The securing device has a reduction sleeve, which is secured in a tool chuck, which has a front end that faces away from the tool chuck and a protruding hollow section which receives the boring bar. The hollow section has a hollow-section interior, a hollow-section outer wall, and a hollow-section wall which is arranged therebetween. The hollow-section wall has a first thickness in a side region where the cutting tool protrudes from the boring bar which is less than a second thickness in a rest of the hollow-section wall. The boring bar is releasably secured as a replaceable head, via its back end, at a front end of the protruding hollow section. A front end of the clamping bolt has a male thread which sits in the female thread of the boring bar.
Machining system
A machining system including a base; multiple work modules arranged in an arrangement direction on the base, at least one of the multiple work modules being a processing module, which processes a work with a tool, provided with a main shaft head including a main shaft on which a tool is attached and a main shaft rotating device that rotates the main shaft; a head raising and lowering device that moves the main shaft head in a vertical direction; a head moving device that moves the main shaft head in a horizontal plane by moving it in two perpendicular directions; and a work table that holds a work; the processing module being configured so as to be pulled from the base along a path extending in an intersecting direction, which is a direction perpendicular to the arrangement direction.
CUTTING BLADE SUPPLYING APPARATUS AND CUTTING BLADE CASE
A cutting blade supplying apparatus includes a cutting blade stocker that stocks a plurality of cutting blades; a carrying unit that carries out the cutting blade from the cutting blade stocker and carries the cutting blade to a cutting apparatus, a transferring unit that transfers the cutting blade carried by the carrying unit to a cutting blade replacing unit of the cutting apparatus, and a control unit. The cutting blade stocker includes a cutting blade case that accommodates the cutting blades each of which includes a mounting port formed in a center thereof to be mounted to a spindle and a cutting edge formed at an outer periphery of the mounting port, and a cutting blade case mounting unit on which to mount the cutting blade case.
Machining center
A machining center including a machine main body, an upper section of which supports a head moving device and a head raising and lowering device, configured such that a tool magazine is stored inside the machine main body, and with a magazine moving device configured to move the tool magazine such that, during tool exchange, the tool magazine is advanced to protrude from a side of the machine main body, so that, from the multiple tool holders, the tool holder used for exchange is positioned inside the movement range of the main shaft by the head moving device, and wherein the entire tool magazine is able to be moved beyond the movement range of the tool magazine by the magazine moving device to a position outside of the machine main body and detached from the machine main body.
Removal device for decoupling tip from body of applicator
A removal device for decoupling a tip from a body of an applicator is disclosed. The removal device comprises a wall, comprising a proximal edge and a distal edge, opposite the proximal edge. The removal device also comprises a through channel in the wall. The removal device further comprises a pawl, comprising a proximal end, coupled to the wall, a distal end, opposite the proximal end, a first side between the proximal end and the distal end, and a second side, opposite to the first side. The distal end, the first side, and the second side of the pawl are delimited by the through channel and the pawl extends -between the proximal edge of the wall and the distal edge of the wall. The removal device additionally comprises a wedge, extending from the wall and perpendicular to the wall.
METHODS FOR APPLYING GLUTINOUS SUBSTANCES
A method of delivering a glutinous substance from a cartridge to a brush comprises receiving the cartridge inside a sleeve through an inlet of the sleeve while a pressure cap, located proximate the inlet of the sleeve, is in an open position. The method also comprises moving the pressure cap, located proximate the inlet of the sleeve, into a closed position to sealingly couple the pressure cap with a trailing end of the cartridge and to sealingly couple a valve with a leading end of the cartridge. The method further comprises applying pressure to the glutinous substance in the cartridge through a pressure input of the pressure cap to urge the glutinous substance from the cartridge to the valve. The method additionally comprises rotating the brush and opening the valve to enable the glutinous substance to flow from the valve to the brush at least when the brush is rotating.
Auto-sorting storage/retrieval system
An auto-sorting storage/retrieval system includes an identification mechanism, a first pick and place device, a second pick and place device, and a feed and storage equipment including a feed unit and a storage unit respectively disposed at two opposite sides relative to the identification mechanism and respectively movable up and down for enabling the identification mechanism to recognize and sort drill bits. As the auto-sorting storage/retrieval system can run independently without any additional arrangement, it can be freely installed anywhere without particular space limitation.
CONTAINER TREATMENT SYSTEM AND AUTOMATIC EXCHANGE MACHINE
A container treatment system (1, 13) that has at least two working areas (AP). Each of the working areas (AP) respectively comprises at least one exchangeable working tool (2) and/or one adaptable format part. Furthermore, the container treatment system (1, 13) comprises at least one automatic exchange machine (10) which is movable, in particular drivable, to the at least two working areas (AP), which automatic exchange machine (10) can be connected selectively to any of the respective working areas (AP), in particular using centering means (22, 32), and which automatic exchange machine (10) comprises tools for exchanging the working tools (2) and/or for adapting the format parts of the respective working area (AP). The invention further relates to an automatic exchange machine (10) for exchanging working tools (2) and/or for adapting the format parts of at least two different working areas (AP) of a container treatment system (1, 13).
