SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TRANSFERRING VALUE TO A PHYSICAL ASSET THROUGH STAGED DIGITAL INTEGRATION
The present invention relates to a system and method for transferring value to a physical asset through staged digital integration. The method includes embedding a scanning element into the physical asset and linking it to a digital gateway configured to authenticate the asset and provide access to asset-specific digital content. As the asset progresses through defined stages of digital integration, including authentication, metadata linkage, and content interaction, a value is assigned to the asset based on criteria such as content exclusivity, user engagement, and the depth of integration. A plurality of intelligent units (I.U.s) is generated, each corresponding to a specific integration stage and representing the value contributed through that stage. This enables dynamic, stage-based valuation of the physical asset tied to its digital lifecycle.
NON-FUNGIBLE TOKEN BASED SUSTAINABILITY CREDITS AND MARKETPLACE
Systems and methods presented herein provide for a non-fungible token (NFT) sustainability credit marketplace. One system includes a regulating authority platform operable to generate and issue an NFT for a sustainability credit, and an organization platform operable to receive the issued NFT sustainability credit from the regulating authority platform over a network. A trading platform receives the NFT sustainability credit from the organization platform, posts the NFT sustainability credit for sale, conducts a transaction of the NFT sustainability credit between the organization platform and a buyer platform, and instantiates the transaction in a block of a blockchain of the NFT sustainability credit. A plurality of nodes validates the block and manage the blockchain of the NFT sustainability credit.

The Intangibles Analytics Tool may include the ability to: (i) automatically retrieve acquisition disclosure information and provide initial PPA mapping, replacing the need to perform these steps manually and (ii) serve as a database of verified public PPA data that may be leveraged across offices, applications, industries, etc. With the Intangibles Analytics Tool, users may perform transaction searches and automatically retrieve filings associated with the buyers of those transactions.
Method and system for artificial intelligence based enhancement of sale processes

The service device includes a service memory storing instructions that cause a service processor to establish the communication session, retrieve backtesting session data, select historical data for financial instruments based on the backtesting session data and store the historical data in a service buffer of price data, delta-encode the price data, and transmit the delta-encoded price data to the user device.
