A machine tool includes a rotation table unit including a rotation table configured to rotate with respect to a first axis. The rotation table unit is configured to move along a second axis that is orthogonal to the first axis. The machine tool includes a spindle unit including a spindle configured to rotate with respect to a third axis that is orthogonal to the first axis and the second axis. The spindle unit is configured to move along the third axis. The machine tool includes a bed that supports the rotation table unit and the spindle unit. A front part of an upper surface of the bed includes a recess in which the rotation table unit is arranged. The spindle unit is located at a rear part of the upper surface of the bed.
WORKPIECE LIFTING AND LOWERING DEVICE
A workpiece lifting and lowering device is provided with: a workpiece base supported as to be capable of being lifted and lowered, and mounting a workpiece; a link mechanism connected to the workpiece base, and lifting and lowering the workpiece base by converting a rotation motion to a lifting and lowering motion; and a driving mechanism rotationally driving the link mechanism through a transmission member.
Machine tool for machining
The present invention relates to a machine tool for machining a workpiece. The machine tool has a motor spindle for the rotative actuation of a tool. The motor spindle is supported by a stand. A turning bearing is provided at the stand and the motor spindle at the turning bearing is pivotable and positionable about a first turning axis. At the motor spindle, a linear guide is provided, which enables an advancing movement of the tool parallel to the spindle axis.
Machine tool
A machine tool includes a slide table supported by an upper portion of a main body of the machine tool so as to be horizontally slidable, a rotary table provided on the slide table so as to be rotationally indexable about a vertical axis extending in the direction that is orthogonal to the direction of horizontal slide movement of the slide table, and a motor provided in the slide table to rotate the rotary table. A housing space is formed in the main body to house a lower portion of the slide table. At least a part of the motor provided in the slide table is placed in the housing space.
MACHINE TOOL
A horizontal machining center serving as a machine tool includes: a bed; a front-side guide rail shaped to extend linearly along an upper surface of the bed and attached to the bed; and a column provided on the upper surface of the bed and fixed to the bed. The column has a facing portion arranged to face an end of the front-side guide rail in an X-axis direction in which the front-side guide rail linearly extends. The facing portion is provided with a hole through which the front-side guide rail can be inserted. By such a configuration, a machine tool with excellent workability during removal of an elongate body is provided.
DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING MACHINE TOOL
This machine tool has a first rotating feed shaft around a first inclined axis line. Table coordinates are set ahead of time in the machine tool. The table coordinates have imaginary first, second and third linear motion axes that are perpendicular to each other, and an imaginary first rotating feed axis around an imaginary first axis line. The imaginary third linear motion axis is parallel to a third linear motion shaft. One imaginary linear motion axis of the imaginary first linear motion axis or the imaginary second linear motion axis is set above the surface of a workpiece attachment surface, and the imaginary first axis line is set parallel to the one imaginary linear motion axis. A computation unit computes the coordinate values of the imaginary first rotating feed axis in the table coordinates, and a display unit displays the coordinate values of the imaginary first rotating feed axis.
