10160075 · 2018-12-25 · ·

The main spindle device for a machine tool is provided with: a bearing for rotatably supporting the main spindle; a bearing case for holding the bearing; a housing inside which the bearing case is disposed; and a stiffness-switching device, which supports the bearing case with respect to the housing and is able to switch the stiffness of the bearing case support between multiple levels. When the stiffness-switching device is supporting the bearing case at a low stiffness, the main spindle device is formed so that the bearing case slides with respect to the housing. A friction member is disposed on the area where the bearing case slides with respect to the housing.

The machine tool (1) includes: at least one work head (9) adapted to support at least one tool (21); at least one workpiece holder (30) comprising at least two substantially parallel beams (31) arranged at a distance adjustable orthogonally to the longitudinal extension of the beams; on each beam (31) at least one carriage (35) movable along the longitudinal extension of the beam (31); on each carriage (35) a suction cup (39) for blocking the workpieces (P) to be machined.

The position of each suction cup (39) with respect to the carriage (35) onto which the cup is mounted is adjustable by rotating around an axis (D-D) which is substantially orthogonal to a blocking surface, for blocking the workpieces, defined by the suction cups (39). To each suction cup (39) an actuator (46, 48) is associated, controlling the rotation of the suction cup (39) with respect to the carriage (35) onto which the cup is mounted.

Soldering device

Provided are a nut, an attachment for nut and a screw shaft, which are fitted to a coating material coating device or a soldering device and can change a fixed position of the nut easier than that of a convention example even if any adhered matters generated when each device is used for a long time are fixed, and a soldering device using the same. The nut 10 screws on to the screw shaft 2 having a predetermined length. The nut 10 is provided with a non-meshing part 11 composed of a notch 12 that is formed parallel to a movement direction thereof by cutting off screw threads and a flange portion 13, which has connecting holes 14 for connecting another member. Under such a configuration, by forward and/or backward movement of the nut 10, the notch 12 functions as if it scraps the fixed matters 6.

Intelligent connector module for electric applicance having first and second switch array and drive unit for controlling components

An intelligent connector module assembly is disclosed. The intelligent connector module assembly has a master control module, at least one first execution component, and an intelligent connector module. The intelligent connector module has a communication and control unit connected to and configured to receive a control signal from the master control module, and a first switch array and drive unit connected to the communication and control unit and to the at least one first execution component. The first switch array and drive unit controls operation of the first execution component in response to the control signal received by the communication and control unit.

A bearing variable preload system utilizing gaps between strokes for preload adjustment and elastic deformation of a sealing member, according to the present invention, comprises: a housing; bearings provided to the housing; a spindle coupled to the inner wheels of the bearings so as to rotate; and a variable preload unit provided to the housing, applying variable preload to the outer wheels of the bearings; a chamber comprised inside a variable preload unit in which the airtightness is maintained by a sealing member located between the housing member and pressing member touched with the outer wheels of the bearing; a pressure supply unit supplying air or oil pressure to a chamber through a supply pipe provided to the housing so as to vary a preload applied to the outer wheel of the bearing.

Flow restrictor for a mud motor
09611846 · 2017-04-04 · ·

An assembly to restrict fluid flow through the bearing section of a positive displacement or progressive cavity pump or motor. The assembly fits within the bearing chamber and includes an upper ring member, a lower ring member, an outer ring member and a floating member. The floating ring member is axially disposed between the upper and lower ring members. The floating ring member is also disposed at least partially around a drive shaft and is radially movable and constrained inwardly of the outer ring member. The floating ring member has a radial clearance between the drive shaft and a floating ring member inner surface with the radial clearance varying depending on the relative position of the floating ring member to the outer ring member.

Rotary shaft locking device, machining head, and multi-tasking machine

A rotary shaft locking device includes a rotary shaft, a first angular contact ball bearing, a support, and an actuator. The rotary shaft is rotatable about a first axis and has a first contact surface. The first angular contact ball bearing includes an inner ring connected to the rotary shaft, an outer ring, and a plurality of balls disposed between the inner ring and the outer ring. The support has a second contact surface and rotatably supports the rotary shaft via the first angular contact ball bearing. The actuator is configured to move the rotary shaft and the inner ring with respect to the support and the outer ring in a first direction parallel to the first axis so that the first contact surface contacts the second contact surface to prohibit the rotary shaft from rotating and so that precompression that acts on the plurality of balls is reduced.
