A universal plate system for mounting tool heads and/or components on manufacturing machines includes a fixed plate assembly on the x-carriage of the manufacturing machine. A mobile plate assembly is configured to removably attach to the fixed plate assembly, to provide mechanical support and electrical connectivity to a tool head assembly mounted to the mobile plate assembly. The mobile plate assembly can be easily detached from the fixed plate assembly and replaced with a different mobile plate assembly having a different tool head assembly mounted thereon. Mating of the mobile plate assembly to the fixed plate assembly provides the mechanical and electrical connection between the manufacturing machine and the newly mounted tool head assembly, thus permitting quick changes of the tool head assembly to be made.

A manufacturing system includes a base and multiple work machine modules that are attachable and detachable to and from the base arranged in the arrangement direction on the base or on the side of the base, in which the plurality of work machine modules include one or more processing work modules that perform machine processing work on a workpiece using a tool, and one or more supplementary work modules that perform supplementary work that is work supplementarily performed to the machine processing work. Since it is possible to easily increase and decrease the number of processing work modules and supplementary work modules or sort the modules, it is possible to easily recombine the modules with respect to modification of the manufacturing process.

In this arrangement, the single-drive rigid-flexible coupling precision motion platform disclosed by the present invention can realize high-accuracy continuous change displacements of the platform, thereby avoiding displacement jitter caused by sudden change of acceleration. The present invention further discloses a realization method and an application including the above platform.

A displaceable carriage (10) and a linear guide for guiding the carriage, which includes a first guide path slideway (13, 31) and a second guide path slideway (32). To form the first slideway (13, 31), the carriage (10) includes at least one pocket (13), which slides along the first guide path part (31) and can hold lubricant under pressure to create a relieving force on the carriage (10). The second guide path part (32) includes an island-shaped surface to create a frictional force on the carriage (10). A pressure medium held in the at least one pocket (13, 14, 15) creates the relieving force, whereby the first slideway (13, 31) relieves the load on the second slideway (11a, 12a, 12b, 32).

When the dustproof strip passes through and are magnetically attracted by the magnetic members, a gap will appear between the magnetic members and the slide seat and the slide seat cover, so that the magnetic members and the dustproof strip are kept in a gap without friction, so as to avoid the generation of dust due to friction, so that the linear module can operate normally and maintain the standard of the working environment.
