fishing lure body. Alternative use of an adhesive and means for securing a fin member and attractant are provided.

Adaptable fishing lure kits, systems, and devices are provided. An adaptable fishing lure system may include a fishing lure body having a generally cylindrical shape, a fin member replaceably attachable to the fishing lure body, via a slot formed within an outer periphery surface of the lure body, and a channel chamber longitudinally extending through and within at least a portion of a length of the fishing lure body. A soft plastic fishing lure configured for mimicking the movement patterns of animals that rely upon undulatory locomotion movement to propel themselves through water, the lure including a body forming an anterior portion and a tail forming a posterior portion, the tail including a plurality of spaced-apart, opposing laterally extending portions and a plurality of spaced-apart, opposing slots. A U-shaped transition section couples the body with the tail and is arranges to orient the tail so that it extends substantially anteriorly along at least half of a length of the body when the lure is relaxed.

The integral retainer has at least one retainer barb that more effectively holds the flexible plastic to the integral retainer. The integral retainer may have extension tabs that extend out radially and in some cases extend out from the flexible plastic body. The integral retainer may also have an aperture that extend along the length of the integral retainer and may be used to inject the flexible plastic into a mold.

A lure includes a body, a sinker moving space running in a front and back direction inside the body, a pair of rails provided in the sinker moving space, running in the front and back direction, a sinker housed in the sinker moving space, and a support projecting in a left and right direction of the sinker, the sinker being movable on the pair of rails with the support in the front and back direction, and the pair of rails each including a first rail section positioned in a rear side of the sinker moving space, and a second rail section positioned in a front side of the sinker moving space, having a rear end positioned below a front end of the first rail section, wherein a stopper capable of stopping the sinker is provided between the first rail section and the second rail section.
