TWO-LAYER DISK TYPE TOOL MAGAZINE DEVICE
A two-layer disk type tool magazine device matched with a numerical control machine tool, comprises a tool magazine base, a tool magazine support, tool sleeve chucks, a tool disk base, tool sleeves and a tool alignment instrument. The tool magazine base is connected to and installed on the machine tool. The tool magazine support is connected to one end of the tool magazine base. The tool disk base is connected to the support by means of a bolt. The tool alignment instrument is installed at the other end of the tool magazine base. The two tool sleeve chucks are installed on the tool disk base and partitioned by a tool disk partition sleeve. The two layers of tool sleeve chucks clamp a tool sleeve base and are fixed by means of bolts. A tool disk pressing ring presses against the tool sleeve chuck on the upper layer.
Tool tongs
The invention relates to tool tongs for the releasable holding of a tool, for example in a machine tool. The invention is characterized in that the tool tongs are formed by a tongs basic element and a tongs clamping element interacting and connected with the tongs basic element, wherein in the tool holding position the tongs basic element and the tongs clamping element hold the tool clampingly at its gripping elements, wherein the tongs basic element and/or the tongs clamping element is/are formed of flat material or plate-like material, such as, for example, steel sheet or the like.
RESILIENT TOOL HOLDER CLAMP FOR CNC APPLICATIONS
A spring urged tool holder clamp for CNC tool holder magazines that hold a variety of cutting and milling tools for automatic tool changes to a spindle for milling. The individual tool holders are removably secured and held by resilient clamping that frictionally engages the tool holder in place. Independent pivoted opposing engagement jaws on the tool holder clamp diminishes wear and maintains precise positioning of the tool holder critical to the automatic tool loading.
SHANK LOCKING SLEEVE AND TOOL MAGAZINE
A tool holder locking sleeve includes a tool sleeve; a pulling claw; an elastic component; and a pin, one end of a tool holder accommodating cavity inside the tool sleeve is provided with a tool holder installation opening, and another end is provided with a pulling claw installation portion; a tool holder clamping portion of the pulling claw is provided with a tool holder clamping surface, the pulling claw is hinged on a pulling claw installation portion, the elastic component connects the pulling claw and the tool sleeve, after the tool holder is inserted into the tool holder accommodating cavity, the pulling claw is driven by the elastic component so that the tool holder clamping portion is engaged into the tool holder to engage the clamping surface of the tool holder with the inner diameter of the tool holder.
Robotic tool changer system through magnetic coupling force and all-round mechanical locking
A robotic tool changer system through magnetic coupling force and all-round mechanical locking includes a first coupling unit, a plurality of second coupling units, and a plurality of tool changer grippers. The first coupling unit is fixed to a robot arm. The first coupling unit includes a first locking unit and a first magnetic unit. Each second coupling unit is detachably connected to one of the tool changer grippers and includes a second locking unit and a second magnetic unit. When the first coupling unit is moved to approach one of the second coupling units at a predetermined distance, the first coupling unit and the second coupling unit are coupled to each other by a magnetic coupling force, then the first coupling unit and the second coupling unit are fixed to each other through all-round mechanical locking of the first locking unit and the second locking unit.
Quick-change system, rotary indexing table having a quick-change system of this type, and use
A quick-change system includes an exchange tool with a ball receiving opening, a receiving part with a receiving opening for receiving the exchange tool, and a ball catch for temporarily fixing the exchange tool on the receiving part. The ball catch includes a sleeve that is closed on one side and a spring-mounted press-ball arranged in the sleeve for manually engaging and disengaging with the ball-receiving opening. In an example embodiment, the sleeve has an axis of symmetry, the spring-mounted press-ball is movable along the axis of symmetry, and the ball-receiving opening has a central axis extending parallel to the axis of symmetry when the receiving part is engaged with the exchange tool.
TOOL CHANGES FOR LOW PROFILE TRANSFER MECHANISM
An apparatus includes a tool (3100, 3200). The tool includes: a handle (3106, 3206) that is configured to suspend a remainder of the tool there below and that includes a protruding overhang (3130, 3230); and a height lock assembly (4000) having a block (4002), the block having an upper tab (4010U). In a side view in which the tool is upright and in which the protruding overhang extends in a horizontally lateral direction: when the block is in an engaged position the upper tab extends in the horizontally lateral direction relatively further and is disposed under at least a portion of the protruding overhang; and in a disengaged position the upper tab extends in the horizontally lateral direction less such that the upper tab is retracted from under the at least a portion of the protruding overhang.
