Whirling device
The whirling device comprises a retaining ring extending around a ring axis and a central opening and having at least one receiving area for a machining element for machining rod-shaped material in the area of the central opening. A coolant supply comprises a supply sleeve which is arranged on the retaining ring via a rotary bearing and comprises a coolant connection and a supply area adjoining a connection area of the retaining ring. Starting from at least one inlet opening in the connection area of the retaining ring, at least one passage leads through the retaining ring to at least one outlet opening which faces the central opening of the retaining ring and is designed for a machining element in a receiving area. No space is required for the coolant supply between the retaining ring and an assigned lathe.
Swiveling device
A swiveling device includes a housing, an output shaft mounted in the housing and led out of the housing, a drive arranged in the housing for swiveling the output shaft, a swiveling element connected for conjoint rotation to the output shaft in the region thereof which is led out of the housing, and with a receptacle mounted in the swiveling element and connected thereto, wherein the receptacle can be arranged at different angular positions. The swiveling device provides that the swiveling element has a receiving profile for the receptacle, and the receptacle has a mating profile which corresponds to the receiving profile, wherein the receiving profile and the mating profile are configured so that the profiles can be arranged in different positions of receptacle and swiveling element with respect to each other.
Transport device for rotatably and/or linearly moving a workpiece
The invention relates to a transport device comprising a transport element for receiving a workpiece, said transport element being movable by means of a motor from a first idle position into a second idle position, the transport element being drivably connected to at least one driver that engages in a drive groove of a drum cam that can be driven by the motor, which can be controlled by means of a programmable control device on the basis of a motor control curve. The drive groove has a variable incline at least in sections and the motor control curve also has a variable course at least in sections, the movement of the transport element being generated by a simultaneous superposition of a first movement component based on a region of variable incline of the drive nut and a second movement component based on a variable region of the motor control curve.

Cutting apparatus and method for cutting belts
A cutting apparatus for forming fingers in an end of a belt is provided and includes a blade for cutting the belt and a table for positioning the belt below the blade. The cutting apparatus includes an actuator that is connected to the blade via a primary shaft. The actuator is also connected to the table via both a secondary shaft and a cam assembly. Rotation of the actuator causes the primary shaft to continuously reciprocate the blade in upward and downward directions. Rotation of the actuator also causes intermittent movement of the table that includes both translation of the table to index the belt relative to the blade, and pivoting of the table to change an angle of the belt relative to the blade.
COMPRESSED GAS-OPERATED APPARATUS AND COMPRESSED GAS MACHINING SYSTEM
The invention relates to a compressed gas-operated apparatus, which comprises a tool unit and a receiving unit for accommodating the tool unit, wherein the tool unit comprises a stator and a rotor that is rotatingly drivable about a rotational axis relative to the stator while being applied with compressed gas, wherein the tool unit is deflectable relative to the receiving unit from a starting position that is predeterminable by means of the receiving unit into one or more deflection positions. In order to provide a compressed gas-operated apparatus of that type, with which an increased process security can be ensured, it is proposed in accordance with the invention that the apparatus comprises a sensor device for determining a deflection state of the tool unit relative to the receiving unit. The invention also relates to a compressed gas machining system.
